The front rotary tillage component comprises a front adjusting hydraulic cylinder 2, a front rotary tillage cutter wheel 9 and a front rotary tillage driver, wherein the cylinder body of the front adjusting hydraulic cylinder 2 is connected to the vehicle body, the piston end of the front adjusting hydraulic cylinder 2 is connected to the front rotary tillage cutter wheel, and the front rotary tillage cutter wheel 9 is driven to rotate by the front rotary tillage driver; the middle rotary tillage component comprises a middle adjusting hydraulic cylinder 10, a middle rotary tillage cutter wheel 8 and a middle rotary tillage driver, wherein the cylinder body of the middle adjusting hydraulic cylinder 10 is connected to the vehicle body, the piston end of the middle adjusting hydraulic cylinder 10 is connected to the middle rotary tillage cutter wheel 8, and the middle rotary tillage cutter wheel is driven to rotate by the middle rotary tillage driver; the rear rotary tillage assembly comprises a rear adjusting hydraulic cylinder 16, a rear rotary tillage cutter wheel 18 and a rear rotary tillage driver, the cylinder body 16 of the rear adjusting hydraulic cylinder is connected to the vehicle body through a tail frame 15, the piston end of the rear adjusting hydraulic cylinder 16 is connected to the rear rotary tillage cutter wheel 18 through a frame body 17, and the rear rotary tillage cutter wheel is driven to rotate by the rear rotary tillage driver.
