Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the cigarette 20 includes tobacco 22 and a filter 24, one end of the filter 24 being connected to one end of the tobacco 22. The filter 24 comprises a filter rod and a paper former, the filter rod being disposed within the paper former. The cigarette 20 is inserted into the heating chamber through the first aperture 232 and the filter 24 is at least partially located within the heating chamber. Specifically, 30% to 100% of the filter 24 is located within the heating chamber. The diameter of cigarette 20 is less than the diameter of heating chamber, has certain clearance between cigarette 20 and the lateral wall of heating chamber. Specifically, the ratio of the diameter of the cigarette 20 to the diameter of the heating cavity is 1: 1.037-1.1.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the cigarette 20 may be a cigarette without the filter 24, the cigarette 20 having only a portion of the tobacco 22, and the tobacco 22 being partially disposed within the sleeve 230, such that ambient air is primarily introduced into the heating chamber.
The general working process of the heating non-combustion smoking set 10 is as follows:
when the smoking set 10 is not burned when it is required to use the heater, the lid opening button 160 is pressed, the second latch 164 is separated from the first latch 126, and the rotary lid 120 is opened. After the rotary cap 120 is opened, an end of the cigarette 20 is inserted into the heating chamber through the first through-hole 232 with the filter 24 partially positioned in the heating chamber.
For example, the filter 24 includes a first portion 24a adjacent the tobacco 22 and a second portion 24b remote from the tobacco 22, the first portion 24a being located within the heating chamber and the second portion 24b being located within the first through-hole 232 of the pouch 230. Also, since the minimum diameter of the first through hole 232 is smaller than the diameter of the heating chamber of the tube 240, the minimum clearance between the upper end of the second portion 24b and the side wall of the first through hole 232 is smaller than the clearance between the cigarette 20 and the side wall of the heating chamber of said tube 240.
When the rotating cover 120 is rotated, the first fastening portion 126 is fastened to the second fastening portion 164, so as to cover the rotating cover 120 and the main body 110. When the function button 520 is pressed, the case board 510 controls the power supply 300 to supply power to the heating element, and the heating element converts the electric energy into heat energy, thereby heating the cigarette 20.
When a user carries the suction nozzle 630 to perform a suction action, the external cold air enters the cavity through the air inlet hole 180 under the suction force, and then enters the first through hole 232 through the communication hole 234. Since the minimum clearance between the second portion 24b and the side wall of the first through hole is small, air enters primarily through the air inlet 246 into the clearance between the inner side wall of the tube 240 and the cigarette 20. The cold air is heated in the gap to form hot air flow, the hot air flow enters the interior of the tobacco 22 from the bottom of the tobacco 22, and the hot air flow and the heating element heat the exterior and the interior of the cigarette 20 at the same time, so that the cigarette 20 is baked more uniformly, and the baked smoke has no peculiar smell.
When only one heating element is arranged on the side wall of the tube body 240, the time for heating one heating element to a preset temperature value is long, the temperature rise time is long, the heat supplement is not timely, the quality change of smoke generated by the tobacco 22 in the tube body 240 is easily caused, the quality of the baked smoke is not good, the smoke has serious sour taste, and the smoke has oral smoke residues after being sucked by a user. Therefore, in this embodiment, two heating elements are provided, and the two heating elements bake the cigarette 20 at the same time, so that the time for heating to the preset temperature value is short, the baked smoke has good quality, the smoke has no sour taste, and no oral residues exist after the user smokes. And the consistency of the smoke quality before and after can be ensured, and the energy consumption is reduced.
The heating element is capable of heating a first portion 24a of the filter 24 located within the heating cavity. The filter rods of the first section 24a of the filter 24 are heat shrunk to form an air flow passage 30 between the shrunk rods and the forming paper. As the smoke from the tobacco 22 passes through the filter 24, a significant amount of the smoke preferentially enters the airflow path 30 and possibly a small amount of the smoke passes through the collapsed filter rod and into the filter 24. The filter rod of the second portion 24b of the filter 24 is not heat shrunk and the second portion 24b of the filter 24 is in communication with the airflow channel 30 through the micro ventilation holes of the filter rod itself of the second portion 24b, through which the smoke in the airflow channel 30 can enter the second portion 24b of the filter 24. Thus, the smoke from the cigarette 20 can pass through the filter 24.
The smoke coming out from the filter tip 24 enters the flow guide channel after passing through the second through hole 612 and the filter cover 620, fully contacts with the heat dissipation rod 640 for heat dissipation, and finally is discharged through the air outlet 632 of the suction nozzle 630. After the cigarette 20 is drawn out, the rotary cover 120 is opened, and the cigarette 20 is poured out.
Referring to fig. 8, the present invention further provides a method for controlling the smoking set 10 shown in fig. 1, which comprises the following steps:
step S110: controlling a plurality of heating elements to jointly heat the tobacco product.
Specifically, when the smoking set 10 is not burned to heat tobacco products such as cigarettes 20, the function button 520 is pressed, and the plan board 510 first controls a plurality of heating elements to heat the cigarettes 20 together.
