An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, including a touch device and an information output device, wherein: the touch device comprises a touch area; the information output equipment is used for outputting prompt information under the condition that the operation action of the operation body and the edge of the touch area meet preset conditions.
The electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can provide a prompt at the touch edge when the user operation body exceeds the touch area on the premise of ensuring better user experience, so that a user can clearly know that the touch boundary is exceeded at the moment.
Fig. 1 schematically shows an application scenario of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example of an application scenario of an electronic device to which the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, but does not mean that the embodiment of the present disclosure may not be applied to other apparatuses, environments or scenarios.
As shown in fig. 1, the electronic device 1 according to the embodiment of the disclosure may be applied to a notebook computer 2, the touch control area may be a touch pad of the notebook computer 2, the touch pads of existing notebook computers are all very small, and the touch control operation is limited to a very small area, so that it is easy for an operating body such as a finger to exceed the touch control range when moving and the user does not realize the operating body, and particularly when moving a cursor for a long distance, in order to solve the problem, in the prior art, particles are added on the surface of the touch pad, so that the touch sense of the touch pad is different from that of other areas to prompt the user, but after the particles are added, the frictional resistance is increased, so that the touch control efficiency is reduced. In the prior art, the touch pad and other areas are designed to be different planes, so that the edges form a fall to prompt a user to touch the boundary, but the fall at the edges can affect the touch feeling.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the finger of the user exceeds the touch control boundary can be known by detecting the relationship between the operation action of the finger of the user and the edge of the touch panel, and if so, the prompt information can be output through a prompting device, such as a voice prompt or a vibration prompt, so that the touch control method is clear and does not cause a sense of incongruity. The electronic device 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure does not need to change the touch feeling between the touch pad and other areas, so that the touch pad surface is smooth and does not generate resistance when touching, and no physical boundary is needed to be set on the touch pad boundary, and better user experience can be provided without a boundary drop.
It is understood that the application scenario in fig. 1 is only an example, and the electronic device may be applied to other electronic devices that need touch input besides a notebook computer.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a schematic view of an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the electronic device 1 includes a touch device 110 and an information output device 120, wherein: the touch device 110 includes a touch area 111; the information output device 120 is configured to output prompt information when the operation action of the operation body and the edge of the touch area 111 satisfy a preset condition.
Specifically, the touch area 111 of the touch device 110 may be a touch pad of a notebook computer, for example, a conventional physical touch pad on the notebook computer, where the touch pad is capable of sensing an operation action of an operation body and confirming a position where the operation action occurs, and the operation action may be, for example, a click, a drag, and the like.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a schematic view of an electronic device 1 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the touch device 110 may include other regions besides the touch region 111, and the other regions may also have a function of sensing touch, or the other regions are only a device housing and have no sensing function. In one case, all regions of the touch device 110 have a function of sensing a touch of an operating body, for example, the entire touch device 110 may be composed of one display touch screen or may be formed by splicing a plurality of display touch screens, and a partial region of the display touch screens is configured as the touch region 111 of the touch pad, that is, the touch pad is not a traditional physical touch pad, but is simulated by the display touch screen configuration, but can also implement the function of the traditional physical touch pad. The other area may be, for example, a keyboard area, keys of the keyboard may also be simulated by the display touch screen, and the other area may also be a blank area, which may sense a touch of the operating body but does not perform any function since the blank area is also a part of the display touch screen. The display touch screen can be a common LCD touch screen or an ink screen. The surface of the screen is a smooth plane without gaps, and a user is less likely to perceive a touch boundary during operation, so that the device and the method disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure can play a crucial role under the condition, reduce the useless work of the user and improve the input efficiency.
The information output device 120 may be an audio output device, and may output a sound prompt, for example, a speaker of a notebook, or a speaker additionally disposed at the touch panel, and is only used for performing an out-of-range prompt, and the specific prompt sound content may be determined according to the user preference, or different prompt contents may be output according to different situations.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a schematic diagram of an information output apparatus setting position according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the information output device 120 may also be a vibration device, which may output a vibration prompt, for example, a device that is driven by a micro motor and can cause vibration, similar to a mobile phone vibrator, and the vibration device may be disposed below the touch pad, specifically, below an edge area of the touch pad, and a circle of vibration prompt area is formed at the edge of the touch pad, so as to perform vibration prompt when the operating body moves to the edge.
The information output device 120 may include both an audio output device and a vibration device, and output different types of prompt information according to different situations or using one of the prompt modes according to user selection.
The touch device 110 may be directly connected to the information output device 120, or connected to the information output device 120 through another device, and may transmit information data to the information output device 120. When the touch device 110 senses that the operation of the operation body and the edge of the touch area 111 satisfy the preset condition, it can be determined that the operation body is out of range or exceeds the touch range of the touch area 111, the touch device 110 directly or indirectly outputs out-of-range information to the information output device 120, and the information output device 120 outputs prompt information according to the out-of-range information.
The condition that the operation action of the operation body and the edge of the touch area meet the preset condition may refer to a condition that the position of the operation action is located at the edge of the touch area or exceeds the edge of the touch area, or the operation body performs some specified operation actions at the edge of the touch area and/or outside the touch area.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, on the premise of ensuring better user experience, when the user operation body exceeds the touch area, the prompt information is provided, so that the user can clearly know that the touch boundary is exceeded at the moment.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device 1 may further include a controller for acquiring operation motion information and/or position information of the operation body, and controlling the information output device according to the operation motion information and/or the position information.
Specifically, the controller may be integrated in a central processing chip of the notebook computer, or may be an independent controller separately disposed at the touch device 110, the touch device 110 transmits the sensed information to the controller, and the controller analyzes whether the operation body is about to exceed or exceeds the touch area, and if so, sends a control signal to the information output device 120, and the information output device 120 outputs the prompt information according to the control signal.
In addition, the analyzing and controlling functions of the controller may also be integrated in the control device of the touch device 110 or the information output device 120.
Further, the controller may analyze several different states according to the information of the operation body, and control the information output device 120 to output different types of prompt information or output different prompt contents, where the several different states may include: the operation body is about to exceed the limit but not exceed the limit, the operation body is exceeded, at least one point is at the touch edge or exceeds the touch edge when the operation action needs multi-point touch, and the like.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a schematic view of an electronic device provided with a border area according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the edge of the touch area 111 may be provided with a boundary area 1111; the preset conditions include: the operation position of the operation body is located in the boundary region 1111; or the operation body is moved from the operation region 1112 to the boundary region 1111.
Specifically, the touch area 111 includes a boundary area 1111 and an operation area 1112, the boundary area 1111 surrounds the operation area 1112, and the boundary area 1111 may be a partial area of the touch pad and has both a touch function of the touch pad and a function of sensing position and motion information of the operation body. The boundary region 1111 may be a single detection region provided outside the touch panel, and may have only a function of sensing the position and the motion of the operation body and no touch function of the touch panel, and in this case, the operation region 1112 is a touch panel region.
In the case that the touch device 110 is composed of a display touch screen, the boundary region 1111 may be configured by the display touch screen according to preset parameters. For example, information such as the width and position of the border region may be set by a user, and the controller configures a corresponding region of the display touch screen as the border region 1111 according to the parameter information.
Fig. 6A schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an operation body touching a boundary area according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6A, in one case, when it is detected that the operation point of the operation body is located in the boundary area 1111, it is considered that the operation body is about to exceed the boundary or is out of the boundary, and the guidance information is output regardless of whether the operation body is slid to this point from the operation area 1112 or moved to this point from another place. In this case, the detection is convenient and fast, and only the current position of the operation body needs to be confirmed without confirming the previous position or track, and the detection mode can not only prompt when the user exceeds the touch area, but also play a role in prompting when the user approaches or enters the touch area from the outside, and remind the user that the user has entered the touch area.
Fig. 6B schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an operating body touching a boundary area according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6B, in another case, when it is detected that the operation body moves from the operation region 1112 to the boundary region 1111, the operation body is considered to be out of range or out of range, the detection method needs to confirm the current position and the previous movement position of the operation body, and only when the operation body moves from the operation region 1112 to the boundary region 1111, the prompt is performed, so that unnecessary disturbance to the user can be reduced. Here, the movement from the operation area to the boundary area may be intermittent movement, and it is only necessary to confirm that the position of the operation body at the previous time before reaching the boundary area 1111 is located in the operation area 1112; it should be noted that continuous sliding may be required to confirm whether or not the trajectory of the operation body is continuous and conforms to the law of motion from inside to outside, and it may be also required to confirm whether or not a plurality of pieces of position information of the operation body are continuous and all located in operation region 1112 within a continuous period of time before reaching boundary region 1111.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the touch area 111 and the boundary area 1111 can at least sense the operation of the operation body, acquire the position information of the operation body, and transmit the position information to the controller; the controller is used for controlling the information output device 120 to output prompt information under the condition that the position information of the operation body belongs to the preset boundary area range; or the controller is configured to control the information output device 120 to output the prompt information in a case where the position information of the operation body is changed from a range belonging to the preset operation region 1112 to a range belonging to the preset boundary region 1111;
the operation of the operation body comprises touch or floating touch.
Specifically, the transition of the position information of the operation body from belonging to the preset operation region 1112 to belonging to the preset boundary region 1111 includes the continuous sliding or intermittent movement of the operation body from the operation region 1112 to the boundary region 1111 as described above.
The controller may know the position information of the boundary area in advance, and the boundary area 1111 and the operation area 1112 of the touch device 110 may acquire the position information of the operation body in real time and transmit the position information to the controller.
In one case, the controller compares the position information of the operation body with the position information of a preset boundary area, and controls the information output device 120 to output the prompt information when detecting that the position of the operation body is within the boundary area.
In another case, the controller compares the position information of the operation body with the position information of the preset boundary region, and when the position of the operation body is within the boundary region, detects whether the position of the operation body at the previous time is within the range of the operation region 1112, or detects whether the position information of the operation body in a period of time before is continuous and is both within the range of the operation region 1112, and if so, controls the information output device 120 to output the prompt information.
The display touch screen can be a common screen which needs to be actually touched by an operation body, and can also be a suspension touch screen, and the touch operation of the operation body can be direct touch or suspension touch.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the controller is also used to adjust the position and size of the boundary region 1111.
Specifically, in the case that the touch device 110 is composed of a display touch screen, parameters such as the width and the position of the boundary area 1111 may also be changed according to user settings, and the controller may acquire new boundary area parameters input by the user and configure the corresponding area of the display screen as the boundary area according to the new parameters.
Fig. 7A schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of a border area alteration according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 7B schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of a border area alteration according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7A and 7B, the boundary region 1111 may be extended outward to increase the width or height while the area of the operation region 1112 is unchanged. The boundary region 1111 may also be extended inward, increasing the range of the boundary region 1111. Further, the starting position of the boundary region 1111 may also be changed, and the starting position may be a position at the upper left corner of the boundary region in fig. 7A and 7B.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the touch device may further include a non-touch area located outside an edge of the touch area; the preset conditions include: the operation position of the operation body is positioned in the non-touch area; or the operation body moves from the touch area to the non-touch area.
Specifically, the non-touch area is located outside the edge of the touch area, and surrounds the touch area inside the non-touch area, which may be another area of the touch device, for example, a blank area or a keyboard area.
In the case where the touch device 110 is composed of a display touch screen, the non-touch area may also sense a touch operation of an operating body, but does not function as a touch panel.
Fig. 8A schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an operating body touching a non-touch area according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8A, in one case, when it is detected that the operation point of the operation body is located in the non-touch area, that is, the operation body is considered to be beyond the range of the touch panel, the prompt information is output no matter whether the operation body slides from the touch area 111 to the non-touch area or moves from another place to the non-touch area. In this case, the detection is convenient, and only the current position of the operation body needs to be confirmed, and the previous position or track does not need to be confirmed.
Fig. 8B schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an operating body touching a non-touch area according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8B, in another case, when it is detected that the operation body moves from the touch area 111 to the non-touch area, the operation body is considered to be out of range, and this detection method needs to confirm the current position and the previous motion position of the operation body, and only prompts the operation body when the operation body moves from the touch area 111 to the non-touch area, so that unnecessary disturbance to the user can be reduced. The movement from the touch area 111 to the non-touch area may be intermittent movement or continuous sliding.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the touch area 111 and the non-touch area can at least sense the operation of the operation body, acquire the position information of the operation body, and transmit the position information to the controller;
the controller is used for controlling the information output equipment to output prompt information under the condition that the position information of the operation body belongs to the preset non-touch area range; or the controller is used for controlling the information output equipment to output the prompt information under the condition that the position information of the operation body is changed from the range belonging to the preset touch area to the range belonging to the preset non-touch area.
Specifically, the change from belonging to the predetermined touch area range to belonging to the predetermined non-touch area range includes the continuous sliding or the intermittent movement of the operation body from the touch area to the non-touch area.
The controller may know the position information of the non-touch area and the touch area in advance, and the touch area and the non-touch area of the touch device 110 may acquire the position information of the operation body in real time and transmit the position information to the controller.
In one case, the controller compares the position information of the operation body with the position information of the preset non-touch area, and controls the information output device 120 to output the prompt information when detecting that the position of the operation body is within the range of the non-touch area.
In another case, the controller compares the position information of the operation body with the preset position information of the non-touch area, and detects whether the position of the operation body at the previous time is within the range of the touch area or whether the position information of the operation body in a previous period of time is continuous and all within the range of the touch area when the position of the operation body is within the range of the non-touch area, and if so, controls the information output device 120 to output the prompt information.
Similarly, the display touch screen may be a common screen that needs to be actually touched by the operation body, or may be a floating touch screen, and the touch operation of the operation body may be direct touch or floating touch.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset conditions include: the operator performs a designated touch action at the edge of the touch area 111 and/or outside thereof.
Specifically, the edge of the touch area may set a boundary area, and the outside of the edge of the touch area may refer to a non-operation area.
