Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an event push system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an event push system 100 of the present invention includes a server 110 and a plurality of electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n coupled to the server. The server 110 includes network servers of various Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in an area where a user is located and a central server of the event push system 100 of the present invention. Each of the electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n includes a processor (not shown), a memory (not shown), and a communication chip (not shown). The electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n may be a personal computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a car computer, or any intelligent electronic device with a normal screen or a touch screen. Each of the electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n and the server 110 can communicate with each other by wire or wirelessly through a wired network, a wireless network, a local area network, a 3G or 4G mobile communication network, a satellite communication network, etc. In addition, each of the electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n has a positioning function. The Positioning function can be implemented by various Positioning systems such as Global Positioning System (GPS), Assisted Global Positioning System (AGPS), galileo Positioning System, beidou satellite navigation System, bluetooth or WIFI wireless Positioning, ibeacon Positioning, high frequency scanning (e.g., radar or ultrasonic) local area Positioning, or other indoor or outdoor Positioning methods.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an event push method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, in step S201, an event initiator (e.g., the electronic device 120-1) obtains location information corresponding to each of the electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n from the server 110, and displays identification information of the electronic devices on a map according to the location information.
Specifically, when the user opens an application corresponding to the event pushing method of the present invention (e.g., a web page on a cloud server or an application already built in the electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n), the application can display all the friends, specific groups or specific communities of the user on the map. The contents displayed on the map are Identification information of the electronic device corresponding to each user, such as an Identification (ID) of the user in the application, an Identification of the electronic device of the user, an email box of the user, a phone number of the user, and the like, which can uniquely represent each user. The user mentioned hereinafter also represents the electronic device held by the user.
It is noted that, in one embodiment, the map may be a real map (i.e., an absolute position map). The exact position of each user on the map can be displayed on the absolute position map, i.e. the distance between the users displayed on the map is the same as the actual distance between the users. However, the invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the map may also be a relative position map. In the relative position map, the distance between users displayed on the map is different from the actual distance between users. However, in the relative position map, the distance between two users with a longer actual distance must be longer than the distance between two users with a shorter actual distance in order to maintain the accuracy of the position relationship between the users. In another embodiment, the map may be a user-defined map. The user-defined map may be an indoor or outdoor map of a particular venue, such as a department store indoor map, a soccer stadium outdoor map, or an outdoor map of a particular outdoor event. The location of each user in the user-defined map may be calculated using an assisted global positioning system.
In step S203, the event initiator receives an input signal of a user to select a plurality of first electronic devices from the electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n on the map.
In one embodiment, the application may directly provide an event initiator (event initiator) to input a predetermined distance (i.e., an input signal) on an event initiator (e.g., a cell phone of the event initiator), and select all first electronic devices on the map that are less than the predetermined distance from the event initiator as objects for pushing the event.
In another embodiment, the event initiator may perform a circle selection operation on the map to circle out a plurality of first electronic devices and use the first electronic devices as objects of the pushed event. The selection operation can be any regular or irregular shape such as single-side connection, circle, square, triangle, etc. That is, the electronic device of the event originator receives a circle operation signal (i.e., an input signal) to circle out a plurality of electronic devices on the map. It should be noted that the circle selection operation may be performed by taking the event initiator as the center, or directly set in a region with a larger area (e.g., baseball field or football field), or set in a specific range with a certain point as the center, or set in a fixed distance of one or more actual geographic streets or in an electronic device in the region thereof, which is not limited by the invention.
In another embodiment, the first electronic device may also be selected based on the shortest arrival time for the user to reach the location of the event initiating device through a variety of different vehicles. Specifically, the event initiating device may receive an input signal of the event initiator to obtain the shortest arrival time. The event initiating device may then select a first electronic device from the electronic devices on the map, with the estimated time for the first electronic device to reach the location of the event initiating device via a variety of vehicles (e.g., automobile, locomotive, bus, express, high-speed rail, or walking, etc.) being less than the minimum arrival time. In this way, the number of users who can reach the location of the event initiator within the shortest arrival time can be accurately calculated.
In another embodiment, the application may directly provide an event initiator (event initiator) to arbitrarily select multiple first electronic devices from a single or compound user group on an event initiating device (e.g., the event initiator's cell phone) as the object of the push event.
In step S205, the event initiator pushes an event to the first electronic device, where the event includes specified location information specified by the event initiator or information (also called instant messaging information) such as a picture, text, audio, video, etc. to be pushed by the event initiator. Specifically, after selecting the first electronic device, the event originator can push an advertisement, an invitation, a questionnaire, a group purchase, and the like to the first electronic device. The invitation event may record information such as an event main text, a picture or a map, a video and audio attachment, a picture attachment, an event time, an event schedule, the number of people in the event, an invitation list and the like, and the event main text may be information such as group purchase information, commercial advertisement or group pickup information. Meanwhile, the user of the first electronic device can also confirm the position of the event according to the designated position information designated by the event initiating device. The specified location information may be the geographic location of the event initiating device itself or other specific geographic location. For example, when the event initiator invites the user to consume from the store, the specified location information may be set to the geographical location of the event initiator itself, that is, the location of the store. Further, when the event initiator wants to invite the user to a certain set of specific places (e.g., baseball stadium), the specified location information may be set as the geographical location of the certain place.
In step S207, the event initiator receives response information of the first electronic device, where the response information includes confirmation information or rejection information. For example, starbucks may initiate an invitation event in their mason dough to invite all users to a particular storefront for consumption. A user who receives the invitation and responds to the confirmation may receive a cup of coffee for free. It should be noted that, after the first electronic device sends the response message to the event initiating device, the first electronic device can automatically add the event to the schedule for reminding. Therefore, the event initiating device can rapidly send out the invitation to the users in the specific range, and can obtain the information of the users who want to participate in the invitation in real time. The event initiating device may also set a reward system, such as having the first 10 consumers arriving at a particular storefront receive coffee free, and having the 11 th to 20 th consumers arriving at a particular storefront receive coffee at a price of five fold.
In one embodiment, the response message further includes a picture message, a text message and a voice message. The event initiating device and the first electronic device can identify the user identity corresponding to the first electronic device which sends the response information in the event according to the response information. For example, the first electronic device may send out picture information including a photo of the user or text information describing the user wearing the device, so that other first electronic devices or event initiating devices may perform identity recognition or information communication through the response information.
In an embodiment, the event pushing method of the present invention may further provide a reverse invitation function. For example, the user, i.e., the offeror, may initiate an offer, e.g., the title "buy a particular item", and transmit the offer to one or more item providers on the map within a particular range. The offeree, i.e., the item provider, may provide the service to the offeror immediately after receiving the offer. The location information of the invitee can also be grasped by the invitee. It is noted that when multiple providers (also referred to as first electronic devices) receive an offer, if one of the providers (also referred to as second electronic devices) responds early, the inviter may stop broadcasting the offer to the providers to avoid receiving duplicate items. In addition to shopping applications, the present embodiment may also be applied to ride-sharing functionality. For example, when the user is at an intersection, an offer can be issued to a specific range of service providers on a map and the location to be visited can be noted. When a service provider also wants to go to the same place, the service provider can go to the intersection to send the user. Thus, the concept of shared economy can be truly realized.
If the inviter and invitee of the reverse invitation are both indoors (e.g. basketball court), the inviter can set a flag in the indoor map to make the invitee know the location of the inviter, or display the relative locations of the inviter and invitee by using the function of the assisted global positioning system to make the invitee know the location of the inviter.
In one embodiment, when the first electronic device transmits the response information to the event initiating device, the event initiating device may provide the position information of all responding first electronic devices (i.e., the first electronic device that transmits the acknowledgement information back to the event initiating device) to all other responding first electronic devices through the server 110. For example, in a marathon race (or a mountain climbing or casino event), the host may hold the event initiating device and the participants may hold the first electronic device. All participants must respond to the host invitation before the race. Therefore, the position information of all the participants can be obtained in real time by the host or the participants in the competition process. This makes it easier for the host to count how many participants have not yet completed the race through the endpoint. Meanwhile, the host may also push information to the user when the participant travels a particular distance (e.g., 10 km, 20 km, 30 km). In addition, each electronic device 120-1 to 120-n may also be coupled to a sensor (e.g., a physiological sensor or a motion sensor, not shown in fig. 1) via WIFI or bluetooth or like signals. In this way, the event initiating device or the first electronic device returning the confirmation information to the event initiating device can obtain all the physiological information or the motion information (for example, the physiological information such as heartbeat, blood pressure, body temperature, sweat acidity and alkalinity, or the motion information such as speed, altitude, acceleration) of the first electronic device returning the confirmation information to the event initiating device, in addition to the position information of all the returned confirmation information to the first electronic device of the event initiating device, so as to obtain the accurate personal state of each participant.
In an embodiment, the event initiating device may push an indoor map event to set a flag at a predetermined location on the map. The event initiator carries the indoor map corresponding to the flag. All electronic devices can select the flag to open the indoor map to access the indoor map information or edit the indoor map. It should be noted that the function of editing the indoor map can be set to be performed by all electronic devices or only by electronic devices with specific authority. After the indoor map is opened, the electronic device can execute a position guiding function, a friend searching function or an instant messaging function according to the indoor map.
For example, in fig. 3A and 3B, the event initiating device may choose to push one indoor map event from the functional area 320 to set the flag 312 for the selected location on the map 310. The electronic devices 120-1 to 120-n of the present invention can select the flag 312 to turn on the indoor map 360 to access the information of the indoor map 360. After the indoor map 360 is turned on, the map flag field 330, the event reminder 340, and the floor selection field 350 can be displayed above the indoor map 360. When the user selects "1F," the application opens the indoor map 360 corresponding to xx department store first floor. Any user or users with specific rights can place or edit the data flags 361 through the function area 320. The data flag 361 may include xx department specific counter information and may assist the user in location guidance. A plurality of users 311 are also displayed in the indoor map 360, so that the users 311 can also perform a friend search function or perform instant messaging with friends in the indoor map 360.
In summary, the event broadcasting method, the electronic device and the event broadcasting system of the present invention display the identification information of the plurality of electronic devices on the map, select the plurality of first electronic devices from the plurality of electronic devices, and broadcast the event to the first electronic devices. Thus, more intuitive functions such as invitation and advertisement broadcasting can be achieved. The event pushing method of the present invention may further allow the event originator to manually circle the first electronic device of a specific range, allow the event originator to set a predetermined distance to select the first electronic device having a distance to the event originator smaller than the predetermined distance, or allow the vehicle to select the first electronic device having the fastest time to reach the location of the event originator smaller than the shortest arrival time. The event push method of the invention also provides functions of reverse invitation, automatic event scheduling and the like so as to really realize sharing economy and improve the convenience of initiating the invitation by the user.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
