Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of weeding, in particular to a quick, stable and efficient mower.
Background
Various tools have been devised to replace effective, but potentially toxic chemicals to remove weeds in gardens and lawns. Such tools include weeding tools, weed extractors, rooters, sketchers, and hoes. Each tool has different advantages and it is generally applied to different herbicidal situations depending on the type of plant and the nature of the field, such as hardness and degree of compaction.
A conventional lawn mower for outdoor gardening generally includes a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, a driving shaft driven by the motor to rotate, a cutter head disposed on the driving shaft and rotating along with the driving shaft, and a cutting element fixedly mounted on the cutter head, wherein the mower drives the cutting element to cut grass by the rotation of the cutter head. However, when the cutting element encounters a relatively hard object or a shrub rootstock, jamming of the cutter head or damage to the cutting element can occur.
US 3320732 discloses a cutting element mounting arrangement for a lawnmower having an opening in the cutter head, a U-shaped tab securing one end of the cutting element in the opening in the cutter head and allowing the cutting element to rotate relative to the cutter head so that when the mower is cutting, the cutting element is caused to pivot against a relatively hard object or root of a bush to avoid the object and prevent the cutter head from stalling or damaging the cutting element.
However, when the mower is in operation, the cutting element rotates at a high speed along with the cutter disc to drive the cut grass to rotate along with the cutter disc, and the cut grass enters and is clamped between the cutter disc and the cutting element under the action of inertia, so that the cutting capacity of the mower is reduced, the cutter disc is easy to block, or the cutting element is easy to damage. US5916111 discloses a cutting head for a lawn mower, wherein a grass pressing disc parallel to the cutter head is arranged at the lower part of the cutter head, grass and sundries are pressed by the grass pressing disc and prevented from entering a rotating area of a cutting element, and therefore the cutter head can be prevented from being locked and rotated due to grass clamped between the cutter head and the cutting element. But the weight of the cutting head is increased by adding the grass pressing disc, so that the load of the mower is increased, and the energy consumption is increased; moreover, the grass pressing disc continuously presses grass, so that friction is increased for the moving of the mower; in addition, the provision of the grass pressing disc increases the number of elements of the cutting head, which is complicated and difficult to assemble, resulting in high costs.
For this reason, there is a need in the art for further improvements.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a mower which solves the problems that grass chopping and sundries are pressed by a grass pressing disc and enter a rotating area of a cutting element, so that grass is clamped between a cutter disc and the cutting element to cause cutter disc rotation blockage and low efficiency.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
A mower comprises a body, a cutting wheel mounted in the body and driven to rotate by a mounting plate, wherein the mounting plate is controlled by an elastic biasing device, the elastic biasing device comprises a spring device acting on the mounting plate, the spring device is a torsion spring, one arm of the torsion spring is connected with the mounting plate, the other arm of the torsion spring is fixedly contacted with the body, the pivoting motion of the mounting plate enables the cutting wheel to have angle adjustment within a certain range, the bottom of the cutting wheel is slightly arc-shaped, and the cutting edge of the cutting wheel is in a sawtooth shape. The angle and the height of the cutting wheel are adjusted by the torsion spring, so that the most attractive lawn effect can be achieved when the lawn mower is used for cutting.
Preferably, the body has lever means mounted thereon, said lever means including a catch arm having a first pivot point pivotally mounted to the mounting plate and a release lever connected to the catch arm having a second pivot point pivotally mounted to the body, the catch arm and the release lever being located at an off-centre position at a third pivot point with respect to a line joining the first and second pivot points. The lever and the releasing mechanism are skillfully used, so that the broom plate can complete reciprocating grass-chip sweeping work, grass chips are swept to one side when grass is mowed at one side, and the phenomenon that the cutting wheel is blocked and rotated due to grass clamping between the cutter and the cutting element cannot be caused.
Preferably, the body is fitted with a trigger mechanism which is actuable to operate the broom panel so as to cause the broom panel to deploy the brush section. The release lever is generally L-shaped when viewed in plan and is dimensioned such that an end portion projects through a longitudinal slot in the body to serve as a release button for the trigger mechanism described above. The release button has a return mechanism adapted to return the release button to its original position after being depressed, the return mechanism being a slide and bias mechanism, the bias mechanism being a cantilever or a spring. Release and the ingenious reciprocating motion that has realized of return mechanism, and the brush once brushes, once receipts, once releases, once receives, such design makes can not take place the grass bits and glue on the brush hair when sweeping the grass bits to influence the problem of clearance. Meanwhile, one end of the broom plate is hinged to the mounting plate, the whole device is ingenious and light in design, and the weight of the existing mower is greatly reduced.
The device can realize wireless technology, adds the sensor to automatically judge the height orientation of the operation, and simultaneously controls the trend and the range size by using the wireless remote controller to realize intelligent life.
Compared with the prior art: the rotation of ingenious application spring and lever drives the slope of installation to can be the height and the angle of non-level adjustment cutting wheel, reach the most pleasing to the eye effect after finishing mowing with this, continuous when the cutting carries out reciprocating motion with the lever, accomplish the effect of sweeping on one side of cutting, avoid pressing from both sides the grass between blade disc and the cutting element, can prevent again that the rotatory region of cutting element is interior to be cared thick liquid, the accumulation of dust, make things convenient for workman's arrangement, raise the efficiency.
