本发明公开了一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，包括中间粘合层、透气层、耐磨表层；所述中间粘合层上、下端面对称的粘接有透气层，所述透气层外侧设有耐磨表层，所述中间粘合层上设有用于粘接耐磨表层的粘结柱，所述粘结柱穿过所述透气层上开设的通孔与所述耐磨表层的端面固定粘接。将毛毯的多层不同材质的面料都粘接在中间粘合层上，使每一层面料都随中间粘合层的表面展开贴合，毛毯即使在长期使用过程中内层的面料也不会褶皱成团影响其使用寿命和使用舒适度。

一种可牢固粘合的毛毯
技术领域
本发明涉及毛毯技术领域，特别涉及一种可牢固粘合的毛毯。
背景技术
毛毯是一种常用的床上用品，具有保暖功能，与被子相比较薄。其原料多采用动物纤维如羊毛、马海毛、兔毛、羊绒、驼绒或腈纶、粘胶纤维等化学纤维，也有的是动物纤维与化纤混纺制成的。
一些毛毯因为特殊的使用需求由多层尺寸相同而材质不同的面料粘合而成，这种毛毯往往较厚，而且由于层数较多面料与面料之间粘合不牢固常常会导致内层面料褶皱成团影响毛毯的使用寿命，并且会使毛毯的使用舒适度大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题，提供一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，可以有效避免内层面料因粘合不牢固而导致的褶皱成团。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的方法是：一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，包括中间粘合层、透气层、耐磨表层；所述中间粘合层上、下端面对称的粘接有透气层，所述透气层外侧设有耐磨表层，所述中间粘合层上设有用于粘接耐磨表层的粘结柱，所述粘结柱穿过所述透气层上开设的通孔与所述耐磨表层的端面固定粘接。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述粘结柱分为连接体和粘结头两部分，所述粘结头呈长方体状且置于所述耐磨表层设置的粘结槽内。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述粘结柱与所述中间粘合层一体成型，所述粘结柱的连接体呈圆柱状且其截面直径自中间向两端逐渐递增。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述耐磨表层上设有包边。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述中间粘合层为粘胶纤维层，所述耐磨表层为聚酯纤维层。
有益效果：
本发明所述的一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，将毛毯的多层不同材质的面料都粘接在中间粘合层上，使每一层面料都随中间粘合层的表面展开贴合，毛毯即使在长期使用过程中内层的面料也不会褶皱成团影响其使用寿命和使用舒适度。

下面结合实施例并参照附图对本发明作进一步描述，应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是，下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向，词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图所述，本发明提供一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，包括中间粘合层1、透气层2、耐磨表层3；所述中间粘合层1上、下端面对称的粘接有透气层2，所述透气层2外侧设有耐磨表层3，所述中间粘合层1上设有用于粘接耐磨表层3的粘结柱4，所述粘结柱4穿过所述透气层2上开设的通孔5与所述耐磨表层3的端面固定粘接。
本发明的结构原理：本发明提供的毛毯分为中间粘合层、透气层和耐磨表层，透气层是通过其表面直接和中间粘合层的表面直接接触粘接在一起，而处于外层的耐磨表层则是通过中间粘合层上一体成型的粘结柱与其粘接在一起，这种结构使毛毯的每一层都与中间粘合层粘接在一起从而随中间粘合层而展开，也就不会发生内层面料因粘接不牢固导致的褶皱成团。
作为本发明的一种实施例，所述粘结柱4分为连接体401和粘结头402两部分，所述粘结头402呈长方体状且置于所述耐磨表层3设置的粘结槽6内。在耐磨表层上开设粘结槽容纳粘结头一方面可以使二者粘接更牢固，另一方面可以避免毛毯表面有凸点影响使用舒适度。
作为本发明的一种实施例，所述粘结柱4与所述中间粘合层1一体成型，所述粘结柱4的连接体401呈圆柱状且其截面直径自中间向两端逐渐递增。这样设置一方面可以减少连接体的用料节约成本，另一方面可以增加连接体与透气层之间的接触面积提高粘合效果。
作为本发明的一种实施例，为了进一步提高毛毯的粘接结构稳定性，所述耐磨表层3上设有包边7。
作为本发明的一种实施例，所述中间粘合层1为粘胶纤维层，所述耐磨表层3为聚酯纤维层。
本发明提供的一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，将毛毯的多层不同材质的面料都粘接在中间粘合层上，使每一层面料都随中间粘合层的表面展开贴合，毛毯即使在长期使用过程中内层的面料也不会褶皱成团影响其使用寿命和使用舒适度。

1.一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，其特征在于：包括中间粘合层、透气层、耐磨表层；所述中间粘合层上、下端面对称的粘接有透气层，所述透气层外侧设有耐磨表层，所述中间粘合层上设有用于粘接耐磨表层的粘结柱，所述粘结柱穿过所述透气层上开设的通孔与所述耐磨表层的端面固定粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，其特征在于：所述粘结柱分为连接体和粘结头两部分，所述粘结头呈长方体状且置于所述耐磨表层设置的粘结槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可牢固粘合的毛毯，其特征在于：所述粘结柱与所述中间粘合层一体成型，所述粘结柱的连接体呈圆柱状且其截面直径自中间向两端逐渐递增。
