Therefore, the above description is a description of the components and assembly of the safety dumbbell set 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the following description is provided for the features of the safety dumbbell set:
when the user wants to adjust the number of the weight blocks of the weight unit 60 disposed on the handle 20, for example, the user wants to selectively disengage the number of the weight blocks 61 on the handle 20 to reduce the weight.
First, the dumbbell handle 20 is placed on the top surface of the receptacle 10 (as shown in fig. 7), the weights 61 on the dumbbell handle 20 are placed in the receiving grooves 121 of the receptacle 10 (as shown in fig. 8), and at the same time when the weights 61 contact the bottom of the receiving grooves 121, the top pillar 13 of the receptacle 10 passes through the action hole 416 of the dumbbell handle 20, so that the brake block 412 is pushed by the top pillar 13 to move from the braking position to the releasing position (i.e. the brake block 412 originally located at the braking position is pushed by the first spring 413 to be clamped in the braking groove 421 of the rotary disc 42, so that the handle 30, the rotary disc 42 and the selection disc 44 cannot rotate relative to the braking cover 41), but when the brake block 412 is pushed by the top pillar 13 to the releasing position, the stop block 412 is released from the stop groove 421, so that the handle 30, the rotary disc 42 and the selection disc 44 can rotate relative to the stop cover 41.
Then, the user can rotate the handle 30 on the receptacle 10 (as shown in fig. 8) to drive the rotating disc 42 to rotate relative to the braking cover 41, and determine the weight of the counterweight according to the weight value 422 appearing in the window 414, and the selecting plate 44 is driven by the handle 30 to rotate simultaneously while the handle 30 drives the rotating disc 42 to rotate, so as to adjust the relative position between the pressing unit 442 on the selecting plate 44 and the connecting rod 64 on the counterweight 61.
If the user selects the lightest weight, the releasing space 444 of each selecting plate 44 corresponds to the position of the connecting rod 64 of each weight 61, as shown in fig. 9, that is, the pressing block 443 of the pressing unit 442 in each selecting plate 44 does not contact with the connecting rod 64 (i.e., the connecting rod is kept at the retracted position), so that the two clamping blocks 62 of the weight 61 are pushed outward by the third spring 66 to be at the extended position, the clamping groove 621 of the weight 61 is not clamped and clamped with the handle 30, so that when the user takes the handle 30 off the receptacle 10, all the weights 46 are retained in the receiving groove 121 of the receptacle 10 (as shown in fig. 10), thereby achieving the effect of adjusting to the lightest weight.
When the user selects the heaviest weight, the pressing block 443 of the pressing unit 442 in each selecting plate 44 corresponds to the position of the connecting rod 64 of each weight 61, as shown in fig. 11, that is, the pressing block 443 of the pressing unit 442 in each selecting plate 44 presses against the disk 642 at the pivot point between the two cranks 641 of the connecting rod 64 (i.e., the connecting rod swings from the retracted position to the extended position), so that the two clamping blocks 62 of the weight 61 are pushed outward by the two cranks 641 of the connecting rod 64 to be in the clamped position, and the handle 30 is clamped by the clamping groove 621 of the weight 61, so that when the user lifts the handle 30 off the receptacle 10, all the weights 61 are separated from the receptacle 10, and simultaneously lifted by the handle 30 (as shown in fig. 12), so as to achieve the effect of adjusting to the heaviest weight.
When a user wants to leave a part of the weight 61 on the receptacle 10 and combine and hold another part of the weight 61 on the handle 30, some of the pressing blocks 443 of the pressing unit 442 in the selecting plate 44 correspond to the position of the connecting rod 64 of the weight 61, and some of the releasing gaps 444 of the selecting plate 44 correspond to the position of the connecting rod 64 of the weight 61 (as shown in fig. 13), so that some of the weights 61 are located at the inner clamping position, some of the weights are located at the outer expanding position, the weight 61 located at the inner clamping position is carried along with the handle 30, and the weight 61 located at the outer expanding position is left on the receptacle 10 (as shown in fig. 14), thereby achieving the effect of arbitrarily adjusting the weight.
In the above embodiment, the limiting member 46 of the handle 20 has the latch 462 of the first engaging portion 461, and the wall of the limiting groove 622 of the weight 61 has the engaging groove 624 of the second engaging portion 623. Therefore, when the clamping block 62 of the weight 61 is in the outward-extending position and is extended, the engaging groove 624 on the clamping block 62 is separated from the engaging block 462 on the dumbbell handle 20 (as shown in fig. 15), so that the weight 61 is not carried by the dumbbell handle 20 and can be retained on the receptacle 10, and when the clamping block 62 of the weight 61 is in the inward-clamping position and is clamped, the engaging block 462 on the dumbbell handle 20 is engaged with the engaging groove 624 of the weight 61 (as shown in fig. 16), so that the weight 61 can be carried by the dumbbell handle 20 and can serve as a second protection for preventing the weight 61 from falling off from the dumbbell handle 20 by itself (the first protection is that the handle 30 is held by the engaging groove 621 of the weight 61), thereby improving the safety of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the first fixing portion 122 of the receptacle 10 is a protrusion 123 protruding from the bottom wall of the receiving slot 121, and two fixing slots 124 are disposed on two opposite sides of the protrusion 123, and the second fixing portion 65 of the counterweight block 61 of the counterweight unit 60 is a fixing protrusion 651 protruding from the inner corner of the bottom of each clamping block 62.
Therefore, when the weight 61 is placed in the receiving groove 121 of the receiving seat 10, if the clamping block 62 of the weight 61 is located at the outward-extending position for unfolding, the fixing protrusion 651 of the second fixing portion 65 of the weight 61 is engaged with the fixing groove 124 of the first fixing portion 122 of the receiving seat 10 (as shown in fig. 15), so as to fix the weight 61 on the receiving seat 10, thereby preventing the user from taking or misplacing the weight, and if the clamping block 62 of the weight 61 is located at the inward-clamping position for clamping, the fixing protrusion 651 of the second fixing portion 65 of the weight 61 is disengaged from the fixing groove 124 of the first fixing portion 122 of the receiving seat 10 (as shown in fig. 16), so that the weight 61 can be smoothly carried by the dumbbell handle 20 for use.
In addition, as shown in fig. 17 to 19, the first fixing portion 122 of the receptacle 10 is a protrusion 125 protruding inward from the top edges of the two sides of the receiving groove 121, and the second fixing portion 65 of the weight block 61 of the weight unit 60 is a recess 652 recessed from the outer side of each clamping block 62.
Therefore, when the weight 61 is placed in the receiving slot 121 of the receptacle 10, the groove 652 of the second fixing portion 65 of the weight 61 is engaged with the protrusion 125 of the first fixing portion 122 of the receptacle 10 (as shown in fig. 18) to fix the weight 61 on the receptacle 10 when the clamping block 62 of the weight 61 is in the outward-extending position for extending, so as to prevent the user from taking or misplacing, and when the clamping block 62 of the weight 61 is in the inward-clamping position for clamping, the protrusion 125 of the first fixing portion 122 of the receptacle 10 is separated from the groove 652 of the second fixing portion 65 of the weight 61 (as shown in fig. 19) to enable the weight 61 to be smoothly carried by the dumbbell handle 20 for use.
Therefore, in the present invention, in addition to the clamping by the clamping groove 621 of the weight block 61 and the handle 30, the second clamping portion 623 of the weight block 61 and the first clamping portion 461 of the dumbbell handle 20 can be clamped to maintain the double clamping effect, so as to prevent the weight block 61 from falling off by itself, thereby greatly improving the safety during use. The first fixing portion 123 of the receptacle 10 and the second fixing portion 65 of the weight 61 can lock the weight 61 on the receptacle 10 to prevent the weight from being taken or misplaced. Of course, the present invention can make the counterweight 61 perform a relatively precise and stable motion between the inward clamping position and the outward expanding position by the motion of the pressing block 443 of the pressing unit 442 and the connecting rod 64 (the two cranks 641) in the selecting plate 44, so as to overcome the loose situation between the counterweight 61 and the dumbbell handle 20.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent variations of the present invention that are obvious to those skilled in the art are also included in the scope of the present invention.
