Abstract
The application discloses a water-saving washing machine, which comprises a barrel body and a barrel cover; the washing machine also comprises a washing barrel which can be fixed in the barrel body in a vertically sliding manner, and a driving motor which is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the barrel body and is used for driving the washing barrel to reciprocate vertically; a pressure plate extending into the washing barrel is fixed on the bottom surface of the barrel cover; a plurality of water flow holes which are communicated up and down are formed in the pressure plate; and a one-way valve is arranged in the water flow hole. The washing machine has the advantages that the pressure plate with the water flow holes is designed in the washing barrel of the washing machine, clothes can be washed by repeatedly performing two actions of shrinkage extrusion and filling water washing on the clothes, the hand washing process can be simulated, so that the water for washing clothes can be greatly saved, meanwhile, the stress of the clothes only has extrusion force and the washing force of the water, and the centrifugal force for telling rotation does not need to be received, so the technical scheme of the washing machine also reduces the damage to the clothes; the clothes are protected.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to the field of laundry technologies, and more particularly, to a water saving laundry machine.
Background
In the prior art, there are two main types of washing machines, one is a common washing machine, and the other is a drum washing machine.
The working principle of the common washing machine is as follows: the clothes are driven to continuously turn over up, down, left and right by the forward and backward rotation of the impeller arranged at the bottom of the washing bucket, so that the clothes, the clothes and the bucket wall are gently rubbed in water, and the decontamination and the cleaning are realized under the action of the detergent.
The working principle of the drum washing machine is as follows: the washing machine originated from Europe is designed by simulating the principle that a hammer strikes clothes, the drum is rotated by using the mechanical work of the motor, the clothes are continuously lifted and dropped in the drum, and then lifted and dropped again to do repeated motion, and the clothes are washed cleanly under the combined action of washing powder and water.
In any of the washing machines, the washing principle is that the laundry is rotated and reversed at a high frequency, damage to the laundry is large, and particularly, waste water.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks or disadvantages of the prior art, it is desirable to provide a washing machine that has less damage to laundry and is water-saving.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a water-saving washing machine, comprising a tub body and a tub cover; the washing machine also comprises a washing barrel which can be fixed in the barrel body in a vertically sliding manner, and a driving motor which is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the barrel body and is used for driving the washing barrel to reciprocate vertically; a pressure plate extending into the washing barrel is fixed on the bottom surface of the barrel cover; a plurality of water flow holes which are communicated up and down are formed in the pressure plate; and a one-way valve is arranged in the water flow hole.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a circle of upstream water flow holes are formed in the middle of the pressure plate; an upstream check valve is arranged in the upstream water flow hole; a circle of downward water flow holes are formed in the edge, close to the pressure plate; and a downlink check valve is arranged in the downlink water flow hole.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the side surface of the barrel body is fixedly connected with the side surface of the washing barrel through the linear bearing.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a vertically-arranged eccentric wheel is fixed on a rotating shaft of the driving motor; a circle of sliding groove is arranged at the edge of the eccentric wheel; and a sliding block which is slidably arranged in the sliding groove is fixed on the bottom surface of the washing barrel.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the top of the pressure plate is detachably fixed with a support rod; the bottom surface of the barrel cover is provided with a slot used for clamping the top end of the supporting rod.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the side edge of the barrel cover extends downwards to form an inserting piece; the side of the barrel body is provided with a jack for clamping the inserting sheet.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a circle of waterproof cloth in contact connection with the top edge of the washing barrel is fixed in the middle of the supporting rod; a circle of metal ring is fixed on the edge of the waterproof cloth, and a rubber ring is embedded and fixed on the bottom surface of the metal ring.
The washing machine has the advantages that the pressure plate with the water flow holes is designed in the washing barrel of the washing machine, clothes can be washed by repeatedly performing two actions of shrinkage squeezing and filling water washing on the clothes, the hand washing process can be simulated, so that the washing water can be greatly saved, compared with the common washing machine, the technical scheme of the washing machine can save about one half of water when the same number of clothes are washed, and the water-saving washing machine has inestimable water-saving significance at present when water resources are quite lacked; meanwhile, the clothes are stressed only by extrusion force and washing force of water, and centrifugal force telling rotation does not need to be received, so that the technical scheme of the application also reduces damage to the clothes; the clothes are protected.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a water-saving washing machine according to the present application is shown, wherein the water-saving washing machine includes a tub 10 and a tub cover 20; the washing machine further comprises a washing barrel 30 which is fixed in the barrel body 10 in a vertically sliding manner, and a driving motor 40 which is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the barrel body 10 and is used for driving the washing barrel 30 to reciprocate vertically; a pressure plate 50 extending into the washing tub 30 is fixed to the bottom surface of the tub cover 20; a plurality of vertically through water flow holes 51 are formed in the pressure plate 50; one-way valves are arranged in the water flow holes 51, and one half of the one-way valves are uplink one-way valves and the other half of the one-way valves are downlink one-way valves.
Preferably, the middle part of the pressure plate 50 is provided with a circle of upstream water flow holes 51-1; an ascending one-way valve 52 is arranged in the ascending water flow hole 51-1; a circle of downward water flow holes 51-2 are formed at the edge, close to the pressure plate 50; a descending one-way valve 53 is arranged in the descending water flow hole 51-2.
When washing clothes, firstly, putting the clothes to be washed in the washing barrel 30, and then, installing and fixing the barrel cover and the pressure plate on the barrel body 10, as can be understood by a person skilled in the art, the water-saving washing barrel in the application also has a water supply system which is the same as that of a common washing machine, after a start button is pressed, the washing machine firstly adds water into the washing barrel, and the water adding depth does not exceed the bottom surface of the pressure plate 50; then the driving motor 40 is started to drive the washing barrel 30 to move up and down, when the washing barrel 30 moves up, water between the pressure plate 50 and the bottom surface of the washing barrel 30 is squeezed, an upward one-way valve in the upward water flow hole 51-1 is opened, water flow is opened from the upward one-way valve 52, and water is discharged from the upward water flow hole 51-1; when the washing barrel 30 moves downwards, the pressure between the pressure plate 50 and the bottom surface of the washing barrel 30 is reduced, the water pressure above the pressure plate 50 is greater than the pressure between the pressure plate 50 and the bottom surface of the washing barrel 30, the descending one-way valve 53 in the descending water flow hole 51-2 is opened, and the water above the pressure plate 50 is flushed downwards from the descending water flow hole 51-2 and falls back between the pressure plate 50 and the bottom surface of the washing barrel 30. With the reciprocating up and down movement of the washing tub, the washing of the laundry is completed.
In this embodiment, the upstream water flow hole 51-1 is a hole with a large top and a small bottom, the downstream water flow hole 51-2 is a hole with a small top and a large bottom, the upstream check valve 52 and the downstream check valve 53 are both floating balls, the upper and lower end surfaces of the upstream water flow hole 51-1 and the downstream water flow hole 51-2 are both designed with grid surfaces, when the floating balls move to the top ends of the upstream water flow hole 51-1 and the downstream water flow hole 51-2, the upstream water flow hole 51-1 is opened, and the downstream water flow hole 51-2 is closed; when the floating ball moves to the bottom ends of the upstream water flow hole 51-1 and the downstream water flow hole 51-2, the upstream water flow hole 51-1 is closed, and the downstream water flow hole 51-2 is opened.
Preferably, the side of the tub 10 is fixedly connected to the side of the washing tub 30 by a linear bearing.
Preferably, a vertically placed eccentric wheel 41 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the driving motor 40; a circle of sliding groove is arranged at the edge of the eccentric wheel 41; a slider slidably mounted in the slide groove is fixed to the bottom surface of the washing tub 30. In other embodiments, other ways of moving the washing tub up and down may be used, such as a hydraulic cylinder, a lead screw, etc.
Preferably, a support bar 60 is detachably fixed to the top of the platen 50; the bottom surface of the barrel cover 20 is provided with a slot for clamping the top end of the support rod 60. In other embodiments, the lid 20 and the support bar 60 may be a unitary structure. In other embodiments, the pressure plate 50 is fixed on the support rod 60 in a threaded manner, the position of the pressure plate can be adjusted according to the quantity of clothes, the pressure plate is adjusted to be higher when the quantity of clothes is large, and the pressure plate is adjusted to be lower when the quantity of clothes is small.
Preferably, the side edge of the barrel cover 20 extends downwards to form a plug; the side of the barrel body is provided with a jack for clamping the inserting sheet.

A water-saving washing machine is characterized by comprising a barrel body and a barrel cover; the washing machine also comprises a washing barrel which can be fixed in the barrel body in a vertically sliding manner, and a driving motor which is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the barrel body and is used for driving the washing barrel to reciprocate vertically; a pressure plate extending into the washing barrel is fixed on the bottom surface of the barrel cover; a plurality of water flow holes which are communicated up and down are formed in the pressure plate; a one-way valve is arranged in the water flow hole; a circle of upward water flow holes are formed in the middle of the pressure plate; an upstream check valve is arranged in the upstream water flow hole; a circle of downward water flow holes are formed in the edge, close to the pressure plate; and a downlink check valve is arranged in the downlink water flow hole.
2. The water-saving washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the side of the tub body is fixedly connected with the side of the washing tub by a linear bearing.

The water-saving washing machine according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein a vertically placed eccentric wheel is fixed on a rotating shaft of the driving motor; a circle of sliding groove is arranged at the edge of the eccentric wheel; and a sliding block which is slidably arranged in the sliding groove is fixed on the bottom surface of the washing barrel.
4. The water-saving washing machine according to claim 3, wherein a support rod is detachably fixed to the top of the pressure plate; the bottom surface of the barrel cover is provided with a slot used for clamping the top end of the supporting rod.
5. The water-saving washing machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the side edge of the tub cover is extended downwards with a plug-in sheet; the side of the barrel body is provided with a jack for clamping the inserting sheet.
