The support plate 2 is positioned above the grinding plate, and the linear bearing guide rail 4 is connected with the support plate 2 through a linear bearing 13 so as to realize that the grinding plate 1 can horizontally slide relative to the support plate 2. The speed reducing motor 3 is arranged on the support plate 2 and is connected with the swing assembly and drives the grinding plate 1 to horizontally slide relative to the support plate 2 so as to grind the concrete surface.
As shown in fig. 3, the swing assembly includes a driving plate 5, a disc 6, and a swing shaft 7. And two ends of the driving plate 5 are bent downwards and then fixed on the grinding plate 1 at positions corresponding to the speed reducing motor 3. The disc 6 is positioned between the support plate 2 and the driving plate 5, and the disc 6 is connected with the output end of the speed reducing motor 3. The driving plate 5 is provided with a sliding groove 8 perpendicular to the sliding direction of the grinding plate 1. One end of the pendulum shaft 7 can slide in the chute 8, and the other end of the pendulum shaft extends vertically and then is fixedly connected with the position, close to the periphery, at the bottom of the disc 6, so that the driving plate 5 is pushed to slide horizontally through the pendulum shaft 7 under the rotation of the disc 6, and the grinding plate 1 can slide horizontally relative to the support plate 2 to grind the surface of concrete.
The grinder also comprises a connecting frame 9, a handle 10 and a roller assembly 12 for transferring the grinding plate 1. One end of the connecting frame 9 is fixedly connected to one side of the support plate 2, the other end of the connecting frame is connected with a handle 10 which is used for manually dragging the grinding plate 1 to grind different positions of the concrete surface, and a button 11 which is used for controlling the speed reducing motor 3 to run or be closed is arranged on the handle 10. The roller assembly 12 is mounted at the bottom of the connecting frame 9.
