The invention further adopts a structural form of the lantern ring 44 and the spring 6 in the moving rod 412, and the design purpose is to enable the moving rod 412 to move up and down more stably, so that the up and down movement of the tap drill 1 is ensured to be more stable, the relative defects caused by overlarge moving amplitude of the moving rod 412 and the tap drill 1 due to sudden change of gas pressure in a cavity caused by certain factors are prevented, and the processing accuracy of the tap drill 1 is further ensured.
