The working principle of the invention is as follows: preparation before device startup: the water inlet pipe 4 is connected with the clean water, and the three oil drain valves 1 are opened. And (5) connecting the motor into a control circuit and starting the motor. The motor operates to drive the belt to rotate, the belt rotates to drive the belt wheels 9-6 at the lower part of the stirring device 9 to rotate, the belt wheels 9-6 drive the stirring device 9 to rotate, and the rotating shaft drives the connecting rods 5-5 to rotate. The connecting rod 5-5 is connected to the left end of the piston rod 5-1, the connecting rod 5-5 drives the piston rod 5-5 to move, the piston 5-3 is fixed to the right end of the piston rod 5-1, and the piston 5-3 moves. The reciprocating pump 5 moves to suck the cleaning water into the pump body and to pump the water into the primary treatment tank during compression. When the oil drain valve 1 is drained, the oil drain valve 1 is closed. This process is an exhaust process.
Primary treatment: the sewage is connected with the water inlet pipe 4, the motor is started, and the motor drives the reciprocating pump 5 to move. The reciprocating pump 5 pumps sewage into the lower part of the primary treatment tank 2, the sewage moves upwards and is blocked by the water baffle device 3, and impurities in the water, especially oils, can be gradually collected from small particles and become large particles. When moving to the agitating holes 3-6, a part of the water flow moves upward from the agitating holes 3-6, and the oil particles in the water are accelerated to become larger. When the sewage moves to the upper part of the primary treatment tank 2, most of the oil moves upwards and is accumulated on the upper part of the primary treatment tank 2. The oil discharge valve 1 at the upper part of the primary treatment tank 2 is opened at fixed time to discharge oil. The solid impurities in the water are gradually deposited in the upward movement process of the water flow, move downwards along the inclined surface and move downwards from the sewage draining grooves 3-4.
Secondary treatment: after primary treatment, the sewage moves into a secondary treatment box 10 from a primary water outlet 2-4. The motor rotates to drive the rotating shaft 9-7 to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the upper stirring fork 9-1 to rotate, and oil drops in the sewage are further gathered and move upwards under the stirring of the stirring fork 9-1. And opening an oil discharge valve 1 at the upper part of the secondary treatment tank 10 at fixed time to discharge dirty oil.
And (3) tertiary treatment: the sewage moves to the tertiary treatment tank 8 under the action of the pressure of the reciprocating pump 5. Through the secondary water outlet holes 8-2 and first to the lower filter 7, solid impurities and dirty oil will remain inside the filter 7 through the filter 7. The sewage moves from the inside to the outside of the filter 7. The sewage moves from the outside to the inside of the upper strainer 7 and is discharged through the facility drain port 8-5.
