The invention is realized by the following steps:

The invention provides a racket belt winding device, which is provided with a belt fixer for fixing a sweat absorbing belt and a racket fixer for fixing a racket, wherein the sweat absorbing belt and the racket can be respectively fixed when in use, and the racket is rotated and moved to wind the sweat absorbing belt on a handle of the racket.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The embodiment provides a racket belt winding device which is provided with a belt fixer for fixing a sweat absorbing belt and a racket fixer for fixing a racket, wherein the sweat absorbing belt and the racket can be fixed respectively when the racket belt winding device is used, and the racket is rotated and moved to wind the sweat absorbing belt on a handle of the racket.
As shown in FIG. 1, the racket belt wrapping device comprises a base plate 11, a belt fixer 12 and a racket fixer 13 are arranged on the base plate 11, and the racket fixer 13 is connected with the base plate 11 in a sliding way; the belt fixer 12 comprises a base block 14, a connecting plate 15 is arranged on the top of the base block 14, a clamp 16 is arranged on the connecting plate 15, and the connecting plate 15 is rotatably connected with the base block 14.
The substrate 11 is provided with a fixing device for fixing the substrate 11 to the table. The fixing device comprises a fixing plate 38 and a fixing bolt 40, the fixing plate 38 is L-shaped, the fixing plate 38 is connected with the substrate 11 through a connecting bolt 39, and threaded holes are formed in the bottoms of the two ends of the substrate 11, so that the fixing plate 38 can be connected to the two ends of the substrate 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the racket holder 13 includes a bottom frame 19, a first holder 20 and a second holder 21, the bottom frame 19 includes two parallel longitudinal bars 22, the first holder 20 is vertically connected to an end of one of the longitudinal bars 22, the second holder 21 is vertically connected to an end of the other longitudinal bar 22, ends of the two longitudinal bars 22 are connected by a connecting rod 23, two sliding blocks 17 are disposed on the base plate 11, and the two longitudinal bars 22 are slidably connected to the two sliding blocks 17.
As shown in fig. 2, a linear bearing is horizontally arranged in the slide block 17, the longitudinal rod 22 passes through the linear bearing, two connecting rods 23 are provided, and at least one connecting rod 23 is detachably connected with the longitudinal rod 22.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the first fixer 20 includes a first vertical rod 25, an adjusting bolt 26 is screwed on the top of the first vertical rod 25, the adjusting bolt 26 is arranged along the horizontal direction, a circular top block 27 is arranged at the end of the adjusting bolt 26, the top block 27 is rotatably connected with the adjusting bolt 26, and the top block 27 faces the second fixer 21;
second fixer 21 includes second montant 28, the top of second montant 28 forms semicircular lower groove 29, the top of second montant 28 is connected with briquetting 30, the one end of briquetting 30 is articulated with second montant 28, the other end of briquetting 30 passes through hasp 33 and is connected with second montant 28, the bottom of briquetting 30 forms semicircular upper chute 31, lower groove 29 and upper chute 31 splice form rotary chute 32, be provided with solid fixed ring 34 in the rotary chute 32, gu fixed ring 34 includes two articulated semi-rings mutually, gu fixed ring 34 rotates to be connected in rotary chute 32. Convex strips 35 are arranged in the upper groove 31 and the lower groove 29, grooves 36 are arranged on the outer side of the fixing ring 34 along the circumferential direction of the fixing ring, and the convex strips 35 are arranged in the grooves 36. An annular rubber pad 37 is provided on the inner side of the fixed ring 34. The axis of the top block 27 coincides with the axis of the fixed ring 34.
The base plate 11 is provided with a slide bar 18, the slide bar 18 is parallel to the vertical rod 22, the slide bar 18 is arranged on the inner side of the bottom frame 19, and the base block 14 is connected with the slide bar 18 in a sliding mode.
The base plate 11 is a base plate for mounting components. The string holder 12 is used to hold a sweat band, and the racket holder 13 is used to hold a racket. The racket holder 13 is slidably coupled to the base plate 11 so that, after the racket is fixed by the racket holder 13, it can be moved toward the string holder 12 with the racket, so that the sweat absorbing string can be wound around the handle of the racket in a circle.
The string anchor 12 has a base block 14, a connecting plate 15, and a clip 16, and the base block 14 is used to mount the connecting plate 15 and the clip 16 so that the clip 16 has a certain height and can be fitted to a mounted racket. The connecting plate 15 is rotatably connected to the base block 14 so that it can rotate on a vertical axis at the top of the base block 14. The clip 16 is used to fix the sweatband, one end of the sweatband is attached to the clip 16, so that the sweatband can be firmly fixed.
When in use, one end of the sweat absorbing belt is fixed on the clamp 16 of the belt fixer 12, the racket is fixed on the racket fixer 13, the other end of the sweat absorbing belt is wound on the end part of the handle of the racket, the racket is rotated to lead the sweat absorbing belt to be wound on the handle, the sweat absorbing belt is shorter and shorter after the winding, the racket fixer 13 and the racket move towards the direction close to the belt fixer 12, more and more sweat absorbing belts are wound on the handle, when the racket is basically attached to the belt fixer 12, the sweat absorbing belt is basically wound on the handle, at the moment, the sweat absorbing belt is taken down from the clamp 16, the last sweat absorbing belt is wound on the handle, the end of the sweat absorbing belt is fixed by using the adhesive tape, and the winding and fixing work of the sweat absorbing belt is completed.
Initially, the sweatband is in an inclined relationship with the handle, and the connection point between the sweatband and the handle is continuously moved as the sweatband is wound. Because the connecting plate 15 is in a rotary connection relation with the base block 14, in the process of winding the sweat absorbing belt, the connecting plate 15 and the clamp 16 can rotate along with the angle change of the sweat absorbing belt, so that the sweat absorbing belt can well keep a tight state, and the sweat absorbing belt can be wound on the handle without folds.
The fixing device used for being connected with the workbench is arranged on the substrate 11, the substrate 11 can be fixed through the fixing device, the substrate 11 cannot shake in work, the stability of the substrate is ensured, and the winding work of the sweat absorbing belt can be smoother.
The fixing plate 38 is provided in an L-shape so that the bottom end of the fixing plate 38 can be inserted under the work table and fixed under the work table by the fixing bolt 40. The fixing plate 38 is detachably connected with the base plate 11, so that the tape winding device is convenient to package and transport. Both ends below the base plate 11 are provided with threaded holes for matching with the fixing plates 38, so that the fixing plates 38 can be connected to different parts of the base plate 11 as required, and a user can select the fixing direction of the fixing plates 38 according to own habits and stations where the user is located.
The bottom frame 19 is a basic structure of the racket holder 13, and the bottom frame 19 is formed in a frame shape, or a rectangular shape, or a square shape, so that it is relatively stable, and the respective members can be operated in synchronization, so that the first holder 20 and the second holder 21 can be maintained at the same horizontal position. Two longitudinal bars 22 are connected to two sliders 17, one slider 17 being connected to each longitudinal bar 22, the longitudinal bars 22 being slidable along the sliders 17 so that the racket holder 13 can slide. The ends of the longitudinal rods 22 are connected through the two connecting rods 23, so that the two longitudinal rods 22 can keep synchronous motion and are not easy to deform, and a certain longitudinal rod 22 cannot be clamped in the sliding block 17.
The racket holder 13 has a first holder 20 and a second holder 21, the first holder 20 being used to fix the end of the handle, and the second holder 21 being used to fixedly connect the middle position of the racket. Both of the holders are vertically connected to the end of the vertical bar 22 such that the holders have a certain height to allow the racket to be positioned at a high position so that the racket can be smoothly rotated.
The linear bearing is arranged in the sliding block 17, so that the longitudinal rod 22 can slide smoothly, the longitudinal rod 22 cannot be clamped with the sliding block 17, and the racket can move towards the belt fixer 12.
As shown in fig. 3, sleeves 24 are provided at both ends of the connecting rod 23, the sleeves 24 are perpendicular to the connecting rod 23, and the ends of the two longitudinal rods 22 are inserted into the two sleeves 24. The longitudinal rod 22 can be connected with the connecting rod 23 through the connection mode, the parts are convenient to detach, and the bottom frame 19 can be conveniently connected to the sliding block 17.
The first holder 20 has a first vertical rod 25, an adjusting bolt 26 is provided on the top of the first vertical rod 25, and a top block 27 connected to the end of the adjusting bolt 26 is used to connect with the handle. The jacking block 27 is tightly abutted to the handle after being connected, and the jacking block 27 can rotate due to the rotary connection relationship between the jacking block 27 and the adjusting bolt 26, so that the jacking block 27 and the handle can synchronously rotate.
The second vertical bar 28 has a fixing ring 34 at the top, and the fixing ring 34 is used to fix the middle of the racket. The securing ring 34 has two half rings hinged to each other so that the middle of the racket can be seated in the securing ring 34. The second vertical bar 28 has a top with a rotating slot 32 for connecting a fixed ring 34, the fixed ring 34 being able to rotate within the rotating slot 32 to enable the racket to rotate.
The second vertical rod 28 has a lower groove 29 at the top, and the lower groove 29 is matched with an upper groove 31 at the bottom end of a pressing block 30 at the top of the second vertical rod 28 to form a circular rotating groove 32. Be provided with sand grip 35 in the rotary trough 32, sand grip 35 is used for cooperating with the recess 36 of fixed ring 34 lateral part, makes sand grip 35 block recess 36, makes fixed ring 34 can be injectd in rotary trough 32, and makes fixed ring 34 can rotate.
When the racket is connected to the racket fixer 13, the pressing block 30 and the fixing ring 34 are firstly opened, the fixing ring 34 is connected to the middle part of the racket, then the fixing ring 34 is placed in the lower groove 29, the pressing block 30 is closed, and the pressing block 30 is fixed with the second vertical rod 28 through the hasp 33, so that the pressing block 30 cannot be automatically opened; the end of the handle is aligned with the first holder 20, the adjusting bolt 26 is screwed, and the top block 27 abuts against the end of the handle, thereby completing the fixing of the racket.
When the racket is rotated, the fixing ring 34 rotates in the rotary groove 32, and the top block 27 rotates around the adjusting bolt 26, so that the racket can be smoothly rotated.
The string holders 12 are close to the vertical bar 22 connected to the second holder 21 so that the sweat absorbing band can be wound on the outside of the handle layer by layer while the racket moves toward the string holders 12, thereby maintaining a stable interval between the layers and making the sweat absorbing band very uniform after winding.
A rubber pad 37 is arranged on the inner side of the fixed ring 34, and after the middle part of the racket is connected in the fixed ring 34, the fixed ring 34 can be tightly connected with the racket by the pressure and the friction force of the rubber pad 37, so that the racket cannot generate displacement under the thrust action of the top block 27.
A slide bar 18 is provided on the base plate 11 so that the base block 14 can slide along the slide bar 18. The cross section of the slide bar 18 is T-shaped, the bottom of the base block 14 is provided with a T-shaped sliding groove 41, and the sliding groove 41 is connected to the slide bar 18 to enable the base block 14 to slide. Positioning bolts are further provided on the base block 14, and the base block 14 can be positioned by the positioning bolts so that the base block 14 can be fixed after being moved to a proper position.
When the sweat absorbing belt is wound, the sweat absorbing belt has different lengths, and the position of the base block 14 is adjusted according to the difference of the sweat absorbing belt, so that the sweat absorbing belt can be kept tight all the time. The slide bar 18 is disposed inside the base frame 19 such that the belt holder 12 is positioned inside the base frame 19, and the slide bar 18 and the base block 14 do not interfere with the sliding movement of the base frame 19.
