The invention relates to a sliding door anti-jump lower wheel, which comprises a lower wheel body; the lower wheel body comprises a wheel seat, a fixed iron piece sleeved on the outer side of the wheel seat and used for being fixed with the sliding door, a wheel arranged at the bottom end of the wheel seat and a rotary fastener arranged on the wheel seat; the rotary fastener comprises a rotary rod; the bottom end of the rotary rod is provided with a transverse clamping column, and a rotary handle for stirring the rotary rod is arranged at a position close to the upper end; the rotating rod is embedded on the wheel seat, the wheels are erected on the track groove of the lower track, and the clamping columns are arranged in the track groove of the lower track; through the rotation of the rotary rod, the transverse clamping column is switched between a state in the same direction as the lower track and a state perpendicular to the lower track. Background
Most of sliding door pulleys used in the market at present are jumpable pulleys, but when a sliding door mullion is contacted with a door frame, the sliding door mullion is too fast in movement speed and is guided to the bottom of a door leaf to tilt when being subjected to resistance, so that a lower wheel is separated from a lower guide rail, if the door frame is jumped up too high with excessive force, the pulleys are possibly derailed, or the sliding door is damaged when being impacted against the door frame; in the prior art, the anti-jump pulley is complex in structure, inconvenient to install and low in installation efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the anti-tripping lower wheel of the sliding door, which adopts the rotary fastener to extend into and be buckled in the lower track so as to achieve the purpose of anti-tripping.

The both sides of wheel seat are provided with rotary rod draw-in groove, the rotary rod card is established in the rotary rod draw-in groove.
The rotary rod is provided with a thin rod part at a position close to the bottom end, and the rotary rod clamping groove is provided with a bayonet at a position corresponding to the thin rod part, so that the rotary rod can only rotate.

A travel groove is further formed in the fixed iron piece, and a limiting block is arranged at the rear side of the wheel seat and corresponds to the travel groove; and when the fixed iron piece moves up and down relative to the wheel seat, the limiting block forms a limit in the travel groove.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sliding door anti-trip lower wheel provided by the invention inherits the advantages of the traditional open wheel, and adopts the rotary fastener to extend into and be buckled in the track groove of the lower track, so that the anti-trip purpose is achieved.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment provides a sliding door anti-trip lower wheel, which includes a lower wheel body 1; the lower wheel body 1 comprises a wheel seat 4, a fixed iron piece 3 sleeved outside the wheel seat 4 and used for being fixed with a sliding door, wheels 5 arranged at the bottom end of the wheel seat 4, and a rotary fastener 6 arranged on the wheel seat 4; the rotation fastener 6 includes a rotation lever 61; a transverse clamping column 62 is arranged at the bottom end of the rotary rod 61, and a rotary handle 63 for stirring the rotary rod 61 is arranged at a position close to the upper end; the rotating rod 61 is embedded on the wheel seat 4, the wheels 5 are erected on the track grooves of the lower track, and the clamping posts 62 are arranged in the track grooves of the lower track; by the rotation of the rotating lever 61, the lateral clip column 62 is switched between a state in the same direction as the lower rail and a state perpendicular to the lower rail; the two sides of the wheel seat 4 are provided with rotating rod clamping grooves 42, and the rotating rods 61 are clamped in the rotating rod clamping grooves 42; the rotary rod 61 is provided with a thin rod part 64 near the bottom end, and the rotary rod clamping groove 42 is provided with a bayonet 43 at a position corresponding to the thin rod part 64, so that the rotary rod 61 can only rotate; the wheel seat 4 is provided with an avoidance groove 44 at a position corresponding to the rotary handle 63 of the rotary fastener 6, and is used for providing a rotary space for the rotary handle 63; the bottom end of the wheel seat 4 is provided with a lower wheel mounting groove 41 for mounting the wheels 5; the fixed iron piece 3 is provided with a fixed edge 32, and the fixed edge 32 is provided with a screw hole for fixing the sliding door; an adjusting bolt 7 is further arranged between the fixed iron piece 3 and the wheel seat 4 and used for adjusting the height of the fixed iron piece 3 relative to the wheel seat 4; the fixed iron piece 3 is provided with a buckling part 31, and the fixed iron piece 3 is sleeved on the wheel seat 4 through the buckling part 31 and moves up and down along the wheel seat 4 through adjustment of the adjusting bolt 7; the top of the fixed iron piece 3 is provided with a top edge, and the top surface of the wheel seat 4 is provided with an internal threaded hole 45; the top edge of the fixed iron piece 3 is provided with a through hole at a position corresponding to the internal threaded hole 45 of the wheel seat 4, the top end of the adjusting bolt 7 is provided with an outer hexagon, and the top of the outer hexagon is provided with an inner cross column head; the bottom end of the adjusting bolt 7 is screwed in an internal threaded hole 45 of the wheel seat 4, an internal cross column head at the top end is penetrated in a through hole of the fixed iron piece 3, the top surface of the outer hexagon is propped against the bottom surface of the fixed iron piece 3, and the height of the fixed iron piece 3 relative to the wheel seat 4 is controlled by screwing out the adjusting bolt 7; the fixed iron piece 3 is also provided with a travel groove 33, and the rear side of the wheel seat 4 is provided with a limiting block 46 at a position corresponding to the travel groove 33; the stopper 46 forms a limit in the travel groove 33 when the fixed iron member 3 moves up and down relative to the wheel seat 4.
The initial state is that the transverse clamping column of the rotary fastener and the lower rail are in the same direction as shown in fig. 5, the anti-jump lower wheel in the initial state is placed on the lower rail, the middle of the wheel is inserted into the rail groove, two sides of the wheel are contacted with the top surface of the rail groove, the transverse clamping column is also inserted into the rail groove, then the rotary handle on the rotary fastener is poked to enable the transverse clamping column to rotate to the state vertical to the lower rail, namely, as shown in fig. 4, the transverse clamping column of the rotary fastener is clamped on the inner side of the rail, and the integral wheel seat and the wheel are limited to move up and down, namely, the wheel is prevented from jumping off.
According to the anti-jump lower wheel of the sliding door, the height of the sliding door can be adjusted, and the fixed iron piece moves up and down along the wheel seat through adjustment of the adjusting bolt, so that the sliding door is driven to move up and down, namely, as shown in fig. 2 and 6.
The sliding door anti-jump lower wheel of the embodiment inherits the advantages of the traditional paddle wheel, and adopts the rotary fastener to extend into and be buckled in the track groove of the lower track, so that the purpose of anti-jump is achieved.
