技术领域
本发明涉及一种光缆,尤其涉及一种新型通信光缆。
背景技术
目前,电缆通常采用有机材料橡胶、塑料等作为绝缘材料,当电缆着火时,绝缘层燃烧殆尽,同时由塑料燃烧引起的烟雾会造成“二次灾害”;传统的矿物绝缘电缆以氧化镁粉等金属氧化物作为绝缘材料的电缆,它具有优异的耐火、防爆、耐高温等性能,保证着火线路在一定时间内供电,改善了电缆的防火性能,但是其工艺复杂,成本高,同时制造长度也受限制;吸潮后水份沿电缆纵向深入,导致电缆绝缘性能的下降,影响电气性能。另外,电缆弯曲性能较差,安装敷设不方便,使用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、生产成本低、物理强度高、使用寿命长、适应地区广、信号传输稳定、屏蔽效果好的新型通信光缆。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的光缆包括四根通信线芯、中心加强芯、内护套、阻燃层、阻水层、金属编织层和外护套,所述的通信线芯包括若干光纤,所述的若干光纤外由内至外依次设置内绝缘层、内屏蔽层、外绝缘层、外屏蔽层构成通信线芯,所述的中心加强芯设置在光缆中心,所述的四根通信线芯外挤包内护套构成缆芯,所述的缆芯外由内至外依次设置阻燃层、阻水层、金属编织层和外护套。
所述的光纤为无氧铜导体。
所述的中心加强芯为铝镁合金加强芯。
所述的内护套和外护套为聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯护套。
所述的内屏蔽层和外屏蔽层为软金属编织屏蔽层。
本发明结构简单、生产成本低、物理强度高、使用寿命长、适应地区广、信号传输稳定、屏蔽效果好。
