Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, a method and a system for evaluating heat video provided by the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Example 1:
the present embodiment provides a method for evaluating a hot video, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step S10: and recording the effective watching times of the preheated video in a set period. The preheating video is a video with the number of times of on-demand playing in a set period larger than a first set threshold value. The effective watching is the watching behavior that the duration of continuously watching the preheating video is larger than a second set threshold.
The first set threshold and the second set threshold can be set arbitrarily according to specific situations.
Step S11: and calculating the viewing heat value of the preheated video according to the effective viewing times of the preheated video.
In this step, the calculation formula of the observation heat value of the preheated video is as follows:
wherein mu is the observation heat value of the preheated video; i is the serial number of the set period; ni is the effective watching times of the preheated video in the ith set period; n [ i-1] is the effective watching times of the preheating video in the set period of i-1.
Step S12: and evaluating whether the preheated video is the hot video or not according to the effective watching times and the watching hot value of the preheated video.
Compared with the existing method for evaluating the heat video only according to the video on demand times, the heat video evaluation method comprehensively considers the video on demand times, the effective watching times and the watching heat value, so that the heat video evaluation method can reflect the real heat of the video more objectively, and the evaluation result of the heat video is more objective and accurate.
Example 2:
the present embodiment provides a method for evaluating a hotness video, as shown in fig. 2, including:
step S10: and recording the effective watching times of the preheated video in a set period. The preheating video is a video with the number of times of on-demand playing in a set period larger than a first set threshold value. The effective watching is the watching behavior that the duration of continuously watching the preheating video is larger than a second set threshold.
The first set threshold and the second set threshold may be arbitrarily set according to the specific situation.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S120: and judging whether the effective watching times of the preheated video is greater than a first set threshold value or not.
Step S121: and judging whether the watching heat value of the preheated video is greater than 0.
When the determination result of step S120 is yes and the determination result of step S121 is also yes, step S122 is performed: determining the preheating video as a heat video; otherwise, the pre-heating video is a non-hot video.
Through the steps S120 to S122, the order frequency, the effective watching frequency and the watching heat value of the video are considered in the evaluation of the heat video, so that the evaluation result of the heat video is more objective and accurate.
In this embodiment, the method for evaluating a popularity video further includes:
step S08: and judging whether the preheating video is not evaluated as the heat video in three continuous set periods.
In this step, the evaluation steps of the heat video are the above-described steps S120 to S122.
If so, go to step S09: and converting the preheating video into a common video, and judging whether the common video is the preheating video again.
In this step, it is determined whether the normal video is the pre-heating video by determining whether the number of times of the on-demand in the set period is greater than a first set threshold.
Step S08 and step S09 are executed before step S10. Through steps S08 to S09, the preheat video evaluation can be performed again on the preheat video that is not evaluated as the heat video after a period of time (for example, three set periods) (i.e., whether the video is the preheat video is confirmed again), and since the watching heat of the video changes with time, the above steps can make the evaluation result of the preheat video more objective and accurate, thereby further making the evaluation result of the heat video more objective and accurate.
In this embodiment, the method for evaluating a hot video further includes: step S13: and marking the heat videos and sending the heat videos to a video distribution network.
In this step, the video distribution network distributes the hot videos to the edge nodes which are close to the user, so that the edge nodes provide the on-demand service of the hot videos for the user.
