The invention provides a fixing device and a fixing method for automobile machining, which comprises the following steps:
a. firstly, a worker moves the operating plate 12 downwards through the lifting turbine rod 14, moves the front position and the rear position of the operating plate 12 through the turbine adjusting rod 16 to enable the operating plate to be in a centered position state, when the fixing plate 8 descends to the state that the transition bottom plate 3 is attached to the limiting groove, the fixing groove 9 and the supporting groove 5 are also in an attached state, and then the worker drives the automobile into the transition bottom plate 3 and places wheels on the supporting groove 5;
b. then, a worker uses the lifting turbine rod 14 to lift the automobile, and then uses the turbine adjusting rod 16 to adjust the front and back positions of the automobile according to the processing requirement, at the moment, the automobile is in a stable, fixed and suspended state, and a user can operate and process the automobile;
c. after the operation of the machining process is finished, a worker changes the height of the automobile to the transition bottom plate 3 by using the lifting turbine rod 14, and meanwhile, the front and rear positions of the automobile are changed by adjusting the turbine adjusting rod 16, so that the automobile is stably parked at the central position of the transition bottom plate 3, and then the worker drives the automobile out.

b. then, a worker uses the lifting turbine rod 14 to lift the automobile, and then uses the turbine adjusting rod 16 to adjust the front and back positions of the automobile according to the processing requirement, at the moment, the automobile is in a stable, fixed and suspended state, and a user can operate and process the automobile;
c. after the operation of the machining process is finished, a worker changes the height of the automobile to the transition bottom plate 3 by using the lifting turbine rod 14, and meanwhile, the front and rear positions of the automobile are changed by adjusting the turbine adjusting rod 16, so that the automobile is stably parked at the central position of the transition bottom plate 3, and then the worker drives the automobile out.
The working principle is as follows: the working personnel firstly move the operating panel 12 downwards through the lifting turbine rod 14, and move the front and back positions of the operating panel 12 through the turbine adjusting rod 16 to enable the operating panel to be in a centered position state, when the fixing plate 8 descends to the state that the transition bottom plate 3 is jointed with the limiting groove, the fixing groove 9 and the supporting groove 5 are also in a jointed state, then the working personnel drive the automobile into the transition bottom plate 3 to place wheels on the supporting groove 5, then the working personnel lift the automobile up and lift the automobile by using the lifting turbine rod 14, then the front and back positions of the automobile are adjusted by using the turbine adjusting rod 16 according to the processing requirement, at the moment, the automobile is in a stable fixed suspension state, a user can operate and process the automobile, after the processing process is finished, the working personnel use the lifting turbine rod 14 to change the height of the automobile to the transition bottom plate 3, and simultaneously change the front and back positions of the automobile, so that the automobile is stably parked at the central position of the transition bottom plate 3, and then the automobile is driven out by a worker.
