Abstract
The invention discloses a displacement meter fixing device in a civil engineering structure experiment and a using method thereof. The fixing device comprises a main body support and an adjusting piece, the main body support comprises a main rod, a fixed seat and a U-shaped seat, a first threaded hole is concavely formed in the tail end face of the fixed seat, the first threaded hole can be connected with a stud fixedly connected to a test object, the U-shaped seat and the adjusting piece are matched to fix the displacement meter, so that the fixing device can tightly connect the test object, the fixing device and the displacement meter, looseness of the displacement meter in the experimental process can be effectively avoided, and measurement errors caused by unexpected looseness of the displacement meter are prevented. The fixing device is bolted with the experimental object through the first threaded holes of the stud and the main body bracket welded on the experimental object, the stud can be arranged at each part of the experimental object, the erection of the displacement meter is convenient, and the arrangement of measuring points in the experiment is more flexible.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building structure experiments, in particular to a displacement meter fixing device in a civil engineering structure experiment and a using method thereof.
Background
The civil engineering structure experiment is an important means for researching and developing new members, new materials and new systems of engineering structures, and plays an important role in engineering structure scientific research. In order to measure deformation of an experimental object, a common measurement mode is to arrange a displacement meter on the experimental object, and measure the deformation of the experimental object by adopting the displacement meter. The conventional displacement meter fixing device is a magnetic meter seat with a chuck, the magnetic meter seat can be adsorbed on an iron component of the loading device, and the displacement meter is fixed by the chuck and is arranged at a position parallel or perpendicular to an experimental object, so that the deformation of the experimental object in the experimental process is measured. However, because the volume of the magnetic meter seat is larger, the displacement meter is not easy to flexibly arrange in the experiment, and the connecting hinge rod between the magnetic meter seat and the chuck can rotate unexpectedly in the experiment process, thereby influencing the accuracy of experimental measurement data.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a displacement meter fixing device in civil engineering structure experiments and a use method thereof, which overcome the defects of the prior art that a magnetic meter base is adopted to fix a displacement meter.
One of the adopted technical schemes for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the displacement meter fixing device in the civil engineering structure experiment comprises a main body support and an adjusting piece, wherein the main body support comprises a main rod, a fixed seat and a U-shaped seat, the fixed seat and the U-shaped seat are respectively and fixedly connected to two end parts of the main rod, and the fixed seat and the U-shaped seat are also respectively arranged on two sides of the main rod; the tail end surface of the fixed seat is concavely provided with a first threaded hole; the U-shaped seat opening is opposite to the fixed seat, the U-shaped seat is movably connected with an adjusting piece, and the U-shaped seat and the adjusting piece are matched to form a connecting structure capable of assembling and disassembling the fixedly connected displacement meter.
In one embodiment: the U-shaped seat comprises a middle rod and end rods fixedly connected to two sides of the middle rod respectively, the end parts of the main rod are fixedly connected to the middle position of the middle rod, a second threaded hole penetrating through the middle rod is formed in one end rod, the adjusting piece comprises a screw rod, the screw rod is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole, and the connecting structure capable of fixedly clamping the displacement meter is formed between the tail end of the screw rod and the other end rod.
In one embodiment: the adjusting piece is a butterfly bolt, and the butterfly bolt comprises the screw rod.
In one embodiment: the main rod is vertically arranged, the fixed seat and the U-shaped seat are respectively fixedly connected at the upper end and the lower end of the main rod, the U-shaped seat and the fixed seat are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the main rod, the opening of the U-shaped seat is arranged forward, and the rear end face of the fixed seat is provided with the first threaded hole.

The adjusting piece comprises a screw rod, the screw rod is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole, the connecting structure capable of fixedly clamping the displacement meter is formed between the tail end of the screw rod and the rod at the other end, the structure is simple, the assembly and the disassembly are convenient, and the connection is firm and reliable during the assembly.

Detailed Description
In civil engineering structure experiments, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, including a main body support 1 and an adjusting member 2, the main body support 1 is made of aluminum alloy.
The main body support 1 comprises a main rod 11, a fixed seat 12 and a U-shaped seat, wherein the main rod 11 is vertically arranged, the fixed seat 12 and the U-shaped seat are respectively fixedly connected with the upper end part and the lower end part of the main rod 11, the U-shaped seat and the fixed seat 12 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the main rod 11, and the U-shaped seat is arranged with an opening facing forwards. The U-shaped seat comprises a middle rod 13 and end rods 14 fixedly connected to two sides of the middle rod 13 respectively, and the lower end part of the main rod 11 is fixedly connected to the middle position of the top surface of the middle rod 13. The rear end face of the fixed seat 12 is concavely provided with a first threaded hole 15, and one end rod 14 is provided with a second threaded hole 16 which penetrates through.
The adjusting member 2 is a butterfly bolt, the butterfly bolt comprises a screw rod 21, the screw rod 21 is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole 16, and a connecting structure capable of fixing the displacement meter 3 is formed between the tail end of the screw rod 21 and the other end rod 14.
In this embodiment: the total height of the main body bracket 1 can be set to 120mm, the length of the fixed seat 12 (front-back length) and the length of the U-shaped seat (front-back length) are both 40mm, the opening depth of the first threaded hole 15 is 20mm, and the aperture is 8.
The application method of the displacement meter fixing device in the civil engineering structure experiment, please refer to fig. 5, includes:
step 1, a test object comprises a top plate 4 and a bottom plate 5, wherein studs 6 are fixedly attached to the top plate 4 and the bottom plate 5, and the studs 6 of the top plate 4 and the studs 6 of the bottom plate 5 are arranged in parallel; the fixed attachment stud 6 is formed by welding a stud 4 having a diameter 8 to a top plate and a bottom plate of a subject, for example, using a stud gun;
step 2, a first threaded hole 15 of a fixed seat 12 of the main body bracket 1 is in threaded connection with a stud 6 of the top plate 4; a disc nut 61 may be added as needed to avoid loosening of the threaded connection.
Step 3, inserting the displacement meter 3 into the U-shaped seat opening of the main body bracket 1, rotating the screw 21 to clamp the displacement meter 3 through the tail end of the screw 21 and the other end rod 14;
in step 4, the displacement meter 3 is provided with a measuring rod 31, a string 7 is tied at the bottom of the measuring rod 31 of the displacement meter 3, and the string 7 is connected with the stud 6 of the bottom plate 5.
According to the requirement, the top plate and the bottom plate are fixedly provided with equal numbers of studs 6, the pairs of studs of the top plate and the bottom plate are flush, and a main body bracket and a displacement meter are connected between the corresponding studs of the top plate and the bottom plate.
The adoption of the connecting structure can ensure that the main body support fixed on the stud cannot rotate, and ensure that the displacement meter cannot loosen in the experimental process.

The application method of the displacement meter fixing device in the civil engineering structure experiment is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the displacement meter fixing device in the civil engineering structure experiment comprises a main body support and an adjusting piece, wherein the main body support comprises a main rod, a fixed seat and a U-shaped seat, the fixed seat and the U-shaped seat are respectively and fixedly connected to two end parts of the main rod, and the fixed seat and the U-shaped seat are also respectively arranged on two sides of the main rod; the tail end surface of the fixed seat is concavely provided with a first threaded hole; the U-shaped seat opening is opposite to the fixed seat, the U-shaped seat is movably connected with an adjusting piece, and the U-shaped seat and the adjusting piece are matched to form a connecting structure capable of assembling and disassembling the fixedly connected displacement meter; the U-shaped seat comprises a middle rod and end rods respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the middle rod, the end part of the main rod is fixedly connected to the middle position of the middle rod, a second threaded hole penetrating through the middle rod is formed in one end rod, the adjusting piece comprises a screw rod, the screw rod is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole, and the connecting structure capable of fixedly clamping the displacement meter is formed between the tail end of the screw rod and the rod at the other end; the using method comprises the following steps:
step 1, a test object comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, wherein studs are fixedly attached to the top plate and the bottom plate, and the studs of the top plate and the studs of the bottom plate are arranged in parallel; the top plate and the bottom plate are fixedly provided with equal numbers of studs, the pairs of studs of the top plate and the bottom plate are aligned in parallel, and a main body bracket and a displacement meter are connected between the corresponding studs of the top plate and the bottom plate;
step 2, the first threaded hole of the fixed seat of the main body bracket is in threaded connection with the stud of the top plate;
step 3, inserting the displacement meter into the opening of the U-shaped seat of the main body bracket, and rotating the screw rod to clamp the displacement meter through the tail end of the screw rod and the rod at the other end;
and 4, the displacement meter is provided with a measuring rod, a string is tied at the bottom of the measuring rod of the displacement meter, and the string is connected with a stud of the bottom plate.
