计算机信息系统集成中的项目管理是一种基于信息技术的高效率项目管理模式，依据工程项目和工程项目管理的特点，通过项目管理中的各要素相互关系以及项目执行过程中各参与方之间的动态影响关系，利用现代化的管理技术和手段，使各项目要素优化组合、合理配置， 并以以项目经理负责制作为基础，以期实现高效项目目标。其中，在计算机信息系统集成中，考虑到项目管理实施的必要性和全面性，明确各参与方，尤其是各种供应商、分包商等纳入信息系统集成项目管理体系中，通过完善的信息技术形成动态的高效率的项目组织，以实现项目目标和使企业获得良好的、最大化的综合效益。我们知道，信息系统集成项目管理的对象是项目， 由于项目的实施通常具有一次性特征， 在对项目管理界定项目管理任务时需要遵循“控制、管理、协调”机制，即进度控制、质量控制、费用控制、合同管理、信息管理和组织协调。完整的项目管理系统需要各职能部门、各参与单位、各个阶段性进展形成有机的整体， 而现有的计算机系统集成中，还没有一套好的推进项目管理方法。

为解决上述问题，本发明提出了一种新型计算机系统集成的推进项目管理方法；将项目管理划分为多个分析过程，并对每个过程实施管理和反馈。
