Abstract
The invention provides a suspension type stirring device for processing silicone oil, which is mainly characterized in that an electromagnetic ring is fixed on a third motor, an electromagnetic block is fixed at the top end of a connecting rod, and when the electromagnetic ring and the connecting rod are electrified, the electromagnetic block can fix a driving motor through the electromagnetic ring, so that the fixing of the driving motor can be realized; furthermore, the second motor and the first motor adopt the same type setting, so that the simultaneity of the two motors is met, and further, the process that the moving block and the third motor rise and fall simultaneously can be realized, so that the positioning effect of the third motor can be promoted.

Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the technical field of silicone oil processing equipment, in particular to a suspension type stirring device for processing silicone oil.
Background
In the technical field of silicone oil processing, functions such as mixing silicone oil by using a stirring device are often utilized, and in the structure of the stirring device, a suspension type stirring device is a stirring device which is used for saving the occupied space of equipment and is convenient to transport. In the existing suspension type stirring device, a driving motor is suspended through a rope, a stirring mechanism is fixed at the bottom end of the driving motor, and the suspended driving motor is not provided with any supporting piece or fixing piece to fix the driving motor, so that when the driving motor works, the motor vibrates due to the work of the motor, and then the stirring mechanism vibrates, and further the stirring effect cannot be optimized; meanwhile, according to the existing structure, the connection part between the rope and the suspended driving motor is easy to fall off, so that the motor falls off and is dangerous, therefore, a stirring device structure capable of fixing the suspended driving motor during working needs to be developed, and the phenomenon of the occurrence is avoided.

The invention mainly provides a suspension type stirring device for processing silicone oil, which is used for solving the technical problem that the existing suspension type stirring device is easy to cause safety accidents because a driving motor is not fixed, which is provided by the background technology.

a suspension type stirring device for processing silicone oil comprises a bottom plate and a supporting rod fixed on the bottom plate, wherein a sliding track is arranged on one side of the supporting rod, a lead screw is arranged in the sliding track, a moving block is fixed on the lead screw, a connecting rod is fixed perpendicular to the moving block, an electromagnetic block is fixed at the top end of the connecting rod, and a first motor is fixed at the top end of the lead screw, which penetrates through the top end of the supporting rod;
a cross rod is fixed at the top end of the supporting rod, a third motor is fixed below one end of the cross rod, which is far away from the supporting rod, through a chain, and an electromagnetic ring is fixed around the outer shell of the third motor;
a chain contraction device is fixed on the bottom plate and comprises a second motor and a contraction frame, a rotatable winding drum is installed on the contraction frame, and the chain penetrates through the cross rod and the support rod to be connected with the winding drum;
a cavity is arranged in the supporting rod along the vertical direction of the supporting rod, a plurality of idler wheels are arranged in the cavity, a chain arranged in the cavity is in contact with the idler wheels, one end of the chain extends into the cross rod, the other end of the chain extends to the bottom end of the cavity, penetrates through the inner wall of the cavity and is connected with a winding drum;
the first motor and the second motor are the same in type, so that the synchronism of the up-and-down movement of the moving block and the third motor is realized;
the electromagnetic block and the electromagnetic ring are respectively electrically connected with the console through leads.
Preferably, a plurality of guide wheels are symmetrically arranged on the bottom surface of the bottom plate.
Preferably, a bearing mounting seat is fixed at the bottom end of the sliding track, the bottom end of the lead screw is connected with the bearing mounting seat, the moving block is fixed on the lead screw through threaded engagement, and the lead screw is driven to rotate forward and backward through the first motor so as to move up and down.

Referring to fig. 1-6, a suspension type stirring device for processing silicone oil includes a bottom plate 1 and a support rod 12 fixed on the bottom plate 1, wherein one side of the support rod 12 is provided with a sliding track 12a, a screw rod 122 is arranged in the sliding track 12a, a moving block 123 is fixed on the screw rod 122, a connecting rod 123a is fixed perpendicular to the moving block 123, an electromagnetic block 123b is fixed at the top end of the connecting rod 123a, and a first motor 121 is fixed at the top end of the screw rod 122 penetrating through the top end of the support rod 12;
a cross bar 14 is fixed at the top end of the support bar 12, a third motor 16 is fixed below one end of the cross bar 14, which is far away from the support bar 12, through a chain 15, and an electromagnetic ring 16a is fixed around the outer shell of the third motor 16;
a chain contracting device 13 is fixed on the bottom plate 1, the chain contracting device 13 comprises a second motor 13a and a contracting frame 13b, a rotatable winding drum 13c is mounted on the contracting frame 13b, and a chain 15 penetrates through a cross bar 14 and a supporting rod 12 to be connected with the winding drum 13 c;
the first motor 121 and the second motor 13a are the same in model, so that the synchronism of the up-and-down movement of the moving block 123 and the third motor 16 is realized;
the electromagnetic block 123b and the electromagnetic ring 16a are electrically connected to the console through wires, respectively.
Referring to fig. 1 again, a plurality of guide wheels 11 are symmetrically arranged on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1. In the embodiment, the movement of the whole equipment can be realized through the action of a plurality of guide wheels 11, and the transportation of the whole equipment is greatly optimized.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 again, a cavity 12b is disposed in the support rod 12 along a vertical direction of the support rod 12, a plurality of rollers 12c are disposed in the cavity 12b, a chain 15 disposed in the cavity 12b contacts with the rollers 12c, one end of the chain 15 extends in the cross bar 14, and the other end of the chain 15 extends to a bottom end of the cavity 12b, penetrates through an inner wall of the cavity 12b, and is connected to the winding drum 13 c.
Please refer to fig. 3 again, a bearing mounting seat 124 is fixed at the bottom end of the sliding track 12a, the bottom end of the screw rod 122 is connected with the bearing mounting seat 124, the moving block 123 is fixed on the screw rod 122 through thread engagement, and the first motor 121 drives the screw rod 122 to rotate forward and backward to realize the up-and-down movement of the moving block 123.
Referring to fig. 5 again, the bottom surface of the cross bar 14 is provided with a movable groove 141, and a plurality of rollers 12c are disposed in the movable groove 141, so that the chain 15 is conveyed and guided in the movable groove 141 by the rollers 12 c.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 3, at least two connecting rods 123a are fixed, and at least two electromagnetic rings 16a are fixed.
Referring to fig. 6 again, a rotating shaft 161 is fixed to the bottom end of the third motor 16, and an annular stirring shaft 162 is fixed to the bottom end of the rotating shaft 161.
Examples
When the device is required to work, the first motor 121 and the second motor 13c are started at the same time, and after the two motors are started at the same time, the moving block 123 and the third motor 16 are controlled to move up and down at the same time.
When the two motors are controlled to rotate clockwise simultaneously, the first motor 121 controls the screw rod 122 to rotate clockwise, due to the fact that the moving block 123 is meshed with the screw rod 122 through threads, the moving block 123 moves downwards when the screw rod 122 rotates clockwise, in the process that the moving block 123 gradually moves downwards, the second motor 13a rotates clockwise to drive the winding drum 13c to rotate clockwise to release the chain 15, in the process that the chain 15 gradually releases, due to the gravity effect of the third motor 16, the third motor 16 gradually moves downwards, in addition, the descending speed of the moving block 123 is the same as that of the third motor 16, and after the descending height of the third motor 16 is reached, the first motor 121 and the second motor 13a are stopped randomly.
After the two motors are determined to stop working, the electric control switches of the electromagnet 123b and the electromagnetic ring 16a are turned on, after the electromagnet 123b and the electromagnetic ring 16a are turned on, suction force is generated between the electromagnet 123b and the electromagnetic ring 16a instantly, the third motor 16 can be fixed in position through the action of the electromagnetic ring 16a and the electromagnet 123b, and therefore the phenomenon that the third motor 16 falls off due to working vibration of the motor can be avoided when the third motor 16 works.
After the third motor 16 is fixed by the electromagnet 123b and the electromagnet ring 16a, the electric control switch of the third motor 16 is turned on, so that the third motor 16 drives the rotating shaft 161 to rotate, and after the rotating shaft 161 starts to rotate, the stirring shaft 162 is driven to stir the raw material.
After the stirring operation is completed, the operation of the third motor 16 is stopped, the first motor 121 and the second motor 13a are started to perform reverse rotation operation, after the two motors perform reverse rotation operation, the third motor 16 and the moving block 123 perform opposite actions, the moving block and the third motor 16 move upwards at the same time, when the rising height of the third motor 16 meets the requirement, the first motor 121 and the second motor 13a can be stopped, and after the first motor 121 and the second motor 13a are stopped, the control switches of the electromagnet 123b and the electromagnetic ring 16a are closed.
When the third motor 16 needs to be detached, the control switches of the electromagnet 123b and the electromagnet ring 16a are determined to be turned off, the second motor 13c is controlled to be started, the second motor 13c is controlled to rotate forwards, and the second motor 13c can be stopped until the second motor 13c descends to a specified height.

a cross bar (14) is fixed at the top end of the supporting rod (12), a third motor (16) is fixed below one end, far away from the supporting rod (12), of the cross bar (14) through a chain (15), and an electromagnetic ring (16 a) is fixed around the outer shell of the third motor (16);
a chain contraction device (13) is fixed on the bottom plate (1), the chain contraction device (13) comprises a second motor (13 a) and a contraction frame (13 b), a rotatable furling drum (13 c) is mounted on the contraction frame (13 b), and the chain (15) penetrates through the cross rod (14) and the support rod (12) to be connected with the furling drum (13 c);
along the vertical direction of the supporting rod (12), a cavity (12 b) is arranged in the supporting rod (12), a plurality of rollers (12 c) are arranged in the cavity (12 b), a chain (15) arranged in the cavity (12 b) is in contact with the rollers (12 c), one end of the chain (15) extends into the cross rod (14), and the other end of the chain (15) extends to the bottom end of the cavity (12 b), penetrates through the inner wall of the cavity (12 b) and is connected with a winding drum (13 c);
