Detailed Description
According to the research, as shown in the figure 1, in the working process of the split machine, because a large gap exists between the guide plate 3 of the volute 2 and the angular frame 5, when the through-flow fan blade 7 rotates at a high speed to form negative pressure, external hot air can enter the air conditioner bottom shell from the gap through the water discharge nozzle, after the hot air enters the air flue, the hot air meets cold air and hot air to meet, cold and hot water is easy to generate condensed water on the side wall of the air conditioner bottom shell, and the condensed water is blown out of the air conditioner along the side wall of the air conditioner bottom shell, so that the condensed water splashes or drops.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner bottom case is configured to cooperate with an angle bracket 5, and includes a drain port 1 and a scroll case 2, wherein a baffle 3 of the scroll case 2 is provided at an end near the drain port 1 with a wind deflector 4 protruding from the baffle 3, and the wind deflector 4 extends toward the angle bracket 5 along a circumferential direction of the scroll case 2.
Because the wind shield 4 protruding out of the guide plate 3 is arranged at one end of the guide plate 3 of the volute 2 close to the water outlet, hot air outside the air conditioner can be reduced or prevented from entering the air conditioner bottom shell through the water outlet through a gap between the guide plate 3 and the angular frame 5, and cold and hot water is generated by intersecting low-temperature air inside the air conditioner bottom shell, so that the phenomenon of generating condensed water by air leakage at an air channel is reduced or avoided, and the use comfort of a user is improved.
The wind deflector 4 extends to the angle bracket 5 and is in contact with the angle bracket 5. Since the wind deflector 4 extends to the angle frame 5, the gap between the deflector 3 and the angle frame 5 can be completely blocked, and hot air is prevented from entering the air conditioner bottom shell from the water outlet along the gap to form condensed water.
