Description

Shoes with dirt-removing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a shoe for removing dirty air.
Background
The traditional ventilation shoes comprise soles and uppers, wherein the heel of each upper is provided with an air bag, and each air bag is provided with a first pair of external one-way valves communicated with the inside of a shoe cavity and a second pair of external one-way valves communicated with the outer side of each shoe. However, such ventilation shoes have large components such as the air bag, which is disadvantageous for weight saving of the sole.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a shoe for removing the waste gas, which can utilize extrusion formed by bending soles to agitate the waste gas so as to remove the waste gas.
The invention provides a shoe for removing waste gas, which comprises an upper and a sole, wherein a placement groove is formed in the sole, an extruder is arranged in the placement groove, the extruder comprises an extruder front part communicated with an air hole at the heel of the shoe and/or an extruder rear part communicated with an air hole at the half sole and an extruder middle part, the extruder middle part is provided with an extrusion cavity, the extrusion cavity is arranged at a bending part of a foot of a human body and presses the extrusion cavity by means of bending of the sole, and the extruder bends the sole when walking along with the foot.
The invention has the technical effects that: the dirt-removing shoe can utilize the bending action of the foot of a human body on the sole to form extrusion during walking, so that dirt on the front sole or the heel is agitated, and further removed.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples, which are given by way of illustration only and are not intended to be limiting.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first embodiment of the present invention provides a shoe for removing waste gas, which comprises an upper 1 and a sole 2, wherein a placement groove 3 is provided on the sole 2, a squeezer 4 is provided in the placement groove 3, the squeezer 4 comprises a squeezer front part 6 communicated with a vent hole 5 at a heel and/or a squeezer rear part 7 communicated with a vent hole 5 at a half sole and a squeezer middle part 8, the squeezer middle part 8 is provided with a squeezing cavity 9, and the squeezing cavity 9 is arranged at a walking bending part of a foot of a human body and presses the squeezing cavity 9 by bending the sole 2. In actual production, the squeezer front part 6 may be provided at the half sole alone, or the squeezer rear part 7 may be provided at the heel alone, or the squeezer front part 6 and the squeezer rear part 7 may be provided at the half sole and the heel, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to form a larger extrusion force, a bending groove 10 penetrating into the sole 2 is formed in the upper portion of the bending part of the sole, the bending groove 10 is opened upwards, the extrusion cavity 9 in the middle of the extruder 4 comprises a bending cavity 11 matched with the bending groove 10, and the bending groove 10 promotes the sole 2 to extrude the bending cavity 11 along with bending action of the foot during walking. A plurality of bending grooves 10 are formed in the sole 2, and a bending cavity 11 is formed in each bending groove 10. The bending grooves 10 transversely penetrate and are distributed on the sole 2, the edges of the upper 1 are fixed at the bending grooves 10, and the side surfaces of the shoe body are exposed in the side surface shape of the bending grooves 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the second embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that: the extrusion cavity 9 is provided with a concave part 12 which is concave downwards, an elastic porous cushion block 13 is arranged in the extrusion cavity 9, and the elastic porous cushion block 13 supports the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the extrusion cavity 9.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a third embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that: the extrusion cavity 9 in the middle of the extruder 4 is provided with a bending extrusion cavity 14, the bending action of the human foot during walking causes the bending extrusion cavity 14 to bend and be compressed in space, and the extruder 4 is made of a high-elasticity strong-recovery material, and is generally made of a high-elasticity resin material. In this embodiment, the front portion of the extruder 4 is bifurcated to form a left half-sole portion 41 and a right half-sole portion 42, the left half-sole portion 41 and the right half-sole portion 42 have cavities therein, the extruder rear portion 7 has a recess 15, the recess 15 has an air hole 16 therein, and the extruder rear portion 7 has a relatively hard texture sufficient to support the exhaust passage in the extruder rear portion 7.
