Background
With the development of technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and distributed technologies, the application of large storage or computing cluster systems is more and more extensive.
For the cluster system, centralized operation management and control can be performed on massive cluster equipment through a multi-equipment management technology, and high reliability and reasonable maintenance modes of the equipment are guaranteed. Specifically, the same or similar multi-device management system software is run on each cluster device, so that the collection and display of related performance data are facilitated, and the unified maintenance and management are performed by a user.
However, in the multi-device management system in the prior art, in terms of displaying names of the respective devices, the names are not distinguished for specific users, that is, a single cluster device adopts a fixed same device name, such as a device ID, or a default name preset by a developer, for any user who logs in the multi-device management system. For the actual large number of cluster devices, a user often cannot accurately confirm which cluster device is specified only by the device ID or the name of others; in particular, the device ID is typically a 32-bit numeric string that is difficult to remember and identify.
Therefore, what kind of method for displaying device names in a multi-device management system is adopted is convenient for a user to autonomously memorize and identify different cluster devices, so as to improve management efficiency and user experience, and a technical problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field is urgently needed.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a device name display method in a multiple device management system provided in the present application, which mainly includes the following steps:
