The detection beam 23 is provided with two adjusting motors 24 in a sliding manner, the two adjusting motors 24 correspond to two headlights of an automobile, the adjusting motors 24 are connected with the protection device 3 in a rotating manner, two ends of the detection beam 23 are respectively and fixedly provided with adjusting cylinders, the adjusting cylinders are connected with the adjusting motors 24 and drive the adjusting motors 24 to slide on the detection beam 23, and the protection device 3 is enabled to correspond to the irradiation direction of the headlights.
As shown in fig. 2, the protection device 3 includes a box 31, a headlamp detector is fixedly disposed in the box 31, and the headlamp detector is a product in the prior art, and therefore, a detailed description is not given here, an opening and closing door 34 is slidably disposed at an opening of one end of the box 31, a light barrier 33 is slidably disposed on two opposite surfaces of the box 31 through a chute structure 32, a black paint is coated on a surface of the light barrier 33, when detection is performed, the two light barriers 33 are pulled out, and the influence of reflection and scattering of light on the precision of a detection result can be effectively reduced in the detection process.
As a further scheme of the present invention, an electrostatic precipitator is fixedly installed in the detection box 1, and since the precision requirement of the headlamp detector is high, the concentration of the dust layer in the air and the dust adsorbed on the surface of the light receiving surface of the headlamp detector can cause a large influence on the detection result, the concentration of the dust in the detection box 1 can be effectively reduced by the electrostatic precipitator, so that the precision of the detection result is improved, and the times of cleaning the surface of the headlamp detector are reduced.
The detection method comprises the following steps:
the frame with the headlamp is fixed on a vehicle fixing plate 13 and is conveyed into a detection box 1, sliding doors 11 at two ends of the detection box 1 are closed to enable the detection box 1 to be in a sealed state, the electrostatic dust collector is turned on to work for one end time, then the electrostatic dust collector is turned off, the headlamp of the automobile is turned on, an opening-closing door 34 on a protection device 3 is opened, the position of the protection device 3 is adjusted through a first telescopic cylinder 21, a second telescopic cylinder 41, an adjusting motor 24 and an adjusting cylinder, the light receiving surface of the headlamp detector is opposite to the irradiation direction of the automobile lamp, detection is started, and a detection result is analyzed.
