Detailed Description
In order to facilitate an understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, the embodiments of the present invention will be described more fully below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the examples of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a flushing device 100, which includes a flushing valve 60, a flushing button 10, a transmission mechanism 20, and the transmission mechanism 20 is connected between the flushing valve 60 and the flushing button 10. The transmission mechanism 20 is driven by pressing the flushing button 10, and the flushing valve 60 is driven to flush or stop flushing operation by the transmission of the transmission mechanism 20.
The flush valve 60 includes a flush valve switch assembly 61. The flushing valve switch assembly 61 is connected with the transmission mechanism 20, and the transmission mechanism 20 drives the flushing valve switch assembly 61 to switch so as to flush or stop flushing. The flushing valve 60 is, for example, a solenoid valve, a push-button type, a push-rod type, a foot-operated type, or the like mechanical valve, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The flushing valve switch assembly 61 can be a switch structure such as a pull wire or a lever, and can achieve the function of a switch. In this embodiment, the stroke direction Y (i.e., the direction of the force, for example, may be a direction substantially perpendicular to the horizontal plane, which is shown as the plane in which XZ in the coordinate system is located) of the switch of the flush valve switch assembly 61 is controlled. When the flush valve switch assembly 61 is in a pull switch structure, the transmission mechanism 20 pulls the pull switch 61 in the Y direction, the flush valve 60 is opened, and water flows into the toilet to start cleaning. The specific structure of the flush valve switch assembly 61 in the form of a pull or lever switch is not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, the flush button 10 is an external control member of the flush device 100, and has a pressing direction X (e.g., a direction substantially parallel to a horizontal plane). In this embodiment, the flush button 10 includes a pressing portion 11, a central shaft portion 12, a first support portion 13, and a second support portion 14. Along the pressing direction X, the pressing portion 11 has a pressing surface 111 and a connecting surface 112 located on the opposite side from the pressing surface 111. The pressing surface 111 is a curved surface having an arc of less than 90 °. The intermediate shaft portion 12, the first support portion 13, and the second support portion 14 are connected to the connection surface 112. The intermediate shaft portion 12 is located between the first supporting portion 13 and the second supporting portion 14. The central shaft 12 has a cylindrical structure with a circular cross section, and may have a rectangular, triangular, elliptical or trapezoidal cross section in other embodiments. The intermediate shaft portion 12 has one end connected to the connection surface 112 and one end connected to the transmission mechanism 20. The axial direction of the intermediate shaft portion 12 is parallel to the pressing direction X. In the present embodiment, the first supporting portion 13 includes a baffle 131, a supporting plate 132, and a bottom plate 133. The support plate 132 and the bottom plate 133 are connected, and the baffle 131 is connected to both the support plate 132 and the bottom plate 133 and is connected to the same end of the support plate 132 and the bottom plate 133 in the longitudinal direction, and the other end of the support plate 132 and the bottom plate 133 in the longitudinal direction is connected to the connection surface 112 of the flush button 10. The length directions of the support plate 132 and the bottom plate 133 are parallel to the pressing direction X, the baffle 131 is perpendicular to the pressing direction X (i.e., perpendicular to the central shaft 12), the support plate 132 and the bottom plate 133 are perpendicular to the baffle 131, two ends of the support plate 132 are respectively connected with the baffle 131 and the pressing portion 11, and two ends of the bottom plate 133 are also respectively connected with the baffle 131 and the pressing portion 11. Further, the support plate 132 is spaced apart from the central shaft portion 12 by a certain distance in a direction perpendicular to the pressing direction X. The second supporting portion 14 has the same structure as the first supporting portion 13, and is symmetrically distributed about the axis of the central shaft portion 12, which will not be described here again.
Compared with a simple rod type structure, the structure of the flushing button 10 is provided with the first supporting part 13 and the second supporting part 14 at two sides of the middle shaft part 12, so that the area of the pressing surface 111 is increased, and the problem that the button is inconvenient to press due to too small area is avoided. In addition, the length of the first supporting portion 13 and the second supporting portion 14 along the pressing direction X is smaller than that of the middle shaft portion 12, so that when the supporting plate 132 contacts the limiting member (the limiting member is not limited) fixedly arranged in the water tank during the movement of the flush button 10 along the pressing direction X, the middle shaft portion 12 stops moving, and the structural design limits the movement distance of the flush button 10 along the pressing direction X, so that the transmission mechanism 20 is ensured not to be excessively pressed to influence the service life.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the transmission mechanism 20 includes a first transmission assembly 21, a transmission steering assembly 23, a second transmission assembly 25 and a reset assembly 27. The first transmission assembly 21 is connected between the flush button 10 and the transmission steering assembly 23, the second transmission assembly 25 is connected between the transmission steering assembly 23 and the flush valve switch assembly 61, and the reset assembly 27 is connected with the first transmission assembly 21. The first transmission assembly 21 is driven by pressing the flushing button 10, the transmission steering assembly 23 and the reset assembly 27 are driven by the first transmission assembly 21 to move, the second transmission assembly 25 is driven by the transmission steering assembly 23 to enable the flushing valve switch assembly 61 to move to open the flushing valve, cleaning is started, and after cleaning is completed, the reset assembly 27 provides reset force, and the system is reset.
In the present embodiment, the first transmission assembly 21 includes a first coupling member 211 and a second coupling member 212. The first connector 211 includes a drive spring 2111 and a drive base 2115. One end of the transmission spring 2111 is connected with the central shaft portion 12 of the flushing button 10, and the other end is connected with the transmission bottom plate 2115. One end of the transmission bottom plate 2115 is connected to the transmission spring 2111, and the other end is connected to the second connector 212. The second connector 212 has one end connected to the drive floor 2115 and the other end connected to the drive steering assembly 23.
As shown in fig. 3, the driving bottom plate 2115 has a groove structure with a longitudinal section of a "U" shape, and includes a first side wall 2116, a second side wall 2117 and a bottom wall 2118. Wherein the first side wall 2116 and the second side wall 2117 are opposite and parallel, and the length direction of the first side wall 2116 and the second side wall 2117 is parallel to the pressing direction X. The bottom wall 2118 is perpendicular to the first side wall 2116 and the second side wall 2117, and connects with the first side wall 2116 and the second side wall 2117. The bottom wall 2118 defines a mounting guide through hole 2119 for providing a reset assembly 27.

The first bending portion 2113 is connected between the first elastic piece 2112 and the second elastic piece 2114. The first bending portion 2113 makes the first elastic piece 2112 and the second elastic piece 2114 have a certain distance in the direction of the pressing direction X, and gives a certain deformation space to the second elastic piece 2114, so that the second elastic piece 2114 can play a role in buffering and can not influence other components under the condition that the second elastic piece 2114 is displaced to a certain extent along the pressing direction X under the action of the middle shaft portion 12. The surface of the second spring 2114 is provided with a second connecting through hole 21141 for connecting with the central shaft 12 of the flush button 10. The first spring 2112 is connected to the bottom wall 2118.
The flushing button 10 is connected with the reset component 27 through the transmission elastic piece 2111, on one hand, because the existence of the transmission elastic piece 2111 can play a certain cushioning effect, the problem that the water flow speed is too high and liquid is easy to splash caused by the fact that a user flushes immediately after pressing the flushing button 10 is avoided, on the other hand, the possibility that other structural elements are distributed at more positions is not given on the same straight line by the flushing button 10 and the reset elastic piece 272 in the structural design, and the product structural design can be carried out more flexibly.
In this embodiment, the number of the driving spring plates 2111 is two, and the two driving spring plates 2111 are spaced in parallel along the pressing direction X. The second connector 212 includes a support riser 2121 and a support cross plate 2122. The support riser 2121 is connected to the drive floor 2115 at one end and to the support cross plate 2122 at the other end. The support cross plate 2122 is connected to the support riser 2121 at one end and to the drive steering assembly 23 at one end. In this embodiment, the support risers 2121 and the support cross plates 2122 are preferably disposed vertically, and the support cross plates 2122 and the drive base 2115 are parallel to each other. In other embodiments, the support risers 2121 and support rails 2122 can be angled, such as 80-110.
In this embodiment, the number of the support risers 2121 is two, and the two support risers 2121 are arranged in parallel with each other at a spacing in the pressing direction X. In other embodiments, the number of support risers 2121 may be one or more, and when the number of support risers 2121 is plural, the support risers 2121 are arranged in parallel along the pressing direction X. In this embodiment, the support risers 2121 on the side of the first connector 211 are provided with second bends 2123, and by means of the second bends 2123, both support risers 2121 can be connected to the same support rail 2122 for transmitting motion to the drive steering assembly 23.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the transmission steering assembly 23 includes a main body 231, the main body 231 includes a rotating shaft 2311 and a main body frame 2312, and a push rod 232 and a serrated latch 233 protruding from the outer surface of the main body 231 in the radial direction from the outer surface of the main body 231. The angle between the push rod 232 and the latch 233 is between 90-180 deg., preferably 120-150 deg.. Wherein the push rod 232 is coupled to the first transmission assembly 102, in this embodiment, the push rod 232 is coupled to the support cross plate 2122 of the second connector 212. In this embodiment, the number of the latches 233 is 1, and the latches are engaged with the second transmission assembly 25. The cylindrical main body 231 can rotate around the rotating shaft 2311 under the action of the steering force applied by the push rod 232, so as to drive the second transmission assembly 25 to transmit the switching travel direction Y) of the flushing valve switching assembly 61. In the present embodiment, the pressing direction X of the flush button 10 and the switching stroke direction Y of the flush valve switch assembly 61 of the flush valve 60 are perpendicular to each other. Due to the steering action of the transmission steering assembly 23, the pressing direction of the flushing button 10 and the switching travel direction of the flushing valve switch assembly 61 of the flushing valve 60 can be set in different directions, the flushing button 10 is not required to be arranged in the switching travel direction of the flushing valve switch assembly 61, the reasonable space layout of the flushing valve 60, the transmission mechanism 20 and the flushing button 10 is realized, the overall height of the structure of the flushing device 100 is reduced, and the overall appearance design of the toilet is facilitated, so that reasonable space occupation is realized.

The second transmission assembly 25 includes a transmission rod 251, and a clamping hole 252 is provided on the transmission rod 251. In this embodiment, the transmission rod 251 includes two side rods 2511 and a plurality of cross members 2512 that are disposed opposite each other. The cross member 2512 is connected between the opposite side bars 2511 and is spaced apart in the driving direction of the second driving assembly 25. The interval between two adjacent crossbeams 2512 forms a clamping hole 252, the width of the clamping hole 252 along the transmission direction is slightly larger than the width of the clamping tooth 233, the clamping tooth 233 stretches into the clamping hole 252, and in the process of rotating the transmission steering assembly 23, the clamping tooth 233 is selectively matched with the clamping hole 252 in a clamping way. When the first transmission assembly 21 moves towards the transmission rod 251, the transmission steering assembly 23 rotates anticlockwise, the second transmission assembly 25 moves downwards along the Y direction under the drive of the latch 233, and the flushing valve switch assembly 61 moves to open the flushing valve 60; conversely, when the first transmission assembly 21 moves away from the transmission rod 251, the transmission steering assembly 23 rotates clockwise, the second transmission assembly 25 moves upwards along the Y direction under the driving of the latch 233, the flushing valve switch assembly 61 resets, and the flushing valve 60 closes.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the reset device 27 is disposed in the mounting guide through hole 2119. The return assembly 27 includes a fixing member 271 and a return elastic member 272. The fixing member 271 is a set screw assembly including a screw 2711 and a hollow cylindrical protective cap 2712. The number of the fixing pieces 271 is at least one, and is disposed along the pressing direction X. One end of the reset elastic member 272 is connected with a reset baffle 273, and the reset baffle 273 is used for abutting against the side surface of the fixing member 271 facing the reset elastic member 272. The return elastic member 272 is, for example, a return spring, and one end of the return elastic member 272 abuts against the fixing member 271 through the return shutter 273, and the other end is connected to the transmission elastic sheet 2111 through the connection through hole 21121. The fixing member 271 of the restoring member 27 is disposed in the mounting guide through hole 2119 formed in the bottom wall 2118, so that the first transmission member 21 can move in the pressing direction X relative to the fixing member 271 while the restoring elastic member 272 is compressed. The bottom wall 2118 is provided with a mounting guide through hole 2119, and the movement locus of the drive base plate is guided and restricted in accordance with the arrangement of the fixing member 271, so that the positional deviation in the direction perpendicular to the pressing direction X is prevented.
