Abstract
The invention discloses a rolled steel scratch-resistant guide mechanism, which comprises a first extension rod (1) and a second extension rod (2), wherein a gap capable of placing a rolled steel (3) is formed between the first extension rod (1) and the second extension rod (2); wherein, at least one first guide wheel (4) is connected between the first extension rod (1) and the second extension rod (2); at least one end part of the first extension rod (1) and/or the second extension rod (2) is provided with a second guide wheel (5) capable of rotating automatically; the cambered surfaces of the first guide wheel (4) and the second guide wheel (5) face to the steel rolling (3). The rolling device has the advantages that the rolling device can play a certain guiding role in the rolling process of rolled steel, is positioned at the middle position of the running groove, effectively avoids the scratch of the side wall and the scratch of the bottom, can correct the position of the rolling device to a certain extent, and prevents the rolling structure from changing caused by deviation.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first extension bar 1 and/or the second extension bar 2 comprise a first section and a second section, and an angle is formed between the first section and the second section, in order to enable a better guiding of the rolled steel 3 and a better avoidance of scratching of the side walls.
In a further preferred embodiment, the first section extends parallel to the extension of the steel strip 3 and the second section extends towards the side facing away from the steel strip 3.
