The invention relates to the technical field of die processing equipment, in particular to a cleaning device for a die.
Background
The mould is various moulds and tools for obtaining required products by injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, die casting or forging forming, smelting, stamping and other methods in industrial production. In short, a mold is a tool used to make a shaped article, the tool being made up of various parts, and different molds being made up of different parts, which effect the shaping of the article primarily by a change in the physical state of the material being shaped.
The mould can be polluted due to pollutants such as oil stains, dust and garbage particles in the process of manufacturing parts for a long time, the mould can be reused after being cleaned, the mould cleaning equipment is needed, the existing mould cleaning equipment does not have the function of saving water resources, workers can be difficult to clean due to the fact that garbage such as the oil stains exist on the mould when cleaning the mould, and therefore people are used to open a faucet to wash the faucet, the purpose of improving cleaning efficiency is achieved, however, the water resources are seriously wasted due to the fact that the faucet is opened for a long time, the mould can be cleaned under the condition that the water resources are not wasted, and the water-saving mould cleaning machine is a place needing to be researched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a cleaning device for a mold.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a cleaning device for a mold, which comprises a cleaning pool, a first washing mechanism and a second washing mechanism, wherein the first washing mechanism and the second washing mechanism are arranged on the left side and the right side of the cleaning pool;
a water pipe is arranged in the first flushing mechanism, one end of the water pipe is communicated with a first filtering cavity arranged at the bottom side in the cleaning pool, and the other end of the water pipe is connected with a water tap through a first water pump;
a washing water pipe is arranged in the second washing mechanism, one end of the washing water pipe is communicated with a second filter cavity arranged at the bottom side in the washing tank, the other end of the washing water pipe is communicated with a water passage distributed in a ball valve through a second water pump, the ball valve is arranged on a mounting seat and is rotatably connected with a flow dividing pipe, the mounting seat is located at the top end of the second washing mechanism, a plurality of washing ports are arranged in the flow dividing pipe, and the water flow directions of the washing ports are all aligned with an internal washing tank of the washing tank;
the inner wall of the flushing port is provided with an annular groove, a purification device is arranged in the annular groove, the purification device comprises an upper part of a reticular disc, the disc is clamped in the annular groove, the purification device also comprises a lower part of a purification box, the purification box is a box body filled with purification liquid in the middle and an inclined plate arranged on the side wall of the box body, a hole is arranged above the side wall of the box body, and the purification liquid in the box body consists of cationic polyacrylamide, sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid with the mass fraction of 3%;
the mass ratio of the cationic polyacrylamide to the sodium chloride to the hydrochloric acid with the mass fraction of 3% is 5: 1: 3.
as a preferred technical scheme, the first filtering cavity and the second filtering cavity are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the cleaning pool, and filter screens are arranged in the first filtering cavity and the second filtering cavity.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a water flow control valve is arranged on the shunt pipe and is electrically connected with a second water pump.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the middle of the bottom of the cleaning pool is provided with a water outlet.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the shunt pipe is rotatably connected with the mounting seat through a ball valve, and the shunt pipe performs 360-degree rotary motion on the mounting seat by taking the ball valve as a center.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the cleaning device for the die, the cleaning water in the cleaning pool can be recycled through the first washing mechanism and the second washing mechanism, when the die needs to be washed, the first washing mechanism pumps the cleaning water in the cleaning pool into the water pipe and then washes the die needing to be washed through the water faucet, and the purposes of not wasting water sources and washing the die can be achieved; when the soaking die needs to be washed, the second washing mechanism pumps the washing water in the washing tank into the washing water pipe, and then flushes the water into the washing tank again through a plurality of washing ports arranged in the flow dividing pipe, so that the purpose of dynamic soaking is realized, and the die washing efficiency is improved;
when water is washed out through the mouth, through the slant board, the impact force drives the slant board and rotates, thereby drive the otter board at the annular groove internal rotation, the box body rotates thereupon and is thrown away from the high-order downthehole by centrifugal force in the liquid in the box body that brings, along with water impact mould surface, can separate out soluble impurity and the oily liquid on the mould and become the flocculent tiny particle, through rapid mixing, the flocculent tiny particle can gather rapidly and deposit, and play the effect of precipitant, can be with the together gathering of other tiny particle impurity in the waste water, deposit.

The inner wall of the flushing port is provided with an annular groove 19, a purification device is arranged in the annular groove, the purification device comprises an upper part of a reticular disc 20, the disc is clamped in the annular groove, the purification device also comprises a lower part of a purification box, the purification box is specifically a box body 21 with purification liquid in the middle and an inclined plate 22 arranged on the side wall of the box body, a hole 23 is arranged above the side wall of the box body, and the purification liquid in the box body consists of cationic polyacrylamide, sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid with the mass fraction of 3%;
the mass ratio of the cationic polyacrylamide to the sodium chloride to the hydrochloric acid with the mass fraction of 3% is 5: 1: 3.
the working principle is as follows:
when the die is cleaned, firstly, water is injected into the cleaning pool 1, then the second flushing mechanism 3 is started, the cleaning water in the cleaning pool 1 is pumped into the flushing water pipe 8, and then the water is flushed into the cleaning pool 1 again through the plurality of flushing ports 15 arranged in the flow dividing pipe 13, so that the purpose of dynamic soaking is realized, and the die cleaning efficiency is improved; when the die needs to be washed, the first washing mechanism 2 is opened, the washing water in the washing pool 1 is pumped into the water inlet pipe 4 and then is flushed onto the die needing to be washed through the water faucet 7, and therefore the purposes of not wasting water sources and washing the die are achieved.
