A muscle exercising device for physical training, as shown in figure 1-4, comprises a bottom plate 1, guide rails 2, pulleys 3, brackets 4, a mounting plate 5, a seat cushion 6, a lying cushion 7, arc-shaped slideways 8, sliding shafts 9, electric reels 10, a guide sleeve 11, pull ropes 12, a mounting frame 13, sliding rails 14, sliding blocks 15, deep groove ball bearings 16, a round shaft 161 and annular weight blocks 17, wherein the guide rails 2 are embedded in the front and back parts of the upper side of the bottom plate 1, the pulleys 3 are arranged on each guide rail 2, the brackets 4 are connected in the pulleys 3, the mounting plate 5 is arranged between the tops of the four brackets 4, the seat cushion 6 is arranged on the right part of the upper side of the mounting plate 5, the lying cushion 7 is arranged on the left part of the upper side of the mounting plate 5, the right side of the lying cushion 7 is hinged with the upper side of the mounting plate 5, the arc-shaped slideways 8 are arranged on the front and back sides of the left part of, 8 left side upper portions of arc slide of both sides all are equipped with electronic reel 10 around, all around having stay cord 12 on electronic reel 10, 8 left side middle parts of arc slide of both sides all are equipped with uide bushing 11 around, stay cord 12 passes uide bushing 11, the lower extreme of stay cord 12 is connected in mounting panel 5 left side, the symmetrical formula is equipped with mounting bracket 13 around the 1 upside left part of bottom plate, 13 upper portions of mounting bracket of both sides all embed-type are equipped with slide rail 14 around, equal sliding connection has slider 15 on the slide rail 14, all be equipped with deep groove ball bearing 16 on the slider 15, be connected with round axle 161 between the deep groove ball bearing 16 of both sides around, two portions all overlap around round axle 161 has annular pouring weight 17.
Still including connecting rod 18, wedge 19, fixed plate 20, first compression spring 23, dog 24 and pull rod 26, be equipped with connecting rod 18 in the middle of the lower part of mounting panel 5 left side, connecting rod 18 left end is equipped with wedge 19, be equipped with fixed plate 20 in the middle of the 1 upside left part of bottom plate, it has through-hole 21 to open in the middle of the lower part of fixed plate 20, open the lower part of fixed plate 20 has cylindrical groove 22, cylindrical groove 22 is located the through-hole 21 top, cylindrical groove 22 communicates with each other with through-hole 21, the upper portion is connected with first compression spring 23 in the cylindrical groove 22, first compression spring 23 lower extreme is equipped with dog 24, dog 24 is located same water flat line with wedge 19, open the lower part of fixed plate 20 front side has a word hole 25, dog 24 front side is connected with pull rod 26, pull rod 26 passes.
Still including installation piece 27, sliding sleeve 28, sliding shaft 29, second compression spring 30, arc 31, ejector pin 32, button 33 and bee calling organ 34, the inboard lower part of mounting bracket 13 all is equipped with installation piece 27, installation piece 27 upside all is equipped with sliding sleeve 28, equal slidingtype is equipped with sliding shaft 29 in the sliding sleeve 28, all be connected with second compression spring 30 between the bottom in sliding shaft 29 lower extreme and the sliding sleeve 28, sliding shaft 29 upper end all is equipped with arc 31, arc 31 is located the circular shaft 161 downside, the sliding shaft 29 left side upper portion of front side is equipped with ejector pin 32, the sliding sleeve 28 rear side upper portion of front side is equipped with button 33, button 33 is located under ejector pin 32, the sliding sleeve 28 rear side lower part of front side is equipped with bee calling organ 34, there is circuit connection between bee calling organ 34 and the button 33.
Still including connecting block 35, couple 36 and peg 37, two parts all are equipped with connecting block 35 around the 161 upside of circle axle, and connecting block 35 top all is equipped with couple 36, is equipped with peg 37 between the mounting bracket 13 upper portion of front and back both sides, and peg 37 is located 36 tops of couple.
Still including chucking device 38, two parts all are equipped with chucking device 38 around the circular shaft 161, and chucking device 38 is including torsion elastic rod 381, third compression spring 382 and elastic sleeve 383, and two parts are overlapped around the circular shaft 161 torsion elastic rod 381, all is connected with third compression spring 382 between torsion elastic rod 381 right side lower part and the downside right part, and torsion elastic rod 381 both ends all are equipped with elastic sleeve 383.
When people use the equipment to exercise muscles, people sit on the seat cushion 6 firstly, lean against the back on the lying cushion 7, then people can utilize foot strength to make the whole mounting plate 5 move leftwards, thereby people can be closer to the mounting frame 13, people lift the round shaft 161 with both hands and then put down, the annular weight 17 moves along with the round shaft, and the repeated operation can make the arm muscles of people effectively exercise. People can adjust the exercise intensity according to the self exercise needs, and when people need to strengthen the exercise intensity, the annular weight blocks 17 with proper quantity can be added at the front part and the rear part of the circular shaft 161; when people need to reduce the exercise intensity, the annular weight 17 on the circular shaft 161 is removed. After the exercise is accomplished, people can feel muscle soreness, relatively tired out and difficult getting up, at this moment people can open the electronic reel 10 of front and back both sides, control it and withdraw stay cord 12, stay cord 12 drives the pad 7 of lying and rotates clockwise gradually promptly, just so can lift people back, the people of being convenient for get up, can control electronic reel 10 after getting up and emit stay cord 12, make the pad 7 of lying reset, it can to close electronic reel 10 after resetting.
People can promote whole mounting panel 5 left, connecting rod 18 and wedge 19 move left thereupon, wedge 19 can pass through-hole 21 and contact with dog 24, first compression spring 23 is compressed, wedge 19 continues to move left, when dog 24 does not contact with wedge 19, first compression spring 23 resets, under the effect of first compression spring 23 elasticity, dog 24 downstream can block wedge 19 right side, just so can fix relevant parts such as mounting panel 5, prevent that it from moving about when people take exercise. After the exercise is completed, the stopper 24 can be pulled upward by the pull rod 26, so that the mounting plate 5 and other relevant components can be conveniently pushed rightward.
When the two arms of a user contract to drive the circular shaft 161 to press downwards, when the circular shaft 161 is in contact with the arc-shaped plate 31, the circular shaft 161 continuously moves downwards to press the arc-shaped plate 31 to move downwards, the sliding shaft 29 and the ejector rod 32 move downwards along with the sliding shaft, the second compression spring 30 is compressed, the ejector rod 32 can press the button 33, and the buzzer 34 immediately makes a sound, so that the user can be reminded to lift the circular shaft 161 upwards, the circular shaft 161 moves upwards gradually without being in contact with the press-movable arc-shaped plate 31, the second compression spring 30 gradually resets, and under the action of the elastic force of the second compression spring 30, the arc-shaped plate 31, the sliding shaft 29 and other related parts can reset. Thus, one can judge the movement position of the circular shaft 161 according to the sound of the buzzer 34, thereby making the exercise more standard.
When people feel tired during the process of lifting round shaft 161 upwards and cannot continue to exercise, hook 36 on round shaft 161 can be hung on hanging rod 37. Can be taken down when needing to exercise.
People can hold the elastic sleeve 383 to enlarge a ring formed in the middle of the torsion elastic rod 381, the third compression spring 382 is compressed immediately, the torsion elastic rod 381 is clamped at the front part and the rear part of the circular shaft 161, the torsion elastic rod 381 is respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the annular weight 17, after the hands of people are released, the third compression spring 382 is reset, and the torsion elastic rod 381 is clamped on the circular shaft 161, so that the annular weight 17 can be prevented from falling carelessly in the process of lifting the circular shaft 161 by people, and the safety of the equipment can be enhanced.
