For example, the lamp cap is provided with a light-emitting heat dissipation groove, the heat sink is mounted in the light-emitting heat dissipation groove, and the lamp panel is accommodated in the light-emitting heat dissipation groove and is fixedly mounted on the heat sink through screws. In this embodiment, the lamp plate is a copper-clad circuit board, and its integration is provided with LED drive circuit and components and parts thereof. The LED lamp wicks are accommodated in the luminous radiating grooves and welded on the lamp panel in a row, and the luminous end of each LED lamp wick faces to the notch of the luminous radiating groove. Each LED lamp core is electrically connected with the LED driving circuit respectively, and the control chip in the LED driving circuit controls the LED lamp core to be turned on or turned off. The LED driving circuit is also electrically connected with an external PLC control system through a data line. Therefore, under the control of an external PLC control system, the LED driving circuit controls the on and off of each LED lamp wick, so that the uniform on and off control is realized, the electric energy is saved, and each LED lamp wick is uniformly controlled to provide the illumination requirement when needed; meanwhile, under the heat conduction of the radiator, heat generated during the light emitting operation of each LED lamp wick is dissipated to the outside through the radiator, the heat dissipation efficiency is high, the temperature in the light emitting heat dissipation groove is maintained at a reasonable temperature, and the normal light emitting operation of the LED lamp wick is not influenced, so that the physical support is improved for the processing operation, and the efficiency of the processing operation is effectively ensured.
In order to improve the heat dissipation efficiency, in an embodiment, the lamp cap is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation ribs, and the heat dissipation ribs are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the lamp cap. The heat dissipation ribs are rectangular structures. Preferably, the heat dissipation ribs are made of aluminum profiles, so that the heat generated by the LED lamp during working can be quickly absorbed, the temperature of the lamp holder is reduced, and the service life of the LED lamp is prolonged. The heat dissipation ribs are internally and hollow provided with heat dissipation cavities, and the side faces, facing the axis of the lamp holder, of the heat dissipation ribs are provided with a plurality of heat dissipation through holes communicated with the heat dissipation cavities. The heat dissipation ribs are integrally provided with a plurality of heat dissipation scales, and each heat dissipation scale is correspondingly arranged in the peripheral area of one heat dissipation through hole. The heat dissipation fins are obliquely arranged to shield the heat dissipation through holes in a half-shielding manner, for example, the vertical projection of the heat dissipation fins on the heat dissipation through holes covers half of the area of the heat dissipation through holes. When the LED lamp works, the temperature in the lamp holder is high, the air pressure is low, the temperature in the heat dissipation cavity is low, the air pressure is low, air convection is formed between the air outside the heat dissipation ribs inside the lamp holder and the heat dissipation cavity, so that hot air can enter the heat dissipation cavity, the heat dissipation ribs absorb heat, the air in the heat dissipation cavity expands, the heat absorbed by the air pressure is increased, and the heat is finally maintained in balance with the lamp holder. Compared with the temperature of the air outside the heat dissipation ribs inside the lamp holder, the air in the heat dissipation cavity is absorbed under the action of the heat dissipation ribs and the plurality of heat dissipation scales, so that the temperature rise is slow, and the heat generated by the LED lamp during working can be continuously absorbed by the heat dissipation ribs in the process, so that the heat generated by the LED lamp during working can be effectively absorbed. Therefore, the radiating efficiency of the LED lighting equipment can be improved under the action of the radiating ribs, the service life of the LED lamp is effectively prolonged, and the service life of the desk lamp is indirectly prolonged.
Furthermore, in order to improve the heat dissipation efficiency, a plurality of graphene particles are further arranged in each heat dissipation rib. The radius of the graphene particles is larger than that of the heat dissipation through hole and smaller than the width of the heat dissipation cavity, so that the graphene particles can freely move in the heat dissipation cavity. Preferably, the structure of graphite alkene granule is for having the spheroid outward appearance but distribute on the surface and be provided with the structure of a plurality of bellyings to increase the area of graphite alkene granule and air contact, make graphite alkene granule can absorb the heat in the heat dissipation chamber fast, and then improve the radiating efficiency of heat dissipation rib. In a preferred embodiment, the heat dissipation cavity is half-filled with a plurality of graphene particles, for example, at least ten graphene particles are disposed in the heat dissipation cavity in each heat dissipation rib. It can be understood that the graphene particles can be injected into the heat dissipation cavity from the heat dissipation through hole in a manner of thermal expansion and cold contraction. Therefore, the graphene particles are injected into the heat dissipation cavity, and the heat entering the heat dissipation cavity due to air circulation is absorbed through the graphene particles, so that the temperature rise of the heat dissipation ribs is prolonged, the heat generated by the LED lamp during working can be absorbed in a prolonged manner, the heat dissipation efficiency of the desk lamp is effectively improved, and the service life of the desk lamp is prolonged.
In one embodiment, the base is provided with a mounting seat in the light-emitting heat sink, the mounting seat being disposed in the light-emitting heat sink, e.g., the mounting seat and the base are integrally formed. The mounting seat is provided with an internal thread hole. The radiator comprises a heat radiating seat and a heat radiating body, the heat radiating seat is provided with a screw hole, the screw hole corresponds to the internal thread hole, and the heat radiating seat is fixed with the mounting seat in a threaded mode after penetrating through the screw hole and the internal thread hole through screws. The heat radiator is connected with the heat radiating seat, and preferably, the heat radiator and the heat radiating seat are integrally formed. The radiating seat and the radiating body are contained in the luminous radiating groove, the radiating seat and the radiating body are surrounded by the radiating ribs, and preset intervals are formed between the radiating seat and the radiating body and the radiating ribs respectively. The predetermined distance is five to eight centimeters, preferably six centimeters. The heat dissipation seat is of a rectangular structure, and correspondingly, the mounting seat is also of a rectangular structure. The radiator is frame construction, specifically, and the radiator is rectangular frame construction, and it includes four heat dissipation posts, heat dissipation stem and a heating panel, and every heat dissipation post all is connected with the radiating seat, specifically, four heat dissipation posts set up respectively in four corner regions of the radiating seat of rectangular structure, and the heating panel is kept away from the radiating seat and is connected with four heat dissipation posts respectively. The heat dissipation plate is provided with a heat dissipation part back to the heat dissipation seat, the heat dissipation part is of a groove structure, the bottom surface of the heat dissipation part is provided with a heat dissipation installation surface of a planar structure, and the heat dissipation installation surface faces to the notch of the luminous heat dissipation groove, so that light emitted by the LED lamp core can be emitted out of the luminous heat dissipation groove to illuminate the operation area. The heat dissipation core column is a rectangular body. The heat dissipation core column is of a copper metal solid structure or an aluminum alloy solid structure. One end of the heat dissipation core column is welded with the heat dissipation seat, and the other end of the heat dissipation core column is exposed in the air. Therefore, heat generated by the LED lamp core during working is transferred to the heat dissipation plate through the lamp panel and then transferred to the heat dissipation core columns and the heat dissipation columns through the heat dissipation plate, so that the temperature of the lamp panel is reduced; meanwhile, the heat generated by the LED lamp core is partially transferred to each radiating rib through the air and absorbed by the radiating ribs, so that the heat generated by the LED lamp core during working can be absorbed in multiple aspects, the radiating efficiency of the desk lamp is greatly improved, and the service life of the desk lamp is effectively ensured.
In one embodiment, the lamp panel is of a rectangular structure, a circular structure or a triangular structure. In one embodiment, the LED lamp wicks are uniformly distributed on the lamp panel, and each LED lamp wick is packaged and fixed on the lamp panel in an insulated plastic or ceramic material packaging mode so as to protect the lamp wick and be transparent. The lamp panel is a PCB integrated circuit board, and an LED driving circuit is integrated in the lamp panel, so that the LED lamp wicks can be electrically lighted after being installed on the lamp panel. In this embodiment, the lamp plate passes through the heat-conducting glue to be fixed on the radiator, specifically, the lamp plate passes through the heat-conducting glue to be fixed on the heat dissipation installation face, can make the heat that the LED wick produced conduct to the heating panel fast like this to and then conduct to each heat dissipation post and heat dissipation stem, thereby reduced the temperature of lamp plate, and then improved the life of LED wick.
In one embodiment, the conducting strips include a positive conducting strip, a negative conducting strip and a grounding conducting strip, the positive conducting strip, the negative conducting strip and the grounding conducting strip are separated by an insulating material, the grounding conducting strip is electrically connected with the lamp cap, and the positive conducting strip and the negative conducting strip are respectively electrically connected with the positive port and the negative port of the lamp panel. The data line is connected with the data port of the lamp panel. The conductive sheet is accommodated in the light-emitting heat sink and fixed to a side wall of the light-emitting heat sink, for example, the conductive sheet is fixed to the side wall of the light-emitting heat sink through an insulating adhesive. In this embodiment, the notch of the light-emitting radiating groove is provided with a notch, the conducting strip and the data line penetrate through the notch and are connected with the outside, for example, the conducting strip is connected with an external power supply, and the data line is connected with an external PLC control system. Therefore, the power-on and the light-on and light-off of each LED lamp core can be controlled, and a user can adjust the light-on and light-off of the desk lamp according to specific lighting requirements.
For improving structural strength, the casing is provided with first strengthening rib, second strengthening rib, third strengthening rib, connective bar and support stick, and first strengthening rib, second strengthening rib, the equal protrusion of third strengthening rib set up on the internal surface of casing. In a preferred embodiment, the first reinforcing rib, the second reinforcing rib and the third reinforcing rib are integrally formed on the inner surface of the shell. The first reinforcing rib and the second reinforcing rib are connected through the connecting rod, and the second reinforcing rib and the third reinforcing rib are connected through the supporting rod. Preferably, the first reinforcing rib, the second reinforcing rib, the third reinforcing rib, the connecting rod and the support rod are integrally formed. Preferably, the first reinforcing rib, the second reinforcing rib and the third reinforcing rib are all vertical triangular sheet structures. Preferably, the number of the connecting rods and the number of the supporting rods are both multiple. The first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs are connected through a plurality of connecting rods. Preferably, be connected through a plurality of connective bars that become one row and distribute between first strengthening rib and the second strengthening rib, that is to say, have a plurality of connective bars between first strengthening rib and the second strengthening rib, a plurality of connective bars become one row and distribute, and the one end and the first strengthening rib of each connective bar are connected, and the other end is connected with the second strengthening rib. In one embodiment, the connecting rod and the supporting rod are both cylindrical structures. In one embodiment, the connecting rod is a prism structure, and the supporting rod is a cylinder structure. So, through setting up first strengthening rib, second strengthening rib, third strengthening rib, connective bar and support stick, can greatly improve the structural strength of casing, can greatly bear the load of great weight, and then improved the life of desk lamp.
Furthermore, the desk lamp also comprises at least one LED auxiliary light-emitting piece which is arranged in a hanging manner; in one embodiment, the LED auxiliary lighting element is suspended on the lamp base, the third lamp arm and/or the housing. In one embodiment, each LED auxiliary illuminating piece is suspended in a supporting manner through a connecting hanging piece; the connecting hanging piece comprises a connecting rod and a hanging silk thread, one end of the connecting rod is fixed on the desk lamp, for example, the desk lamp is fixed on the lamp holder, the third lamp arm and/or the shell, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the LED auxiliary light-emitting piece through the hanging silk thread. In one embodiment, the LED auxiliary illuminating member comprises a support, an LED surface-mounted lamp, a control module, an energy supply structure and a light-transmitting sealing structure, wherein the LED surface-mounted lamp, the control module and the energy supply structure are all fixedly arranged on the support, the energy supply structure is respectively connected with the LED surface-mounted lamp and the control module, the control module is connected with the LED surface-mounted lamp, and the light-transmitting sealing structure covers the support, the LED surface-mounted lamp, the control module and the energy supply structure. Furthermore, the light-transmitting sealing structure is provided with a plurality of light-transmitting parts corresponding to the positions of the LED surface-mounted lamps and used for transmitting light rays of the LED surface-mounted lamps. Further, the light-transmitting sealing structure is a light-transmitting plastic product, for example, the light-transmitting material is PMMA, PP, PVC, PET, PC, PS, ABS, or the like. Further, in one embodiment, the LED auxiliary illuminating member includes a support, an LED surface-mounted lamp, a control module, an energy supply structure and a light-transmitting sealing structure, the LED surface-mounted lamp, the control module and the energy supply structure are all fixedly disposed on the support, the energy supply structure is respectively connected with the LED surface-mounted lamp and the control module, the control module is connected with the LED surface-mounted lamp, and the light-transmitting sealing structure covers the support, the LED surface-mounted lamp, the control module and the energy supply structure and the outer surface of the light-transmitting sealing structure form a spherical shape. Further, the installation cavity has been seted up to printing opacity seal structure, the support energy supply structure control module with LED table pastes the lamp and all sets up in the installation cavity. In one embodiment, a light-transmitting protective layer is disposed on the light-transmitting sealing structure. In one embodiment, the light-transmitting protective layer completely covers the light-transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light emitting member. Further, the light-transmitting protective layer is made of a flexible light-transmitting material. In one embodiment, a flexible layer is arranged on the light-transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light-emitting member, and through holes are formed in the flexible layer at light-emitting positions of the LED auxiliary light-emitting member. In one embodiment, the through holes are in the shape of a cylinder or a truncated cone; in one embodiment, the through hole is in a shape of a truncated cone, the smaller bottom surface of the truncated cone faces the LED auxiliary light emitting piece, and the larger bottom surface of the truncated cone faces the outside. Furthermore, the flexible layer is made of opaque materials, the through holes are filled with light-transmitting materials to form a cylinder or a truncated cone, and further, air bubbles which are distributed non-uniformly are arranged inside the cylinder or the truncated cone to enhance the scattering effect of the transmitted light. Furthermore, the number of the light-transmitting sealing structures corresponding to the LED surface-mounted lamps is provided with lamp holes, and the light-emitting ends of the LED surface-mounted lamps are embedded in the lamp holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Furthermore, the light emitting ends of the LED surface-mounted lamps are uniformly distributed on the light-transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light emitting piece and form a ring integrally. Furthermore, the light emitting ends of the LED surface-mounted lamps are uniformly distributed on the light-transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light-emitting piece and integrally form a plurality of parallel rings. Further, the light emitting ends of the LED surface mount lamps are uniformly distributed on the light transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light emitting member and integrally form a regular polyhedron, the regular polyhedron comprises a regular tetrahedron, a regular hexahedron, a regular octahedron, a regular 12-face body or a regular 20-face body, in one embodiment, the light emitting ends of the six LED surface mount lamps are uniformly distributed on the light transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light emitting member and integrally form a regular octahedron; in one embodiment, the light emitting ends of the eight LED surface-mounted lamps are uniformly distributed on the light-transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light-emitting piece to form a regular hexahedron; the rest of the examples are analogized. Furthermore, a flexible layer is arranged on the light-transmitting sealing structure of the LED auxiliary light-emitting member, through holes are respectively formed in each light-emitting position of the LED auxiliary light-emitting member on the flexible layer, light-transmitting materials are filled in the through holes to form cylinders or round platforms, and air bubbles which are not uniformly distributed are arranged in each cylinder or round platform to enhance the scattering effect of the transmitted light.
In one embodiment, the table lamp further comprises a plurality of LED auxiliary light-emitting pieces which are arranged in a hanging mode; further, the control module is a wireless control module and is used for receiving an external control signal to switch on or switch off the connection between the energy supply structure and each LED surface-mounted lamp, so that a user or an administrator can control the LED auxiliary light-emitting piece to emit light or extinguish through the mobile terminal. Furthermore, the control modules of the LED auxiliary light-emitting pieces are uniformly arranged and used for uniformly receiving external control signals and simultaneously conducting or simultaneously cutting off the connection between the energy supply structure and the LED surface-mounted lamps. In one embodiment, the transmission device is connected to the uniformly set control modules, and the transmission device is further configured to control the uniformly set control modules according to the control information; or the transmission equipment is respectively connected with each control module, and the transmission equipment is also used for controlling each control module according to the control information.
In one embodiment, a main switch for controlling all the LED auxiliary illuminating pieces is arranged on the desk lamp, and all the LED auxiliary illuminating pieces can illuminate when the main switch is turned on; with the design, a user can start all the LED auxiliary light-emitting pieces; in one embodiment, the LED auxiliary illuminating part is provided with a touch switch to control the LED surface-mounted lamp to illuminate in a motion state. Further, the LED auxiliary illuminating part is provided with a switch connected with the LED surface-mounted lamp or the control module in the installation cavity, the switch is used for controlling the LED auxiliary illuminating part to emit light during movement, and further the switch is used for enabling the LED surface-mounted lamp to emit light when the LED auxiliary illuminating part is in a movement state. Further, the switch is also used for cutting off when the LED auxiliary light-emitting piece is in a static state so as to stop the LED surface-mounted lamp from emitting light. In one embodiment, the switch is an inductive switch, and the inductive switch is used for inducing the LED auxiliary light-emitting member to be turned on when the speed exceeds a preset value in a motion state, for example, so that the LED surface-mounted lamp emits light. Further, the inductive switch is also used for inducing the LED auxiliary light-emitting piece to cut off after stopping moving so as to enable the LED surface-mounted lamp to stop emitting light. In one embodiment, the switch is a vibration switch or a dynamic balance switch. In one embodiment, the transmission device is connected to the main switch through the driving device, and the transmission device is further configured to control the main switch through the driving device according to the control information.
In one embodiment, the LED auxiliary light emitting element is a sphere or a sphere with an extended structure, for example, the sphere with the extended structure is a sphere plus a wire and other accessories. Or, in one embodiment, the LED auxiliary light emitting piece is integrally a preset molded piece. For example, the LED auxiliary light emitting piece is a handle with a preset shape as a whole. In one embodiment, the predetermined figure comprises a pyramid, a multi-layer tower, a character, an automobile, a building, a video, a plant, an insect, an archaea, or a model of a predetermined fantasy; for example, the predetermined shape may include dragon, apple, Zhujie, transformers, revenge alliance, Guangong Dazhanqiong, and/or seven cucurbit baby brothers. Furthermore, the preset modeling piece is customized according to the received user requirements, so that the desk lamp with the updated trend can be provided in cooperation with the era change and the fashion trend. Furthermore, in each embodiment, a sound piece is further connected to one end, away from the connecting hanging piece, of the LED auxiliary light emitting piece through a connecting line, and the sound piece is used for making a sound, for example, making a sound when the table lamp moves; in one embodiment, the sound piece comprises a bell or a bell tube. Therefore, the sound and light effect can be realized for the desk lamp, particularly the sound and light effect under the motion state.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

2. The desk lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the base is provided with an anti-slip rubber pad, and the surface of the anti-slip rubber pad is provided with anti-slip textures.
