Detailed Description
In order to prompt a user when pesticide residues exist in crops are detected and avoid the harm to the body health of the user after the user eats the crops with the pesticide residues, the embodiment of the invention provides a crop safety detection method, a crop safety detection device and a crop safety detection terminal.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1:
fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the terminal 100 includes a main control chip 101, an odor sensor 102 connected to the main control chip 101, and an output module 103; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the odor sensor 102 is used for detecting the concentration of pesticide odor in a set area containing crops to be detected; judging whether the concentration of the pesticide odor exceeds a preset concentration threshold value or not; if yes, sending an interrupt signal to the main control chip 101;
the main control chip 101 is configured to receive the interrupt signal and control the output module 103 to output a prompt message that pesticide residue exists in the crop to be detected.
In order to prompt a user when pesticide residues exist in crops are detected so as to prevent the body health of the user from being damaged after the user eats the crops with the pesticide residues, the embodiment of the invention provides a terminal, which is provided with a smell sensor for detecting the smell concentration of the pesticide, a main control chip for prompting the user and an output module. The main control chip can be a chip with a processing function such as a CPU or an MCU, and the output module can be an alarm and/or a display screen.
The odor sensor is capable of detecting the concentration of the odor of the pesticide in a set area containing the crop to be detected, which set area is stored in the odor sensor, which set area may be a set area, for example, a distance of 20 cm, 30 cm or 50 cm or the like, from the odor sensor, which set area contains the crop to be detected. The odor sensor includes a special resistor that is capable of detecting the presence of the agrochemical in the air.
The odor sensor may detect the concentration of the pesticide odor in real time, may detect the pesticide odor at a set time interval, and the like, and the time interval is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The process of detecting the pesticide odor concentration by the odor sensor belongs to the prior art, and is not described in detail in the embodiment of the invention.
The odor sensor also comprises a preset concentration threshold value, wherein the preset concentration threshold value is a concentration threshold value which is harmful to human bodies and is analyzed by big data, and can be set by a user according to the requirements of the user. Therefore, after the odor sensor detects the concentration of the pesticide odor, whether the concentration of the pesticide odor exceeds a preset concentration threshold value is judged, if yes, pesticide residues exist in the crops to be detected, and if not, the crops to be detected are considered to have no pesticide residues or the content of the residual pesticide is harmless to human bodies.
When the concentration of harmful gas in the air, namely the concentration of pesticide odor exceeds a set value, namely a concentration threshold value, the resistance value of the odor sensor is reduced, the total resistance of a circuit is reduced, the current is increased, and the voltage passing through the resistance in the odor sensor is increased, on the contrary, when the concentration of pesticide odor in the air is reduced below the set value, the resistance value of the odor sensor is increased, the current of the circuit is reduced, and the voltage passing through the resistance in the odor sensor is reduced. The resistor in the odor sensor not only detects the concentration of the pesticide odor to play a role in voltage division, when the resistance value of the odor sensor changes, the voltage obtained by the resistor changes, and the odor sensor converts the concentration change of the pesticide odor into the output change of the voltage through the resistor in the odor sensor, so that the concentration of the pesticide odor can be detected by other devices.
The odor sensor continuously acquires information of pesticide concentration in the air, namely continuously detects the pesticide odor concentration in a set area containing crops to be detected, and when the pesticide odor concentration is determined to exceed a concentration threshold value, an interrupt signal is sent to the main control chip and can be used for prompting the main control chip to preferentially process the crop detection process.
The main control chip receives the interrupt signal sent by the odor sensor, and controls the output module to output prompt information that pesticide residues exist in crops to be detected, so that a user of the terminal is prompted that more pesticide residues exist in the crops to be detected, and the user can pay attention to careful cleaning before eating the crops.
Furthermore, after the main control chip receives the interrupt signal sent by the odor sensor, the main control chip can reply an interrupt response to the odor sensor.
The processes of sending an interrupt signal and replying an interrupt response belong to the prior art, and are not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the odor sensor arranged in the terminal can detect the pesticide odor concentration of the crops to be detected, and can prompt the existence of pesticide residues to the user through the main control chip to control the output module when the detected pesticide odor concentration exceeds the concentration threshold value, so that the body health of the user is prevented from being injured after the user eats the crops with the pesticide residues.
Example 2:
on the basis of the above embodiment, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal further includes: registers respectively connected with the odor sensor 102 and the main control chip 101;
the odor sensor 102 is further configured to store, in the register, information for identifying pesticide residue in the crop to be detected when it is determined that the pesticide odor concentration exceeds a preset concentration threshold;
the main control chip 101 is further configured to, after receiving the interrupt signal, control the output module 103 to output a prompt message indicating that pesticide residues exist in the crops to be detected if the information identifying that pesticide residues exist in the crops to be detected is read in the register.
In order to avoid that the odor sensor mistakenly sends an interrupt signal to the main control chip and improve the fault tolerance of the terminal in the process of detecting the safety of crops, the odor sensor can store information for marking pesticide residues of the crops to be detected in a register when the detected pesticide odor concentration exceeds a concentration threshold, for example, the information can be directly stored by characters, the information can be used for marking the pesticide residues of the crops to be detected by 1, and the information can be used for marking the pesticide residues of the crops to be detected by 0.
After receiving the interrupt signal, the main control chip can search whether information for marking pesticide residue of the crop to be detected exists in the register, if the information can be read, the interrupt signal is confirmed to be an accurate signal, and the output module can be controlled to output prompt information that pesticide residue exists in the crop to be detected so as to prompt a user that pesticide residue exists in the crop to be detected.
If the main control chip does not read the information for identifying the pesticide residue of the crop to be detected in the register, the interrupt signal is considered to be sent by mistake, and the output module is not controlled to output the prompt information.
Specifically, the main control chip may store a pre-programmed interrupt processing program, and the main control chip reads whether the information for identifying pesticide residue in the crop to be detected exists in the register through the interrupt processing program.
In addition, as the odor sensor can convert the pesticide odor concentration into voltage for output, at least one parameter value of resistance, current and voltage of a resistor in the odor sensor can be further determined by the odor sensor, and whether pesticide residue exists in the crops to be detected can be further determined by the main control chip according to the at least one parameter value and at least one parameter threshold corresponding to a pre-stored concentration threshold, so that the detection accuracy is further improved, and at the moment, the main control chip can perform processes such as analysis optimization processing after reading the at least one parameter value.
After the main control chip receives the interrupt signal, the information for marking pesticide residue of the crops to be detected is read in the register for further judgment, so that the accuracy in prompting the detection result is ensured.
Example 3:

The main control chip is connected with the odor sensor through an Inter-Integrated Circuit (IIC) line, and an interrupt pin of the odor sensor is connected with an interrupt controller of the main control chip.
The main control chip can prompt the user of the information that pesticide residues exist in crops by controlling the alarm or the display screen, so that the diversity and the flexibility of the prompt detection result are realized.
When the main control chip controls the alarm to give an alarm, the main control chip can control the alarm to give a buzzer or play music and the like.
The implementation of the process of controlling the alarm by the main control chip belongs to the prior art, and is not described in detail in the embodiment of the invention.
Main control chip passes through the display screen display and detects that crops that wait detect have pesticide residue's reminder information, can be that main control chip driver uploads the APP application that shows the testing result with reminder information, and APP receives data back to the crop that shows the detection has pesticide residue's reminder information, and the pesticide composition that specifically can also indicate crops residue includes sexuality, pesticide compositions such as endrin. Further, when the main control chip determines that the crops have no pesticide residue, prompt information without pesticide components can be prompted to the user through the display screen, so that the user can eat the crops safely.
Because the odor sensor can also comprise an IIC circuit, the main control chip can be connected with the odor sensor through an IIC line when being connected with the odor sensor, and the main control chip and the odor sensor can communicate through an IIC transmission protocol. It is also possible to connect the interrupt of the odor sensor to an interrupt controller of the CPU.
For those skilled in the art, the structure in which the main control chip is connected to the odor sensor through an integrated circuit bus IIC line, and the interrupt pin of the odor sensor is connected to the interrupt controller of the main control chip is obvious, and therefore, details are not described in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the main control chip can prompt the information that pesticide residues exist in crops to a user by controlling the alarm or the display screen, so that the diversity and flexibility of the prompt detection result are realized.

the main control chip 101 is further configured to control the switch 205 to be closed when a measurement request input by a user is received.
In order to save terminal resources, the on-off of a detection circuit where the odor sensor is located can be controlled through a switch in the terminal.
A switch, the odor sensor and a power supply in a detection circuit where the odor sensor is located form a closed loop, and the switch is connected with the main control chip. When a user wants to perform crop safety detection, a measurement request can be input through the terminal, and when the main control chip receives the measurement request input by the user, the switch can be controlled to be closed, so that a detection circuit where the odor sensor is located forms a passage, and the detection process is realized by electrifying the odor sensor.
And after the detection is finished or a measurement finishing instruction input by a user is received, the control switch is switched off, so that the detection circuit where the odor sensor is positioned is switched off, and the aim of saving terminal resources is fulfilled.
