Abstract
The invention provides an upper die cutting plate of a die cutting machine, which comprises a frame assembly, a base plate and a die cutting plate, wherein the base plate is embedded in a groove on one surface of the frame assembly, the die cutting plate is arranged above the base plate in a covering manner and is fixedly connected with the frame assembly, and the upper die cutting plate is turned upside down when in use, so that one surface of the die cutting plate is downward and is arranged on a frame of the die cutting machine for die cutting paper. The invention has the advantages that: the backing plate is used for eliminating the phenomenon of uneven die cutter plate force application caused by the height error of the frame body component and the surface of the die cutter plate, ensures that the surface flatness of the die cutter plate is kept consistent, and ensures that the die cutter plate is simply and quickly replaced.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the rapid development of the printing and packaging industry, the requirements of the market on the automation degree of post-printing processing equipment are higher and higher, and the pursuit of high-speed accurate processing equipment is used for improving the production efficiency, so that the market occupation requirement is a necessary trend of the development of the post-printing equipment. The die cutting machine is a special equipment for indentation and die cutting of paper, paperboard and corrugated paper in printing and packaging decoration industries.
The existing die cutting machine comprises an upper die cutting plate and a lower base plate, the die cutting plate of the upper die cutting plate is in hard contact with the die cutting plate frame, and when errors of the height of the die cutting plate in the manufacturing process and errors caused by the flatness of the die cutting plate frame are caused, the phenomenon that the pressure of the machine is uneven and inconsistent in the die cutting production process can be caused. This requires the operator to use special pressure compensating paper to compensate for the lower pressure area of the machine until the pressure is equalized. And after a product is replaced, the pressure compensation is needed again according to the condition of the knife board of the product.
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide an upper die cutting plate for a die cutting machine that overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art.

The present invention aims to provide an upper die cutting plate of a die cutting machine, which can overcome the defects of the prior art. The invention aims at achieving the following technical scheme.
The upper die cutting plate comprises a frame assembly, a base plate and a die cutting plate, wherein the base plate is embedded in a groove on one surface of the frame assembly, the die cutting plate is arranged above the base plate in a covering mode and fixedly connected with the frame assembly, and when in use, the upper die cutting plate is turned up and down, so that one surface of the die cutting plate is downward and is arranged on a frame of the die cutting machine for die cutting paper.
According to the upper die cutting plate of the embodiment of the invention, the backing plate comprises a first backing plate layer and a second backing plate layer, the hardness of the first backing plate layer is higher than that of the second backing plate layer, the first backing plate layer is attached to the die cutting plate, and the second backing plate layer is attached to the frame body assembly.
According to the upper die cutting plate of the embodiment of the invention, the frame assembly comprises a body and a plurality of fixing pieces, and the plurality of fixing pieces are used for fixedly connecting the die cutting plate to the frame assembly.
According to the upper die cutting plate of the above embodiment of the present invention, the die cutting plate comprises a base and a die cutting rule, and the die cutting rule is installed on one surface of the base outwards.
According to the upper die-cut sheet of the above embodiment of the present invention, the hardness range of the first mat layer is: HV340-400, the hardness range of the second mat layer was: HV60-110.

The upper die-cutting plate according to the above embodiment of the present invention, wherein the frame assembly 1 further comprises a handle 1A and a connector 1B, the handle 1A and the connector 1B are installed at the side of the frame assembly 1, the handle 1A is used for carrying the upper die-cutting plate, and the connector 1B is used for fixedly connecting the upper die-cutting plate to the die-cutting machine.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper die cutting plate according to an embodiment of the present invention is a schematic view in which the frame assembly 1 includes a body 11 and a plurality of fixing members 12, and the plurality of fixing members 12 are used to fixedly attach the die cutting plate 3 to the frame assembly 1.
The upper die cutting plate according to the above-described one embodiment of the present invention, wherein the die cutting plate 3 includes a base 31 and a die cutting knife 32, and the die cutting knife 32 is installed on an outward side of the base 31.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper die-cut plate according to an embodiment of the present invention is a cross-sectional view, wherein the mat plate 2 includes a first mat layer 21 and a second mat layer 22, the first mat layer 21 has a hardness higher than that of the second mat layer 22, the first mat layer 21 has a hardness of vickers hardness HV340-400, the second mat layer 22 has a hardness of HV60-110, the first mat layer 21 is attached to the die-cut plate 3, the second mat layer 22 is attached to the frame assembly 1, the first mat layer 21 is used to prevent the mat plate 2 from being damaged during die-cutting, and the second mat layer 22 is used to eliminate a machining error of an interface between the frame assembly 1 and the mat plate 2.
As shown in fig. 4, according to a cross-sectional view of the die-cutting machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, the die-cutting machine further includes a lower pad C, on which the paper D falls during die-cutting, the lower pad C drives the paper D to reciprocate, and the lower pad C cooperates with the upper die-cutting plate B to die-cut the paper D.

2. The upper die cut sheet of claim 1 wherein the frame assembly includes a body and a plurality of fasteners for fixedly attaching the die cut sheet to the frame assembly.
3. The upper die cutting plate of claim 1 wherein the die cutting plate comprises a base and a die cutting rule, the die cutting rule mounting base having an outward facing surface.

The upper die cutting plate of claim 1, wherein the die cutting machine further comprises a lower base plate, the lower base plate drives the paper to reciprocate when the paper falls on the lower base plate during die cutting, and the lower base plate is matched with the upper die cutting plate to die-cut the paper.
