The plasma cutting machine has fast cutting speed and certain slope of the cut surface. The flame cutting machine is used for carbon steel materials with larger thickness. However, the residues generated by the existing cutting machine are directly scattered on the ground, and are not collected by a special collecting device, so that the waste is caused, and the environmental sanitation is also not facilitated.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

Aiming at the problems in the related art, the invention provides a cutting machine convenient for collecting blanking, so as to overcome the technical problems in the prior related art.

a cutting machine convenient for collecting blanking comprises a base, a supporting column, a top plate, a workbench and a cutting head, wherein supporting legs are arranged at the bottom edge of the base, the supporting column is arranged at one side edge of the top end of the base, the top plate is arranged at the top end of the supporting column, a first telescopic rod is arranged at the bottom end of the top plate, the cutting head is arranged at the bottom end of the first telescopic rod, the workbench is arranged at the top end of the base, a hollow groove is arranged in the middle of the base, the hollow structure is arranged in the base, a motor is arranged in the middle of one side of the top end of the inner part of the base, a threaded rod is arranged at one side of the motor, the rotating shaft of the motor is rotatably connected with the threaded rod, a sliding sleeve matched with the threaded rod is arranged on the threaded rod, a containing box is arranged inside the base and below the cutting head, a partition plate is arranged on one side edge of the containing box, a fixed plate is symmetrically arranged inside the containing box and on two side edges of the partition plate, hydraulic cylinders are arranged at the top ends of one sides of the fixed plates, ejector rods are arranged inside the hydraulic cylinders and extend to the outer sides of the hydraulic cylinders, the bottom ends of the ejector rods are connected with one ends of a first connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with one end of a second connecting rod, a containing groove is arranged at one end, away from the first connecting rod, of the second connecting rod, the second connecting rod is connected with the top of one side of the containing groove, a third connecting rod is arranged at the bottom of the same side of the containing groove as the second connecting rod, and one end, away from the containing groove, of the third connecting rod is connected with the bottom of the side edge, the outside side of base just is close to one side of accomodating the groove is equipped with the opening, the outside side of pneumatic cylinder is equipped with the pipeline, just the pipeline runs through the base extends to the outside of base, the inside side of accomodating the groove is equipped with the spout, be equipped with in the spout with the slider of spout looks adaptation, the slider is kept away from one side of spout is equipped with telescopic link two, telescopic link two is kept away from the one end of slider is equipped with the connecting plate, the bottom of connecting plate is equipped with the stripper plate, the inside bottom of accomodating the groove is equipped with pressure sensors.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the object that will wait to cut is placed on the workstation, thereby the rotation of rotation drive threaded rod through the motor drives the motion of workstation, can treat the object of cutting through the cutting head and cut, the blanking that the cutting produced falls into through the fretwork groove on base top and accomodates the inslot portion, when accomodating the blanking of inslot portion and reaching certain weight, flexible activity that drives connecting rod one through the pneumatic cylinder, the activity of connecting rod one drives the activity of connecting rod two, thereby the activity of accomodating the groove is accomodate in the drive, make and accomodate the groove and can follow the opening part and stretch out, thereby do benefit to more and collect the material of accomodating the inslot portion, can extrude the material through telescopic link two and stripper plate, thereby save the space of accomodating the groove.
In addition, can reduce the skidding of supporting leg through anti-skidding backing plate to do benefit to the safety and the firm of base more, can prevent through the baffle that the material from falling into the outside and preventing simultaneously and splash, do benefit to human health more, control button can make things convenient for the rotation of control motor, thereby save the labour.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the cutting machine convenient for collecting and discharging material according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a base 1, supporting columns 2, a top plate 3, a workbench 4 and a cutting head 5, wherein supporting legs 6 are arranged at the bottom corners of the base 1, the supporting columns 2 are arranged on one side edge of the top end of the base 1, the top plate 3 is arranged on the top end of the supporting columns 2, a first telescopic rod 7 is arranged at the bottom end of the top plate 3, the cutting head 5 is arranged at the bottom end of the first telescopic rod 7, the workbench 4 is arranged at the top end of the base 1, a hollow groove is arranged in the middle of the base 1, the interior of the base 1 is of a hollow structure, a motor 8 is arranged in the middle of one side edge of the interior of the base 1, a threaded rod 9 is arranged on one side edge of the motor 8, the rotating shaft of the motor 8 is rotatably connected with the threaded, the top end of the sliding sleeve 10 is provided with a supporting rod 11, the top end of the supporting rod 11 is provided with the workbench 4, the interior of the base 1 is provided with a containing box 12 below the cutting head 5, one side edge of the containing box 12 is provided with a partition plate 13, the interior of the containing box 12 is symmetrically provided with fixing plates 14 at two side edges of the partition plate 13, the top end of one side of each fixing plate 14 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 15, the interior of the hydraulic cylinder 15 is provided with a push rod 16, the push rod 16 extends to the outer side of the hydraulic cylinder 15, the bottom end of the push rod 16 is connected with one end of a first connecting rod 17, the other end of the first connecting rod 17 is connected with one end of a second connecting rod 18, one end of the second connecting rod 18 far away from the first connecting rod 17 is provided with a containing groove 19, the second connecting rod 18 is connected with the top of one side of the containing groove 19, and the bottom, keep away from three 20 of connecting rod the one end of accomodating groove 19 with the side bottom of fixed plate 14 and with the bottom of a 17 homonymies of connecting rod is connected, base 1's outside side just is close to accomodate groove 19's side is equipped with opening 34, pneumatic cylinder 15's outside side is equipped with pipeline 21, just pipeline 21 runs through base 1 and extend to base 1's the outside, the inside side of accomodating groove 19 is equipped with spout 22, be equipped with in the spout 22 with the slider 23 of spout 22 looks adaptation, slider 23 keeps away from a side of spout 22 is equipped with two 24 of telescopic link, two 24 of telescopic link are kept away from the one end of slider 23 is equipped with connecting plate 25, the bottom of connecting plate 25 is equipped with stripper plate 26, the inside bottom of accomodating groove 19 is equipped with pressure sensors 27.

In addition, the bottom ends of the supporting legs 6 are provided with anti-skid backing plates 28; baffles 29 are arranged at the top end of the base 1 and on two side edges close to the supporting column 2; a control button 30 is arranged on one side edge of the support column 2, and the control button 30 is in control connection with the motor 8.
Meanwhile, one end of the threaded rod 9 far away from the motor 8 is connected with one side of the base 1 through a fixing sleeve 31; the top end of the hydraulic cylinder 15 is fixed on the fixed plate 14 through a fixed bolt; the first connecting rod 17 and the second connecting rod 18 are connected with the fixed plate 14 through a movable bolt 32; is connected with the fixed plate 14 through the connecting rod three 20 and the movable bolt two 33.
In summary, according to the above technical solution of the present invention, an object to be cut is placed on the worktable 4, the rotation of the motor 8 drives the threaded rod 9 to rotate so as to drive the worktable 4 to move, the object to be cut can be cut by the cutting head 5, the cut material falls into the accommodating groove 19 through the hollow groove at the top end of the base 1, when the material in the accommodating groove 19 reaches a certain weight, the telescopic cylinder 15 stretches and retracts to drive the connecting rod one 17 to move, the connecting rod one 17 moves to drive the connecting rod two 18 to move, so as to drive the accommodating groove 19 to move, so that the accommodating groove 19 can extend out from the opening 34, thereby facilitating the collection of the material in the accommodating groove 19, and the material can be extruded through the telescopic rod two 24 and the extrusion plate 26, thereby saving the space of the accommodating groove 19.
In addition, can reduce the skidding of supporting leg 6 through skid-proof backing plate 28 to do benefit to the safety and the firm of base 1 more, can prevent through baffle 29 that the material from falling into the outside and preventing simultaneously splashing, do benefit to human health more, control button 30 can conveniently control the rotation of motor 8, thereby save the labour.
