本发明涉及一种梯子,尤其涉及梯子牢靠性,确保检修人员安全的电力检修梯。
背景技术
目前,在检修高处设备时一 般都用梯子登高的方式检修,在登高检修时保证梯子的可靠性是保证检修人员的必要条件。但是,目前常用梯子存在以下难题:一、梯子上端只是放置在设备表面而无固定装置,由于梯子在使用时上端很容易滑动或倒梯,登高人员安全系数较小;二、登高时需要专人扶守,干同样的工作需要人员较多,效率低。
发明内容
综上所述,为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种能够将梯子上端牢固固定,防止梯子摆动,保证检修人员安全的电力检修梯。
所述目的是通过如下方案实现的:
一种电力检修梯,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上表面设有液压伸缩装置,所述底座上表面两侧设有伸缩节杆,所述伸缩节杆端头设有横板,所述横板上设有围栏,所述围栏上设有操作平台,所述底座上设有扶手,所述底座下表面设有转轮。
本发明具有结构简单、安装使用方便、安全可靠的特点,弥补了现有梯子上端来回摆动的不足。

一种电力检修梯,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座1上表面设有液压伸缩装置2,所述底座1上表面两侧设有伸缩节杆3,所述伸缩节杆3端头设有横板4,所述横板4上设有围栏5,所述围栏5上设有操作平台6,所述底座上设有扶手,所述底座下表面设有转轮。
使用时,液压伸缩装置带动横板向上升起,横板升起带动伸缩节杆,伸缩节杆每上升一节,锁定一节,伸缩节杆起到支撑作用,横板上围栏保护作业者安全,操作平台摆放工具,扶手和转轮方便推行。
