随着经济的快速发生和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对于工艺品也越来越重视。其中,唐卡也叫唐嘎,唐喀,系藏文音译,指用彩缎装裱后悬挂供奉的宗教卷轴画。唐卡是藏族文化中一种独具特色的绘画艺术形式,题材内容涉及藏族的历史、政治、文化和社会生活等诸多领域;传世唐卡大都是藏传佛教和本教作品。由此它不仅具有很强的宗教文化气息,而且还具有很强的装饰和欣赏价值。
而织锦唐卡就是根据唐卡的花型扫描到电脑内,接着经由电脑分析和提取色块和花型,然后经由提花机将唐卡的花样纺织在布匹上,形成具有唐卡图案的丝织品。即以唐卡的花样为底本,用织锦工艺织成的书画作品。
但是采用织锦织成的织锦唐卡,在厂库内长期保存期间会出现绣品发霉或者长虫的现象,因此不仅造成织锦唐卡的损坏,质量降低,而且还会影响美观度。因此需要提出一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种织锦唐卡,不仅能够减少织锦唐卡损坏的现象,而且还能有效延长织锦唐卡的保存时间,从而提高了织锦唐卡的质量和品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种织锦唐卡,包括布基层和贴附在所述布基层上的织锦层,所述织锦层经由提花机织造成唐卡花纹,所述布基层与织锦层之间经热塑工艺贴附有一层热塑胶层,所述热塑胶层在靠近所述织锦层的一层上设置有若干迷迭香精油抑菌微囊,迷迭香精油抑菌微囊内填充有迷迭香精油。
通过采用上述技术方案,迷迭香是一种名贵的天然香料植物,生长季节会散发一种清香气味,有清心提神的功效。同时,迷迭香香精能够用于制作香料、空气清新剂、驱蚁剂以及杀菌、杀虫等原材料使用,由此能够增强织锦唐卡的杀菌驱蚊的作用,十分实用。
本发明进一步设置为:所述布基层采用包芯纱经经纬编织成平纹或斜纹组织。
通过采用上述技术方案,包芯纱又称复合纱或包覆纱,它是由两种或两种以上的纤维组合而成的一种新型纱线,上述包芯纱可以是以棉纤维为皮、涤纶短纤纱为芯的短纤维与短纤维包芯纱,并且包芯纱兼有长丝芯纱和外包短纤维的优良性能,提高了布基层的牢度和抗断裂强度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述包芯纱包括若干粘胶纤维作为外包纤维,若干氨纶纱芯作为芯纱编织而成的加捻复合纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,将粘胶短纤维作为沙皮包覆在芯纱外表面,不仅可提高纬纱的厚实度,而且还能提高纬纱的抗拉伸强度和耐磨性能,从而有助于延长面料的使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置为:所述包芯纱的纱芯内设置有若干香樟精油抑菌微囊,香樟精油抑菌微囊内填充有香樟精油。
通过采用上述技术方案,香樟植物全体均有樟脑香气,可提制樟脑和提取樟油。木材坚硬美观,宜制家具、箱子。香樟树对氯气、二氧化硫、臭氧及氟气等有害气体具有抗性,能驱蚊蝇,能耐短期水淹,是生产樟脑的主要原料,它具有防霉变的作用,提高了对织锦唐卡的保存时间。
本发明进一步设置为:所述外包纤维包括平行贴附在所述氨纶纱芯外的粘胶短纤维层以及若干相互缠绕编织在所述粘胶短纤维层外的粘胶长纤维层。
通过采用上述技术方案,将粘胶短纤维作为沙皮包覆在芯纱外表面,同时将粘胶长纤维缠绕并编织在粘胶短纤维层外,此时不仅可提高纬纱的厚实度,而且还能提高纬纱的抗拉伸强度和耐磨性能,从而进一步延长面料的使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置为:所述包芯纱还包括穿设在所述外包纤维和氨纶纱芯之间的涤纶长丝纤维,所述涤纶长丝纤维的中心位于氨纶纱芯的中心,其两端向外延伸并与所述粘胶短纤维一起平整地包覆在所述氨纶纱芯外。
通过采用上述技术方案,进一步提高了外包纤维与氨纶纱芯之间的连接强度,进一步提高了上述织锦唐卡的牢固度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述氨纶纱芯与外包纤维之间设有若干聚氨酯胶点。
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种织锦唐卡的加工工艺,操作简单、设计合理,不仅提升了织锦唐卡一定的硬度和平整度,而且还能延长织锦唐卡的保存年限。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种织锦唐卡的加工工艺,包括如下操作步骤,
步骤S1、包芯纱的编织:
步骤A、将包芯纱的氨纶芯纱的表面或者内部均匀地嵌入香樟精油抑菌微囊;
步骤B、将涤纶长丝纤维的两端依次穿过氨纶芯纱并缠绕在氨纶芯纱的表面;
步骤C、将外包纤维的粘胶短纤维层依次缠绕在氨纶纱芯与所述涤纶长丝纤维之间的间隙处;
步骤D、接着在粘胶短纤维层与所述涤纶长丝纤维的外表面涂覆若干聚氨酯胶点,接着再将粘胶长纤维层均匀地编织在氨纶纱芯和涤纶长丝纤维的外表面;
步骤S2、将步骤S1中编织的包芯纱经经纬编织成平纹或斜纹组织的布基层;
步骤S3、织锦层的织造:
步骤a、将工艺品唐卡画经由扫描到电脑中;接着经电脑分析色块后将信号输送到提花机的控制器内;
步骤b、接着在1/1的平纹白布上经提花机纺织成得到具有唐卡花纹的织锦层;
步骤S4、接着在布基层的上表面均匀的涂覆一层热塑胶层,同时在热塑胶层的表面均匀的撒上若干迷迭香精油抑菌微囊,接着将织锦层的下表面对准布基层,并经热塑工艺进行压合成型;
步骤S5、装裱及后处理。
通过采用上述技术方案,不仅操作简单、设计合理,而且提升了织锦唐卡一定的硬度和平整度,同时还能延长织锦唐卡的保存年限。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明不仅能够减少织锦唐卡损坏的现象,而且还能有效延长织锦唐卡的保存时间,从而提高了织锦唐卡的质量和品质;
2、通过设置有若干迷迭香精油抑菌微囊和香樟精油抑菌微囊,提高了面料整体的驱蚊蝇、防霉变、杀菌以及杀虫等效果;
3、本发明的加工工艺,不仅操作简单、设计合理,而且提升了织锦唐卡一定的硬度和平整度,同时还延长了织锦唐卡的保存年限。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“底面”和“顶面”、“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
实施例1:一种织锦唐卡,如图1所示,包括织锦层2,同时为了提高织锦唐卡整体的美观度,织锦层2下方贴附有一层布基层1,布基层1覆盖在织锦层2的下方,织锦层2经由提花机织造成唐卡花纹,另外在布基层1与织锦层2之间经热塑工艺贴附有一层热塑胶层3,其中热塑胶层3为聚酯型聚氨酯热塑胶层3。由此不仅提升了织锦唐卡一定的硬度和平整度,而且还能提高织锦唐卡整体的美观度,进一步提升织锦唐卡的装饰和观赏价值。
为了延长织锦唐卡的保存年限,如图1所示,在热塑胶层3靠近织锦层2的一层上设置有若干迷迭香精油抑菌微囊4。其中,在上述迷迭香精油抑菌微囊4内填充有大量迷迭香精油。由于迷迭香是一种名贵的天然香料植物,生长季节会散发一种清香气味,有清心提神的功效。同时,迷迭香香精能够用于制作香料、空气清新剂、驱蚁剂以及杀菌、杀虫等原材料使用,由此提高了上述织锦唐卡的抑菌和杀菌作用。
为了延长面料的使用寿命,如图1和图2所示,布基层1采用包芯纱5经经纬编织成1/1平纹组织。其中,包芯纱5包括若干粘胶纤维作为外包纤维6,若干氨纶纱芯7作为芯纱编织而成的加捻复合纤维。由此不仅可提高纬纱的厚实度,而且还能提高纬纱的抗拉伸强度和耐磨性能,从而有助于延长面料的使用寿命。
为了提高对织锦唐卡的保存时间,如图2所示,在氨纶纱芯7内设置有若干香樟精油抑菌微囊8,同时上述香樟精油抑菌微囊8内填充有香樟精油。其中,香樟植物全体均有樟脑香气,可提制樟脑和提取樟油。木材坚硬美观,宜制家具、箱子。香樟树对氯气、二氧化硫、臭氧及氟气等有害气体具有抗性,能驱蚊蝇,能耐短期水淹,是生产樟脑的主要原料,它具有防霉变的作用,提高了对织锦唐卡的保存时间。
为了进一步延长面料的使用寿命,如图2所示,外包纤维6包括平行贴附在氨纶纱芯7外的粘胶短纤维层以及若干相互缠绕编织在粘胶短纤维层外的粘胶长纤维层。由此将粘胶短纤维作为沙皮包覆在芯纱外表面,同时将粘胶长纤维缠绕并编织在粘胶短纤维层外,此时不仅可提高纬纱的厚实度,而且还能提高纬纱的抗拉伸强度和耐磨性能,从而进一步延长面料的使用寿命。
为了提高织造织锦唐卡的速度和效率,如图2所示,氨纶纱芯7与外包纤维6之间设有若干聚氨酯胶点10,由此可使各种纤维头紧密的贴合在一起,从而降低了纤维之间的相互影响,提高了织造织锦唐卡的速度和效率。
实施例2:一张织锦唐卡,与实施例1的不同之处在于:如图1所示,为了延长面料的使用寿命,布基层1采用包芯纱5经经纬编织成斜纹组织。其中,包芯纱5又称复合纱或包覆纱,它是由两种或两种以上的纤维组合而成的一种新型纱线,上述包芯纱5可以是以棉纤维为皮、涤纶短纤纱为芯的短纤维与短纤维包芯纱5,并且包芯纱5兼有长丝芯纱和外包短纤维的优良性能,提高了布基层1的牢度和抗断裂强度,从而有助于延长面料的使用寿命。
实施例3:一张织锦唐卡,与实施例1的不同之处在于:如图2所示,为了提高上述织锦唐卡的牢固度,包芯纱5还包括穿设在外包纤维6和氨纶纱芯7之间的涤纶长丝纤维9,涤纶长丝纤维9的中心位于氨纶纱芯7的中心,其两端向外延伸并与粘胶短纤维一起平整地包覆在氨纶纱芯7外。由此进一步提高了外包纤维6与氨纶纱芯7之间的连接强度,进一步提高了上述织锦唐卡的牢固度。
实施例4:一种织锦唐卡的加工工艺,如图3所示,包括如下操作步骤:
步骤S1、包芯纱5的编织:
步骤A、将包芯纱5的氨纶芯纱的表面或者内部均匀地嵌入香樟精油抑菌微囊8。
步骤B、将涤纶长丝纤维9的两端依次穿过氨纶芯纱并缠绕在氨纶芯纱的表面。
步骤C、将外包纤维6的粘胶短纤维层依次缠绕在氨纶纱芯7与所述涤纶长丝纤维9之间的间隙处。
步骤D、接着在粘胶短纤维层与所述涤纶长丝纤维9的外表面涂覆若干聚氨酯胶点10,接着再将粘胶长纤维层均匀地编织在氨纶纱芯7和涤纶长丝纤维9的外表面。
步骤S2、将步骤S1中编织的包芯纱5经经纬编织成平纹或斜纹组织的布基层1。
步骤S3、织锦层2的织造:
步骤a、将工艺品唐卡画经由扫描到电脑中;接着经电脑分析色块后将信号输送到提花机的控制器内。
步骤b、接着在1/1的平纹白布上经提花机纺织成得到具有唐卡花纹的织锦层2。
步骤S4、接着在布基层1的上表面均匀的涂覆一层热塑胶层3,同时在热塑胶层3的表面均匀的撒上若干迷迭香精油抑菌微囊4,接着将织锦层2的下表面对准布基层1,并经热塑工艺进行压合成型。
步骤S5、装裱及后处理。

Claims (3)
1.一种织锦唐卡,包括布基层(1)和贴附在所述布基层(1)上的织锦层(2),所述织锦层(2)经由提花机织造成唐卡花纹,所述布基层(1)与织锦层(2)之间经热塑工艺贴附有一层热塑胶层(3),其特征在于:所述热塑胶层(3)在靠近所述织锦层(2)的一层上设置有若干迷迭香精油抑菌微囊(4),迷迭香精油抑菌微囊(4)内填充有迷迭香精油;
所述布基层(1)采用包芯纱(5)经经纬编织成平纹或斜纹组织;所述包芯纱(5)包括若干粘胶纤维作为外包纤维(6),若干氨纶纱芯(7)作为芯纱编织而成的加捻复合纤维;所述外包纤维(6)包括平行贴附在所述氨纶纱芯(7)外的粘胶短纤维层以及若干相互缠绕编织在所述粘胶短纤维层外的粘胶长纤维层;所述包芯纱(5)还包括穿设在所述外包纤维(6)和氨纶纱芯(7)之间的涤纶长丝纤维(9),所述涤纶长丝纤维(9)的中心位于氨纶纱芯(7)的中心,其两端向外延伸并与所述粘胶短纤维一起平整地包覆在所述氨纶纱芯(7)外;所述氨纶纱芯(7)与外包纤维(6)之间设有若干聚氨酯胶点(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织锦唐卡,其特征在于:所述包芯纱(5)的纱芯内设置有若干香樟精油抑菌微囊(8),香樟精油抑菌微囊(8)内填充有香樟精油。
3.一种根据权利要求1-2中任意一项所述的一种织锦唐卡的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下操作步骤,
步骤S1、包芯纱(5)的编织:
步骤A、将包芯纱(5)的氨纶芯纱的表面或者内部均匀地嵌入香樟精油抑菌微囊(8);
步骤B、将涤纶长丝纤维(9)的两端依次穿过氨纶芯纱并缠绕在氨纶芯纱的表面;
步骤C、将外包纤维(6)的粘胶短纤维层依次缠绕在氨纶纱芯(7)与所述涤纶长丝纤维(9)之间的间隙处;
步骤D、接着在粘胶短纤维层与所述涤纶长丝纤维(9)的外表面涂覆若干聚氨酯胶点(10),接着再将粘胶长纤维层均匀地编织在氨纶纱芯(7)和涤纶长丝纤维(9)的外表面;
步骤S2、将步骤S1中编织的包芯纱(5)经经纬编织成平纹或斜纹组织的布基层(1);
步骤S3、织锦层(2)的织造:
步骤a、将工艺品唐卡画经由扫描到电脑中;接着经电脑分析色块后将信号输送到提花机的控制器内;
步骤b、接着在1/1的平纹白布上经提花机纺织成得到具有唐卡花纹的织锦层(2);
步骤S4、接着在布基层(1)的上表面均匀的涂覆一层热塑胶层(3),同时在热塑胶层(3)的表面均匀的撒上若干迷迭香精油抑菌微囊(4),接着将织锦层(2)的下表面对准布基层(1),并经热塑工艺进行压合成型;
步骤S5、装裱及后处理。
