Abstract
一种医用模块化手环,包括手环主体、塑胶腕带,手环主体内置模块化主控电路板;所述的模块化主控电路板设有基础模块;所述的基础模块包括主控芯片、GPS、陀螺仪、三轴加速度传感器、紫外线传感器、光学心率传感器、体温传感器、血氧传感器、无创血糖传感器、皮电反应传感器、无线充电模块。本发明的手环主体为模块化设计,具备防水功能并可进行消毒处理重复使用,塑胶腕带与手环主体分体式配合使用,一人一带、颜色与护理级别相对应。本发明解决了现有医用腕带存在的缺点是,提供一种电子信息化智能医用腕带,直接给患者佩戴,可集中收集更多患者医学信息,通过数字信息方式监测患者实时状态,提高医疗护理质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体说是一种医用模块化手环,是智能穿戴在医疗领域的应用。
背景技术
目前医疗机构内住院患者普遍使用腕带进行患者标识,可书写或打印患者简单信息如:姓名、性别、年龄、住院号等,材质多为纸或塑料,仅为标识所用,容易缺损、脱落,起不到核对患者信息、标识患者特征的作用,也无法起到监测患者生命体征、运动状态、紧急状况等作用。而住院患者依据病情、护理级别不同,需要护理人员测量如脉搏、体温、血压、呼吸频率等生命体征,不仅耗费大量的时间,实际测量过程中往往存在人为误差。
现有医用腕带存在的缺点是:
1、简单粗糙无法提供和收集更多患者医学信息。
2、无法以数字信息方式监测患者实时状态。
3、不能协助提高医疗护理质量。
发明内容
综上所述,本发明的目的在于提供一种医用模块化手环。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术来实现的:
一种医用模块化手环,包括手环主体、塑胶腕带,手环主体内置模块化主控电路板;所述的模块化主控电路板设有基础模块;所述的基础模块包括主控芯片、GPS、陀螺仪、三轴加速度传感器、紫外线传感器、光学心率传感器、体温传感器、血氧传感器、无创血糖传感器、皮电反应传感器、无线充电模块。
GPS用于患者定位;陀螺仪用于描述及记录运动状态(如跌倒报警);紫外线传感器用于检测环境紫外线水平;光学心率传感器用于实时监测心率;体温传感器用于监测体温;血氧传感器用于实时监测外周血氧饱和度;无创血糖传感用于无创检测血糖;皮电反应传感用于实时血压监测;无线充电模块实现手环的无线充电功能。
手环主体1通过蓝牙模块与医院内传感器实时连接并GPS定位,医护人员可经院内局域网监测系统实时监测及调阅患者各项生理指标,患者本人也可下载智能手机应用程序(APP客户端)经手机查阅各项指标。
手环主体为模块化设计,具备防水功能并可进行消毒处理重复使用,塑胶腕带与手环主体分体式配合使用,一人一带、颜色与护理级别相对应。
本发明是对现有医用腕带的革新,将较为成熟的移动智能穿戴设备—手环,在医疗护理领域的全新应用,可大致分为如下3个系统:
1、患者身份识别系统:通过本发明可记录姓名、性别、年龄、身份证号、联系电话、联系人、血型、过敏史、现有疾病等同住院病历首页,有无植入物如起搏器、支架、人工耳蜗等,可供具有门禁及支付系统功能的大型医疗中心使用。
2、护理系统:通过本发明可记录入院日期、入院状态、护理级别、跌倒评分等级、活动状态评分,同时,借助丰富的传感器功能实时监测患者心率、体温、外周血氧饱和度等生命体征,随着技术进步及成本降低可陆续加入无创血糖传感器、皮电反应传感器和无线充电等模块,用于无创血糖和血压实时监测并应用无线充电模式;可引入口服药提醒系统在需要服药时及时进行提示,现有的静脉输液三查七对可在床边进行简单的手环信息扫描即可确认,恶性事件报警系统可在患者跌倒、脉搏骤停、心率异常等不良事件发生时及时通过护理站的显示装置发出警示信息赢得宝贵的抢救时机。
3、运动处方系统:通过本发明可监测患者运动模式如行走、跑步、爬楼梯、自行车及运动轨迹等,监测消耗卡路里数、活跃时间、睡眠时间、质量等,在给予运动处方后还会进行运动提醒功能。
本发明的优点及有益效果:
1、本发明针对不同疾病患者集合适宜功能模块的手环,该手环主体具备防水功能并可进行消毒处理,经由塑胶腕带较为紧密地贴合于患者手腕,并由磁力扣固定,磁力扣保证腕带固定牢靠、出院时解锁,可使手环作为患者住院期间的有效身份识别工具,同时,塑胶腕带的可延展性也需要保证患者手腕佩戴的舒适性。
2、本发明中塑胶腕带可配置不同颜色,用于区分不同的患者群体,特殊的抗过敏腕带供过敏人群使用。
3、本发明解决了现有医用腕带存在的缺点是,提供一种电子信息化智能医用腕带,直接给患者佩戴,可集中收集更多患者医学信息,通过数字信息方式监测患者实时状态,提高医疗护理质量。

如图1所示,一种医用模块化手环,包括手环主体1、塑胶腕带2,手环主体1内置模块化主控电路板;所述的模块化主控电路板设有基础模块;所述的基础模块包括主控芯片、GPS、陀螺仪、三轴加速度传感器、紫外线传感器、光学心率传感器、体温传感器、血氧传感器、无创血糖传感器、皮电反应传感器、无线充电模块。
陀螺仪用于描述及记录运动状态;紫外线传感器用于检测环境紫外线水平;光学心率传感器用于实时监测心率;体温传感器用于监测体温;血氧传感器用于实时监测外周血氧饱和度;无创血糖传感用于无创检测血糖;皮电反应传感用于实时血压监测;无线充电模块实现手环的无线充电功能。
手环主体1具备防水功能并可进行消毒处理,经由塑胶腕带2较为紧密地贴合于患者手腕,并由磁力扣固定,磁力扣保证腕带固定牢靠、出院时解锁,该手环作为患者住院期间的有效身份识别工具,同时,塑胶腕带2的可延展性也需要保证患者手腕佩戴的舒适性,不同颜色的塑胶腕带2也可区分不同的患者群体。
特殊的抗过敏腕带供对普通材质过敏人群使用。

1.一种医用模块化手环,包括手环主体(1)、塑胶腕带(2),其特征在于:手环主体(1)内置模块化主控电路板;所述的模块化主控电路板设有基础模块;所述的基础模块包括主控芯片、GPS、陀螺仪、三轴加速度传感器、紫外线传感器、光学心率传感器、体温传感器、血氧传感器、无创血糖传感器、皮电反应传感器、无线充电模块。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种医用模块化手环,其特征在于:所述的GPS用于患者定位;所述的陀螺仪用于描述及记录运动状态;所述的紫外线传感器用于检测环境紫外线水平;所述的光学心率传感器用于实时监测心率;所述的体温传感器用于监测体温;所述的血氧传感器用于实时监测外周血氧饱和度;所述的无创血糖传感用于无创检测血糖;所述的皮电反应传感用于实时血压监测;所述的无线充电模块实现手环的无线充电功能。
