Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an exercise reminding system according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the exercise reminding system may include: a pulse sensor (not shown), a pressure sensor 1 and a microcontroller (not shown).
Pulse sensor can be used for gathering user's pulse information, and pulse sensor can be for wearing equipment such as bracelet, and when the user was in quiescent condition, the pulse is relatively stable, and to same user, the pulse under the different quiescent condition is inequality, for example, the user is inequality at the pulse under states such as sleep, lie, sit quietly. After the pulse sensor collects the pulse information of the user, the pulse information can be sent to the microcontroller.
The static state in the embodiment of the invention mainly refers to that a user is in a sitting state.
The system may further include a plurality of pressure sensors, such as 2 pressure sensors 1 and 2 pressure sensors 2 shown in fig. 1, but is not limited thereto, and 5 or 8 pressure sensors may also be provided, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Pressure sensors 1 and 2 may be used to detect the pressure values generated by the different parts of the user's foot on the sole, and after detecting the pressure values of the user's foot on the sole, may then send the pressure values to the microcontroller.
The microcontroller can be used for receiving the pulse information acquired by the pulse sensor and judging the static duration of the user according to the pulse information. The microcontroller may be disposed inside the bottom of the shoe worn by the user, or may be disposed in the terminal device held by the user.
In the invention, a preset time duration, such as 40Min, 1 hour and the like, can be preset, and when the time duration of the user in a static state reaches the preset time duration, the microcontroller can generate first reminding information to send out a reminding of the step movement to remind the user of the step movement.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the exercise reminding system may further include a vibrator 3, the vibrator 3 may receive a first reminding message sent by the microcontroller, and the vibrator 3 sends a reminding of the step exercise to the user according to the first reminding message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first reminding information may be used to remind the user that the step exercise performed by the user does not meet the preset conditions, such as insufficient strength, incorrect mode, and the like.
After the user carries out the step motion, microcontroller can also receive the pressure value that pressure sensor 1 and 2 gathered respectively, can judge whether the user carries out the dynamics of step motion and satisfy preset the condition according to the pressure value, when satisfying preset the condition, it is all correct to show that the user carries out the mode and the dynamics of step motion, and when the user carries out the dynamics of step motion and does not satisfy preset the condition, then it is not enough to show the user and carries out the dynamics of step motion, then can generate the second and remind information, this second reminds information in order to send the warning that the dynamics of step motion is not enough.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second reminding information can be used for reminding the user of insufficient pressure, namely insufficient force, generated by the sole on the ground when the user performs the step exercise.
In practical applications, the preset condition may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vibrator 3 may further receive a second reminding message sent by the microcontroller, and the vibrator sends a reminding that the step exercise intensity is insufficient to the user according to the second reminding message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the user performs a step movement, the heel is not required to perform the movement, that is, the pressure value of the heel to the sole is required to be kept unchanged at the original static pressure value, that is, the step movement is a user performed foot-stacking movement, and in particular, the following preferred embodiment is described in detail.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of pressure sensors may include at least one first pressure sensor 1 (2 in the drawing) provided at a position corresponding to a ball of the foot on the inner side of the sole, and at least one second pressure sensor 2 (2 in the drawing) provided at a position corresponding to a heel on the inner side of the sole.
Of course, in practical applications, the number of the first pressure sensors 1 and the second pressure sensors 2 is not limited to 2, and may also be 1, 3, 5, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
The first pressure sensor 1 may be configured to detect a first pressure value generated by a sole of a foot of a user on the sole, and send the detected first pressure value to the microcontroller.
The second pressure sensor 2 can be used to detect a second pressure value generated by the heel of the user on the sole and send the detected second pressure value to the microcontroller.
Microcontroller can judge whether the user carries out the judgement that the dynamics of step motion satisfies the condition of establishing according to the first pressure value and the second pressure value of receiving.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first preset condition and the second preset condition may be preset. The first preset condition is a preset condition that the first pressure value needs to be met, namely a preset condition that the pressure value generated by the sole to the sole needs to be met when the user performs a step exercise. The second preset condition is a preset condition that the second pressure value needs to be met, namely the preset condition that the pressure value generated by the heel to the sole needs to be met when the user performs the step movement.
The specific implementation process is as follows: when the first pressure value does not meet the first preset condition, the force of the user for performing the foot step motion does not meet the preset condition, namely the force of the user for performing the foot step motion is insufficient, and second reminding information is generated to remind the user that the pressure of the sole on the ground is insufficient in the process of performing the foot step motion, namely the sole force is insufficient when the user performs the foot step motion.
And when the first pressure value meets the first preset condition, whether the second pressure value meets the second preset condition is judged, when the second pressure value meets the preset condition, the fact that no extra pressure value is generated when the user performs the step movement with respect to the ground by the heel is shown, namely, the pressure value of the heel to the sole in the step movement process of the user is basically consistent with the pressure value of the heel to the sole in the static state of the user. And when the second pressure value does not meet the preset condition, the second pressure value indicates that the user generates an additional pressure value to the ground by the heel when the user performs the foot step movement, and the pressure value is greater than a preset pressure threshold value, namely the user performs the action of stomping the foot by the heel, the foot step movement required by the invention is not met, and a third reminding message is sent to remind the user that the posture of performing the foot step movement is incorrect.
Further, the above case will be described in detail by the following example.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressure sensors corresponding to the sole and the heel of the user are 2, and the measured pressure values are respectively:
two pressure values corresponding to the sole: p1, P2, two pressure values corresponding to the heel: p3, P4.
Therefore, the respective average pressure values of the sole and the heel are respectively:
Pf=P1+P2/2 (1)
Pb=P3+P4/2 (2)
in the above formulas (1) and (2), PfRepresenting the mean pressure value, P, of the solebRepresenting the average pressure value of the heel.
When a user sits still, the pressure values of the sole and the heel are maintained at a certain pressure level, that is, there is a pressure threshold, so that during normal walking, the average pressure value generated by the foot of the user on the ground is smaller than the upper limit pressure threshold, specifically, as shown in the following formula:
Pf< fP (3)
Pb< bP (4)
in the above-mentioned formulas (3) and (4), fPrepresents the upper limit pressure threshold value of the sole on the ground when the user normally walks, bPrepresents the upper limit pressure threshold of the heel to the ground when the user is walking normally.
In the case of a user pressing his foot, the average pressure value should be greater than the lower pressure threshold value when the user's foot is pressed against the ground, specifically, as shown in the following formula:
Pf>Pf 1 (5)
Pb>Pb 1 (6)
in the above formulas (5) and (6), Pf 1Represents a lower pressure threshold, P, of the foot's ball against the ground when the user stomps his footb 1Representing a lower threshold pressure of the heel against the ground when the user stomps his foot.
In addition, when the user stomps his foot, the pressure sensor measures an instantaneous value, of short duration, namely:
tf<t (7)
tb<t (8)
in the above equations (7) and (8), tfIndicating the time, t, of use of the instantaneous pressure value of the sole-to-footbTo representThe time for the sole to generate the instantaneous pressure value is used, and t represents a preset time value and is a fixed value.
When the user stomps his foot, the following should be satisfied:
1. when a user stomps a foot in the vertical direction, the following conditions are met: pf-PbIs < P, and, tf<t,tbT; wherein, P is the pressure difference and is a positive value;
2. when the user adopts the sole to stack his foot hard, it should satisfy: pf>Pf 1,Pb<Pb 1(ii) a And t isf<t,tb<t。
When the two conditions are met, the force of the user in the step motion can be determined to meet the conditions, and the adopted mode is correct.
The aim of enhancing the blood circulation of the legs can be achieved if and only if the sole of a foot stomps, so that the blood circulation of the legs can be enhanced to prevent the pulmonary embolism when the two situations are met.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to be the only limitation to the present invention, and the specific numerical values of the characters of the above examples are not limited to the embodiments of the present invention, and can be set by those skilled in the art according to the actual situation.
