The invention aims to provide an industrial computer control cabinet, which solves the problems that the existing control cabinet provided in the background technology only has a single air-cooling heat dissipation function, the heat dissipation effect is not ideal when a computer performs large-scale operation, the working efficiency of the computer is influenced, and meanwhile, when a large-scale computer is placed in a box body, the large-scale computer is generally difficult to place manually, and the large-scale computer possibly collides with the box body during placement, so that the computer is damaged.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an industrial computer control cabinet comprises a bottom plate, wherein four corners at the top end of the bottom plate are respectively provided with a buffering leg, the top end of the buffering leg is fixedly connected with the bottom end of a box body, one side of the bottom of the box body is provided with a ground groove, two sides of the inner wall of the ground groove are respectively provided with a sliding groove, the inside of the sliding groove is slidably connected with a sliding plate, two sides of the top end of the sliding plate are respectively provided with a strip-shaped groove, the inside of each strip-shaped groove is provided with a limiting plate, the back surface of each limiting plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the strip-shaped groove through a spring, one side of the inner wall of the limiting plate is provided with a limiting groove, two sides of the inner wall of the limiting groove are respectively movably connected with two ends of a rotating rod, the middle part of the rotating rod is provided with a rotating disc in, one end of the adjusting rod penetrates through one side of the box body, the fire-proof box is arranged on the top end of the box body, an alarm is arranged at the corner of the top end of the box body, and a temperature switch is arranged inside the box body.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a plurality of ball grooves are formed in the top end of the sliding plate, and rotating balls are movably connected inside the ball grooves.
As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, a cooling water tank is disposed on one side of the top of the tank body, one side of the cooling water tank is respectively communicated with the inside of the fixing plate through a first pipeline, the bottom end of the fixing plate is communicated with a water inlet of a water pump disposed on the other side of the tank body through a second pipeline, and a water outlet of the water pump is connected with the back of the cooling water tank through a third pipeline.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a powder outlet is formed in the bottom end of the fire-proof box, an electromagnetic valve is arranged inside the powder outlet, a control panel is arranged on one side of the box body, a first switch is arranged on the control panel, the water pump is electrically connected with an external power supply through the first switch, and the electromagnetic valve and the alarm are both electrically connected with the external power supply through a temperature control switch.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the bottom in the mounting groove is provided with a heat dissipation hole, and the bottom in the mounting groove is provided with a slot.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the industrial computer control cabinet, the limiting plate and the rotating ball are arranged on the sliding plate, so that a large-scale industrial computer control device can be assisted to enter the box body through the sliding plate, the labor is saved, the control device is prevented from being damaged due to collision when the control device is installed and placed, the water cooling heat dissipation can be performed while the control device is limited by the arranged fixing plate, and the operation efficiency of a computer is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the invention provides an industrial computer control cabinet, comprising a bottom plate 1, four corners of the top end of the bottom plate 1 are respectively provided with a buffering leg 3, the top end of the buffering leg 3 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of a box body 14, one side of the bottom of the box body 14 is provided with a ground groove 2, two sides of the inner wall of the ground groove 2 are respectively provided with a sliding groove, the inside of the sliding groove is slidably connected with a sliding plate 7, two sides of the top end of the sliding plate 7 are respectively provided with a strip-shaped groove 8, a limiting plate 9 is arranged inside the strip-shaped groove 8, the back of the limiting plate 9 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the strip-shaped groove 8 through a spring 4, one side of the limiting plate 9 is provided with a limiting groove 10, two sides of the inner wall of the limiting groove 10 are respectively and movably connected with two ends of a rotating rod, the middle part of, and one side of the fixed plate 13 is provided with an adjusting rod 18, one end of the adjusting rod 18 penetrates through the box body 14 and is arranged at one side of the box body 14, the top end of the box body 14 is provided with a fireproof box 15, the corner at the top end of the box body 14 is provided with an alarm 16, and the inside of the box body 14 is provided with a temperature switch.
Preferably, a plurality of ball grooves 5 are formed in the top end of the sliding plate 7, the rotating balls 6 are movably connected inside the ball grooves 5, when the computer is placed on the sliding plate 7, the rotating balls 6 are in contact with the bottom of the computer, and friction force between the computer and the sliding plate 7 is reduced.
Preferably, a cooling water tank 17 is arranged on one side of the top of the box body 14, one side of the cooling water tank 17 is communicated with the inside of the fixing plate 13 through a first pipeline, the bottom end of the fixing plate 13 is communicated with a water inlet of a water pump 19 arranged on the other side of the box body 14 through a second pipeline, a water outlet of the water pump 19 is connected with the back of the cooling water tank 17 through a third pipeline, and the fixing plate 13 is used for water-cooling heat dissipation on two sides of a computer while fixing the computer.
Preferably, the bottom of fire prevention box 15 is equipped with powder outlet 20, the inside of powder outlet 20 is equipped with solenoid valve, one side of box 14 is equipped with control panel, the last first switch that is equipped with of control panel, water pump 19 is through first switch and external power supply electric connection, solenoid valve and siren 16 are all through temperature detect switch and external power supply electric connection, when the inside high temperature of box 14, when producing the danger of a fire, siren 16 sends out the police dispatch newspaper, and start solenoid valve, inside scattering the inside dry powder of fire prevention box 15 into box 14, put out a fire.
Preferably, the bottom in the mounting groove is provided with a heat dissipation hole, the bottom in the mounting groove is provided with a slot 12, and the heat dissipation hole is used for dissipating heat of the computer.
When the industrial computer control cabinet is used specifically, when a controller is required to be installed in the box body 14, the sliding plate 7 can be pulled out from the ground groove 2, the bottom of the controller is placed on the sliding plate 7, the limiting plates 9 on two sides limit the controller, the limiting size can be adjusted through the springs to adapt to different controllers, the bottom of the controller is in contact with the rotating balls 6, two sides of the controller are in contact with the rotating discs 11, the friction force between the controller and the sliding plate is reduced, meanwhile, the controller is assisted to enter the installation groove, the adjusting rod 18 is rotated, the fixing plate 13 is moved to fix the controller, meanwhile, water in the cooling water tank 17 enters the fixing plate 13 to dissipate heat of the controller, the operation efficiency of the controller is improved, cooling water is fed into the cooling water tank 17 through the water pump 19 again and is conveyed into the cooling water tank 17, when the temperature in the box body 14 is too high, when a fire occurs, the alarm 16 gives an alarm and starts the electromagnetic valve to disperse the dry powder in the fire-proof box 15 into the box 14 for fire extinguishing.
