Background
Along with the development and progress of medical technology, the gastroscope is widely applied clinically as an effective and accurate interventional physical detection means, and plays a positive role in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases. As the stomach and the duodenum of a person are both provided with the bacterial passages, various microorganisms can be carried after the gastroscope insertion tube is used, and if the gastroscope insertion tube cannot be cleaned effectively and thoroughly disinfected in time, the microorganisms can grow in the gastroscope insertion tube. However, gastroscopes, especially soft endoscopes, are special in material, high in precision, complex in structure and high in disinfection and sterilization difficulty after being used. The general normal disinfection flow is as follows: the whole process is about half an hour, the procedures are complex, and the important point is that incomplete disinfection and sterilization are easy to occur. In the diagnosis and treatment operation process, the gastroscope insertion tube is easy to damage mucous membrane, and especially the mucous membrane is necessarily pierced to contact with blood during biopsy. If the disinfection and sterilization are not thorough, the gastroscope can become a transmission medium of pathogens such as HIV, HBV, helicobacter pylori, treponema pallidum and the like.
