Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic film bag opening device which can be used for opening a film bag.
Background
In the prior art, a plurality of film bags are needed in a large supermarket for containing articles (such as fruits, rice and the like), the film bags are generally formed by connecting a plurality of bags end to end, the bags are rolled on a roll, then the roll is placed on a shelf, when one bag needs to be taken, a complete film bag is pulled out and then torn off at a fracture, and thus a film bag is obtained. However, due to the action of various reasons such as static electricity and the comprehensive action of rolling the bags together and pressing the bags for a long time, the bag openings of the film bags are often stuck together, and the film is thin, so that fingers can be pinched and rubbed with force, the bag openings are difficult to separate and open, and the feeling of fidgetiness and unfriendly shopping environment of consumers are easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an automatic film bag opening device which is simple in structure, low in cost, capable of opening a bag easily and convenient for consumers to use.
The invention can adopt the following technical scheme:
an automatic film bag opening device is characterized by comprising a base, a movable frame, an air cylinder structure and an air pipe, wherein an air outlet head is communicated with the air cylinder structure through the air pipe; the tail end of the movable frame is hinged with the tail end of the base through a hinge shaft; the front end of the movable frame is provided with a top sucking disc which is arranged on the bottom surface of the movable frame; the bottom suction disc is arranged on the front end of the base, the bottom surface of the movable frame is opposite to the top surface of the base, and the bottom suction disc corresponds to the top suction disc in position;
the air outlet head is arranged on the base, and the outlet of the air outlet head faces to the space between the top sucking disc and the bottom sucking disc;
the air cylinder structure comprises a cylinder body, a push rod and a piston; the piston is positioned in the cylinder with the closed bottom, the edge of the piston is matched with the inner wall of the cylinder, and the piston can move up and down in the cylinder; the air pipe is connected with the cylinder body at the position close to the bottom of the cylinder body to realize communication; the upper end of the push rod is connected with the piston, the lower end of the push rod extends out of the bottom surface of the cylinder body, and a sealing ring is arranged between the push rod and the bottom surface of the cylinder body;
the barrel is fixedly connected with the movable frame; the lower end of the push rod is movably connected with the base;
a spring which can lead the movable frame and the base to be opened is arranged between the movable frame and the base;
when the movable frame is pressed down, the top sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the upper layer film at the bag opening of the film bag, and the bottom sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the lower layer film at the bag opening of the film bag; the movable frame is loosened, the movable frame returns to the original position under the action of the spring, the cylinder moves upwards along with the movable frame, the push rod is pushed downwards relative to the cylinder, the piston moves downwards relative to the cylinder, and the outlet of the air outlet head sprays air outwards; the upper film of the film bag moves along with the movable frame, so that the upper film of the film bag and the lower film of the film bag are separated from each other, and the opening of the bag opening of the film bag begins to open; the air sprayed from the outlet of the air outlet head enters the bag from the bag opening of the film bag, so that the film bag is filled with air, and the bag opening is kept open.
The invention can further adopt the following improvement measures to solve the problems:

The technical scheme has the following technical effects:
1. the invention can avoid the problems that the suction force of the top sucker and the bottom sucker is not good and the upper layer film and the lower layer film are attached again after being opened. Thus, the bag opening is convenient for consumers to open, and the consumption process is more comfortable. The operation is convenient and easy.
2. When the film bag is used in work, when the movable frame is pressed down, the top sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the upper layer film at the bag opening of the film bag, and the bottom sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the lower layer film at the bag opening of the film bag; the movable frame is loosened, the movable frame returns to the original position under the action of the spring, and meanwhile, the cylinder moves upwards along with the movable frame, namely the push rod is pulled downwards, the piston moves downwards, compressed gas is generated in the cylinder, the gas flows to the air outlet head through the air pipe, and the outlet of the air outlet head automatically sprays air outwards; the upper film of the film bag moves along with the movable frame, so that the upper film of the film bag and the lower film of the film bag are separated from each other, and the opening of the film bag begins to open; the air sprayed from the outlet of the air outlet head enters the bag from the bag opening of the film bag, so that the film bag is filled with air, and the bag opening is kept open.
The automatic air blowing device realizes automatic air blowing to the bag opening by utilizing the automatic reset of the movable frame, and has the advantages of convenient use, simple operation and more comfortable use.
3. The invention has simple structure, low cost and easy manufacture.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an automatic membrane bag opening device comprises a base 1, a movable frame 2, an air cylinder structure 3 and an air pipe 4, wherein an air outlet head 5 is communicated with the air cylinder structure 3 through the air pipe 4. The end of the movable frame 2 is hinged with the end of the base 1 through a hinge shaft 6, in this example, the end of the movable frame 2 and the end of the base 1 are respectively provided with a protruding piece, and the two protruding pieces are hinged through the hinge shaft 6 to realize the hinging of the end of the movable frame 2 and the end of the base 1. The front end 21 of the movable frame 2 is provided with a top sucker 7, and the top sucker 7 is arranged on the bottom surface of the movable frame 2; the top surface of the base 1 is provided with a bottom sucker 8, the bottom sucker 8 is arranged at the front end 101 of the base 1, the bottom surface of the movable frame 2 is opposite to the top surface of the base, and the positions of the bottom sucker and the top sucker correspond to each other, so that when the movable frame is pressed downwards, the bottom sucker and the top sucker can be in direct contact.
The air outlet head 5 is arranged on the base 1, and the outlet of the air outlet head 5 faces to the space between the top sucker 7 and the bottom sucker 8.
The air cylinder structure 3 comprises a cylinder body 301, a push rod 303 and a piston 302; the piston 302 is positioned in the cylinder 301 with the closed bottom, the edge of the piston 302 is matched with the inner wall of the cylinder 301, the piston 302 can move up and down in the cylinder 301, and the edge of the piston is in dynamic seal with the inner wall of the cylinder through a sealing ring; the air pipe 4 is connected with the cylinder body at the position close to the bottom of the cylinder body 301 to realize communication; the upper end of the push rod is connected with the piston.
The lower end of the push rod 303 extends out of the bottom surface of the cylinder body 301, and a sealing ring is arranged between the push rod and the bottom surface of the cylinder body;
the barrel is fixedly connected with the movable frame; the lower end of the push rod is movably connected with the base;
a spring 9 which can lead the movable frame and the base to be opened is arranged between the movable frame and the base;
when the movable frame is pressed down, the top sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the upper layer film at the bag opening of the film bag, and the bottom sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the lower layer film at the bag opening of the film bag; the movable frame is loosened, the movable frame returns to the original position under the action of the spring, the cylinder moves upwards along with the movable frame, the push rod is pushed downwards relative to the cylinder, the piston moves downwards relative to the cylinder, and the outlet of the air outlet head sprays air outwards; the upper film of the film bag moves along with the movable frame, so that the upper film of the film bag and the lower film of the film bag are separated from each other, and the opening of the bag opening of the film bag begins to open; the air sprayed from the outlet of the air outlet head enters the bag from the bag opening of the film bag, so that the film bag is filled with air, and the bag opening is kept open.
When the movable frame 2 is pressed down, the top sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the upper layer film 501 at the bag opening of the film bag 500, and the bottom sucker is in contact with and adsorbs the outer surface of the lower layer film 502 at the bag opening of the film bag; the movable frame is loosened, the movable frame returns to the original position under the action of the spring 9, and meanwhile, the cylinder moves upwards along with the movable frame, namely the push rod is pulled downwards, the piston moves downwards, compressed gas is generated in the cylinder, the gas flows to the air outlet head through the air pipe, and the outlet of the air outlet head automatically sprays air outwards; the upper film of the film bag moves along with the movable frame, so that the upper film of the film bag and the lower film of the film bag are separated from each other, and the opening of the film bag begins to open; the air sprayed from the outlet of the air outlet head enters the bag from the bag opening of the film bag, so that the film bag is filled with air, and the bag opening is kept open.
Because the bag is filled with air, the upper film 501 and the lower film 502 can not be immediately attached together again, so that the problems that the suction force of the top suction cup and the suction force of the bottom suction cup are not good, and the upper film and the lower film are attached again after being opened can be solved. Thus, the bag opening is convenient for consumers to open, and the consumption process is more comfortable.
The automatic air blowing device realizes automatic air blowing to the bag opening by utilizing the automatic reset of the movable frame, and has the advantages of convenient use, simple operation and more comfortable use.
Still another modified example is: as shown in fig. 1, the end of the movable frame 2 extends obliquely upward to form an upper extension 22, the end of the base 1 extends rearward to form a lower extension 102, and the front end and the upper extension of the movable frame are respectively located at two sides of the hinge shaft 6. The front end 101 and the lower extension 102 of the base 1 are each located on either side of the hinge shaft 6. A tension spring 900 is arranged between the upper extension part 22 and the lower extension part 102, the upper end of the tension spring 900 is connected with the upper extension part 22, and the lower end of the tension spring is connected with the lower extension part 102.
The tension spring is arranged in the case, and the tension spring can increase the reset kinetic energy of the movable frame.
The other improvement is that: as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the air cylinder structure is located at one side of the base and the movable frame, the lower end of the push rod 303 is hinged with the cross piece 304, and the cross piece 304 is fixedly connected with the base.
One example of a modification is that the tail end of the wind outlet head faces the end of the base as shown in fig. 1. When the air-blowing device is used, the outlet of the air-blowing head can be aligned to the direction of the bag opening of the film bag, so that air can be blown to the bag opening. The air outlet head is made of a soft plastic material, so that the air outlet head has elasticity. When the movable frame presses the air outlet head, the air outlet head can be bent. When the movable frame is opened, the air outlet head can be restored.

The automatic film bag opening device has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, can easily open the bag, and is convenient for consumers to use.
