本发明公开了一种能够保护不锈钢板材防腐蚀的新型涂料,按照重量份有以下原料组成:玉米粉7~14份、乙二醇单己醚0.4~1.1份、硫酸钾0.5~0.8份、丙二醇1.7~2.5份、抗裂纤维3~8份、氯化聚丙烯树脂15~19份、二氧化钛0.4~0.7份、钛酸酯偶联剂2.3~2.7份、高岭土7~11份、十六烷基苯磺酸钠0.3~0.6份、滑石粉4~7份、石灰粉7~11份、淀粉6~10份、皂荚胶5~9份、磷酸三丁酯1.2~2.5份、单体3~7份、膨润土9~12份、偏硼酸铵0.3~0.7份、填充剂5~8份、氯化三元乙丙橡胶8~13份、石英粉4~8份、羧甲基纤维素0.2~0.6份、纳米二氧化硅0.3~0.6份、云母钛0.2~0.6份和五氯酚钠0.4~0.9份。本发明的涂料组分简单、配比合理,具有良好的耐高温、耐寒、耐腐蚀、抗磨等,适合于恶劣环境使用,防锈能力强,生产成本相对较低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属铸造相关技术领域,尤其涉及一种能够保护不锈钢板材防腐蚀的新型涂料。
背景技术
在现代工业和日常生活中,各种腐蚀随处可见,尤其是在潮湿、高盐、多风的极端环境下,裸露在外面的部件尤其是金属部分很容易生锈,生锈了就会减少使用寿命,并且不卫生,所以在表面涂防锈涂料能够避免大气中各种腐蚀性物质的直接入侵,但是现在市面上的涂料还有很多缺陷,例如涂料中存在有毒有害物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种能够保护不锈钢板材防腐蚀的新型涂料。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的一种能够保护不锈钢板材防腐蚀的新型涂料涂料组分简单、配比合理,具有良好的耐高温、耐寒、耐腐蚀、抗磨等,适合于恶劣环境使用,防锈能力强,生产成本相对较低等有益效果。
