Abstract
本发明涉及空气净化领域,公开了一种双重过滤的空气净化器,包括本体和蓄电池,蓄电池与本体电连接,本体上设置有进气口、排气口以及连通进气口和排气口的风道,风道的中部设置有风机,空气净化器还包括设置在风机两侧的湿性过滤层和干性过滤层以及设置在本体两侧的晶体石膏灯。该空气净化器设置有湿性过滤层和干性过滤层,其中湿性过滤层利用水的粘性力截留空气中的有害物质和PM2.5颗粒,再通过干性过滤层去除其他污染物质和水分,通过这样的双层过滤,有效地提高了空气净化的效果和空气质量。同时,该空气净化器设置有蓄电池,可以对空气净化器进行供电,使得空气净化器可以不受固定电源和电源线长度的限制,灵活自由地使用空气净化器。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体地涉及双重过滤的净化器。
背景技术
随着社会发展,空气质量也变得越来越差。为了提高生活质量,在日常生活中,人们通常会选择使用空气净化器来净化周围的空气。空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。现有的空气净化器大多只能单一过滤,净化效果有限。另外,现有的空气净化器由于电源线的长度有限,不能离开固定电源过远,限制了空气净化器的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的空气净化器只能单一过滤且能离开固定电源过远的问题,提供了一种双重过滤的空气净化器,该双重过滤的空气净化器设置有湿性过滤层和干性过滤层,其中湿性过滤层利用水的粘性力截留空气中的有害物质和PM2.5颗粒,再通过干性过滤层去除其他污染物质和水分,通过这样的双层过滤,有效地提高了空气净化的效果和空气质量,有利于人们的身体健康。同时,该空气净化器设置有蓄电池,蓄电池可以对空气净化器进行供电,使得空气净化器可以不受固定电源和电源线长度的限制,更加灵活自由地使用空气净化器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的实施方式提供了一种双重过滤的空气净化器,所述空气净化器包括本体和蓄电池,所述蓄电池与所述本体电连接,所述本体上设置有进气口、排气口以及连通所述进气口和所述排气口的风道,所述风道的中部设置有风机,所述空气净化器还包括设置在所述风机两侧的湿性过滤层和干性过滤层以及设置在所述本体两侧的晶体石膏灯。
优选地,所述湿性过滤层和所述干性过滤层均设置有卡头,所述本体上设置有与所述卡头相配合的卡槽。
优选地,所述湿性过滤层和所述干性过滤层的顶端均设置有提手。
优选地,所述湿性过滤层的下方连接有水槽,所述水槽用于向所述湿性过滤层补充水分。
优选地,所述蓄电池具有输入接口和输出接口,所述输入接口用于与家用电源或车载电源电连接,所述输出接口用于与本体电连接。
优选地,所述空气净化器还包括太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池电连接。
优选地,所述蓄电池的底部设置有滑槽,所述本体上设置有与所述滑槽相配合的滑轨。
优选地,所述湿性过滤层由木浆纸制成。
优选地,所述干性过滤层由活性炭制成。
优选地,所述本体的底部的四角处分别设置有万向轮,所述万向轮具有锁紧装置。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的实施方式提供的双重过滤的空气净化器设置有湿性过滤层和干性过滤层,其中湿性过滤层利用水的粘性力截留空气中的有害物质和PM2.5颗粒,再通过干性过滤层去除其他污染物质和水分,通过这样的双层过滤,有效地提高了空气净化的效果和空气质量,有利于人们的身体健康。同时,该空气净化器设置有蓄电池,蓄电池可以对空气净化器进行供电,使得空气净化器可以不受固定电源和电源线长度的限制,更加灵活自由地使用空气净化器。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
图1示出了根据本发明的一种实施方式提供的双重过滤的空气净化器的立体图,图2示出了根据本发明的一种实施方式提供的双重过滤的空气净化器的内部结构示意图。本发明的实施方式提供了一种双重过滤的空气净化器,如图1和图2所示,该双重过滤的空气净化器可以包括本体1,本体1上可以设置有进气口3、排气口4以及连通进气口3和排气口4的风道5,风道5的中部可以设置有风机6,该双重过滤的空气净化器还可以包括设置在风机6两侧的湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8。在使用本发明的实施方式提供的双重过滤的空气净化器时,风机6将空气从进气口1吸入到风道5中,然后先通过湿性过滤层7,湿性过滤层7可以利用水的粘性力截留空气中的有害物质和PM2.5颗粒,之后空气再通过干性过滤层8去除其他污染物质和水分,经过滤后的空气流向排气口4排出。通过这样的双层过滤,有效地提高了空气净化的效果和空气质量,有利于人们的身体健康。
图3示出了根据本发明的一种实施方式提供的双重过滤的空气净化器的湿性过滤层或干性过滤层的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8均可拆卸地设置于本体1上。具体地,如图3所示,湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8均设置有卡头,本体1上设置有与卡头相配合的卡槽,湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8均通过卡头与卡槽的配合连接于本体1上。通过将湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8可拆卸地设置于本体1上,可以使得湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8的更换更加方便快捷,提高更换时的工作效率。
进一步地,如图3所述,湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8的顶端均设置有提手9。通过拉动或推动提手9,人们可以更加方便省力地取出或放入湿性过滤层7或干性过滤层8,有利于湿性过滤层7和干性过滤层8的更换和安装。
如图2所示,湿性过滤层7的下方可以连接有水槽10。该水槽10可以用于向湿性过滤层7补充水分,以使得湿性过滤层7保持足够的湿度,从而维持过滤的效果。
如图1和图2所示,该空气净化器还可以包括设置于本体1两侧的晶体石膏灯13。晶体石膏灯13是采用石膏制作的灯具,其结构为纯天然石膏矿石,成份为二水硫酸钙。晶体石膏灯13是天然的负离子散播源,可以挥发被称为“空气维他命”的负离子,进而改善室内空气质量。不仅如此,晶体石膏灯13发出的电磁波和光波还对人的头脑清醒、身心具有调节作用。
在本发明的实施方式中,湿性过滤层7可以由木浆纸制成。木浆纸具有良好地吸水性,通过折叠式的设置,可以大大增加了空气过滤的面积、增大了透气量,同时还具有风阻低、过滤精度高的特点。
在本发明的实施方式中,干性过滤层8可以由活性炭制成。活性炭作为常用的过滤材料,不仅可以吸附空气中的有害物质,同时也可以吸收空气中的水分,确保排出的空气不会含有过量的水分。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的实施方式提供的双重过滤的空气净化器还包括蓄电池2,蓄电池2与本体1电连接。蓄电池2可以对空气净化器的本体1上的所有的用电部件进行供电,例如风机6,使得该双重过滤的空气净化器可以不受固定电源和电源线长度的限制,更加灵活自由地使用该双重过滤的空气净化器。
相应地,蓄电池2可以具有输入接口和输出接口。其中,输入接口可以用于与家用电源或车载电源电连接,从而对蓄电池2进行充电;输出接口可以用于与本体1电连接,从而为本体1上的用电部件供电。
如图1所示,该双重过滤的空气净化器还可以包括太阳能电池板11,该太阳能电池板11与蓄电池2电连接。本领域技术人员可以理解,太阳能电池板11可以接收太阳能并将太阳能转化为电能,该部分电能将被储存到蓄电池2中,进而用于对本体1进行供电。通过设置太阳能电池板11以利用太阳能,该双重过滤的空气净化器可以节省家庭的用电量,环保又经济。
图4示出了根据本发明的一种实施方式提供的双重过滤的空气净化器的蓄电池的结构示意图。如图4所示,蓄电池2的底部设置有滑槽,相应地,本体1上设置有与滑槽相配合的滑轨。蓄电池2通过滑槽与滑轨的配合可拆卸地连接与本体1上,方便了蓄电池2的拆卸与更换。
进一步地,如图4所示,蓄电池2的一端可以设置有拉手。通过拉动或推动拉手,人们可以更加方便省力地取出或放入蓄电池2,进一步提高了更换蓄电池2的工作效率。
如图1和图2所示,本体1的底部的四角处可以分别设置有万向轮12,以便于移动该双重过滤的空气净化器,同时该万向轮12具有锁紧装置,可以在该双重过滤的空气净化器不需移动时锁定万向轮12,防止该双重过滤的空气净化器出现滑动、碰伤的情况。

1.一种双重过滤的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器包括本体(1)和蓄电池(2),所述蓄电池(2)与所述本体(1)电连接,所述本体(1)上设置有进气口(3)、排气口(4)以及连通所述进气口(3)和所述排气口(4)的风道(5),所述风道(5)的中部设置有风机(6),所述空气净化器还包括设置在所述风机(6)两侧的湿性过滤层(7)和干性过滤层(8)以及设置在所述本体(1)两侧的晶体石膏灯(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述湿性过滤层(7)和所述干性过滤层(8)均设置有卡头,所述本体(1)上设置有与所述卡头相配合的卡槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述湿性过滤层(7)和所述干性过滤层(8)的顶端均设置有提手(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述湿性过滤层(7)的下方连接有水槽(10),所述水槽用于向所述湿性过滤层(7)补充水分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述蓄电池(2)具有输入接口和输出接口,所述输入接口用于与家用电源或车载电源电连接,所述输出接口用于与本体(1)电连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器还包括太阳能电池板(11),所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池(2)电连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述蓄电池(2)的底部设置有滑槽,所述本体(1)上设置有与所述滑槽相配合的滑轨。
