7. A fastening clip according to claim 1, wherein each arcuate support pad (5) is fitted over an arcuate rubber pad (32) at both ends.
8. A fastening clip according to claim 1, characterised in that the control module (18) is a programmable single-chip microcomputer.
9. A fixing clamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the strip-shaped bearing base (1) is provided with a mains supply interface (33) embedded on a side surface thereof, and the control module (18) is electrically connected with the mains supply interface (33).
