The logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein, e.g., an ordered listing of executable instructions that can be considered to implement logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. If implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method based on a data table, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring organization change data;
updating an organization information table according to the organization change data;
acquiring a preset associated foreign key between a record in the organization information table and a record in the personnel information table; the related external key refers to a mapping relation between records in the organization information table and records in the personnel information table;
updating the associated records in the personnel information table according to the associated external keys and the updated organization information table; determining a mapping relation between an organization mechanism identifier in an organization information table and a personnel identifier in a personnel information table according to the associated foreign key; according to the changed organization mechanism identification, inquiring records related to the personnel identification with mapping relation in a personnel information table; reading the updated organization mechanism identifier from the updated organization information table aiming at the changed organization mechanism identifier; and updating the records inquired in the personnel information table by adopting the updated organization mechanism identification.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
periodically acquiring the organization information table;
comparing the organization information difference between the organization information tables of two adjacent periods;
and generating a periodic snapshot table of the organization information according to the organization information difference.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
periodically acquiring the personnel information table;
comparing personnel information differences between the personnel information tables of two adjacent periods;
and generating a periodic snapshot table of the personnel information according to the personnel information difference.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising, after updating the records associated in the person information table according to the associated foreign key and the updated organization information table:
aiming at the update of the previous time, generating a personnel change record according to the difference between the updated personnel information table and the personnel information table before the update;
respectively generating personnel information pull-chain tables of different personnel according to personnel change records generated by updating in the past; the personnel information zipper table is used for recording personnel change records updated by corresponding personnel in each time.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after generating a staff change record based on a difference between the updated staff information table and the staff information table before updating,:
writing the personnel change data into a fact table corresponding to the information type according to the information type related to the personnel change data; wherein the information categories include one or more combinations of enrollment information, trial information, vitality information, training information, and departure information.

The information processing method based on the data table according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the organization information table is a plurality of tables, including one or more combinations of an organization unit change table, an organization unit hierarchy table, an organization unit membership table and an organization unit basic information table;
the organization unit change table is used for recording organization change data of the organization unit; the organizational change data is to indicate one or more combinations of mergers, renames, and hierarchy adjustments of organizational units;
the organization unit level table is used for recording the report level relation of the organization units;
the organization unit membership table is used for recording the administrative membership hierarchical relationship of the organization units;
and the organization unit basic information table is used for recording the functions and/or the posts of the organization units.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the updating the organization information table according to the organization change data comprises:
updating the organization unit change table according to the organization change data;
and correspondingly updating the organization unit hierarchy table, the organization unit membership table and the organization unit basic information table according to the updated organization unit change table.
8. An information processing apparatus based on a data table, the apparatus comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring organization change data;
the first updating module is used for updating the organization information table according to the organization change data;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a preset associated external key between the record in the organization information table and the record in the personnel information table; the related external key refers to a mapping relation between records in the organization information table and records in the personnel information table;
the second updating module is used for updating the associated records in the personnel information table according to the associated external keys and the updated organization information table; determining a mapping relation between an organization mechanism identifier in an organization information table and a personnel identifier in a personnel information table according to the associated foreign key; according to the changed organization mechanism identification, inquiring records related to the personnel identification with mapping relation in a personnel information table; reading the updated organization mechanism identifier from the updated organization information table aiming at the changed organization mechanism identifier; and updating the records inquired in the personnel information table by adopting the updated organization mechanism identification.
9. An electronic device, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executing the program implements a method of data table based information processing according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of processing information based on a data table according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
