The rotation of the rotating shaft of the variable frequency motor drives a gear to rotate, the gear to rotate drives a gear II, a gear III, an auxiliary rotating gear II and an auxiliary rotating gear II to rotate through a chain, the rotation direction of the gear II is always opposite to that of the gear III, and the rotation directions of the gear III, the auxiliary rotating gear II and the auxiliary rotating gear II are always identical to that of the gear I. The second gear and the third gear respectively drive the right air compression rotating wheel and the left air compression rotating wheel to rotate in the air inlet cavity in a matching way, the right air compression rotating wheel and the left air compression rotating wheel suck air 83 into the air inlet cavity from the air inlet hole after rotating in the air inlet cavity in a matching way, and the air in the air inlet cavity is pressed into the air outlet hole for air use by the air compressor.
A user can know which frequency converter is currently supplying power to the variable frequency motor through the keys and the loudspeaker, and can know the current temperature state of each frequency converter. The user can realize supervisory equipment and microcontroller communication connection through wireless module, and the user can long-range real-time check current each converter's operating condition, and the reliability is good, and intelligent degree of automation is high.
The display 58 also simultaneously displays in real time which frequency converter is currently supplying power to the frequency conversion motor, so that the intuitiveness is good, and the user can conveniently know the current state of each frequency converter.
The pre-relay is adopted to select a specific frequency converter to supply power for the variable frequency motor, so that the flexibility is good.
The cooperation of the pre-relay and the post-relay is adopted to select a specific frequency converter to supply power for the variable frequency motor, so that the flexibility is good.
A pre-relay and a post-relay cooperate in pairs to select the frequency converter to supply power for the variable frequency motor, so that the frequency converter with other frequency converters in the working process does not have electrification, and the safety, reliability and flexibility are good.
The adoption of the voltage zero-crossing detection device can enable the pre-relay and the post-relay to be in a low-voltage state when being opened or closed, so that the pre-relay and the post-relay are not easy to burn out, and the service lives of the pre-relay and the post-relay are greatly prolonged.
Each ranging sensor uploads ranging signals to the microcontroller in real time. The heat sensitive telescopic block will be stretched upwards when heated. When the temperature of a certain frequency converter is higher than the set temperature, the heat-sensitive telescopic block arranged on the frequency converter is heated to be stretched upwards. When the corresponding distance measuring sensor detects that the thermosensitive telescopic block drives the corresponding vertical sliding block to move upwards to a set height, the distance measuring sensor immediately uploads a distance measuring signal to the microcontroller, the microcontroller immediately stops working of the corresponding frequency converter, and meanwhile the microcontroller enables the frequency converter corresponding to the distance measuring sensor with smaller distance detected by the current distance measuring sensor to work. Therefore, the temperature of each frequency converter in working can be ensured not to exceed the set temperature, so that the frequency converters are not easy to burn out, and the safety and reliability are high.
Through the cooperation of hair-dryer and collection wind bottle want to correspond the converter and blow, let hot converter cooling, the reliability is high.
The electromagnetic valve can flexibly control the blower to blow air to the frequency converter, so that the blowing cooling effect is improved, and the structure is simple and the reliability is high.
The operation method is suitable for the positive displacement air compressor, and only one frequency converter provides power for the variable frequency motor in the same time section; during the working period of the variable frequency motor, the temperature detection mechanism detects the temperature of the frequency converter in real time; when the temperature of one frequency converter is higher than the set temperature, the microcontroller instructs the frequency converter with the lowest temperature of the frequency converters which do not work at present to supply power for the frequency conversion motor, and cuts off the circuit connection line between the frequency converter which is in the high temperature state and supplies power for the frequency conversion motor when the frequency converter with the lowest temperature supplies power for the frequency conversion motor at the same time; so reciprocating, thereby guarantee the temperature on the converter can not rise too high and appear burning out the condition of converter.
In the embodiment, a mode of arranging a plurality of frequency converters is adopted, only one frequency converter provides power for the variable frequency motor in the same time section, and after the temperature of the frequency converter providing power is higher than the set temperature, the other frequency converter is automatically selected to provide power for the variable frequency motor, so that the variable frequency motor is high in efficiency, good in flexibility, safe and reliable.

Claims (1)

1. The air inlet system of the positive displacement air compressor is driven by a variable frequency motor of the air compressor to enter air; the device is characterized by comprising at least two frequency converters, a loudspeaker, a frequency converter selecting device, a line concentration isolating device and a microcontroller; the frequency converter selecting device is provided with power output ends with the same number as the frequency converters; the line concentration isolation device is provided with power input ends with the same number as the frequency converters; the power input end of each frequency converter is connected to the power output end of the frequency converter selecting device one by one; the power output end of each frequency converter is connected to the power input end of the line concentration isolation device one to one; the power output end of the line concentration isolation device is connected to the power input end of the variable frequency motor; each frequency converter is respectively provided with a temperature detection mechanism; the loudspeaker, each temperature detection mechanism, the control end of each frequency converter, the control end of the frequency conversion motor, the control end of the frequency converter selection device and the control end of the line concentration isolation device are respectively connected with the microcontroller;
in the same time section, only one frequency converter provides power for the variable frequency motor, and after the temperature of the frequency converter providing power is higher than the set temperature, the other frequency converter is automatically selected to provide power for the variable frequency motor;
the frequency converter selection device comprises front-end relays with the same number as the frequency converters, and the control end of each front-end relay is respectively connected with the microcontroller; one end of each pre-relay is connected to the power output end of the frequency converter selection device one by one, and the other end of each pre-relay is connected to the power input end of the frequency converter selection device;
the line concentration isolation device comprises the post relays with the same number as the frequency converters, and the control end of each post relay is respectively connected with the microcontroller; one end of each post relay is connected to the power input end of the line concentration isolation device one to one, and the other end of each post relay is connected to the power input end of the variable frequency motor;
a relay same-response group pair is formed by a front relay and a rear relay, so that relay same-response group pairs with the same number as the front relays are obtained; the control end of the front relay and the control end of the rear relay in the same relay and response group pair are connected to the microcontroller after being conducted and connected by a lead, and the control end of each front relay is respectively connected to different interfaces of the microcontroller;
the front relay and the rear relay are matched in pairs to select the frequency converter to supply power for the variable frequency motor, so that the frequency converter does not have electrification when one frequency converter works;
a voltage zero crossing detection device is arranged at the power output end of each frequency converter and is connected with the microcontroller;
detecting the zero crossing point of the power supply output by the corresponding frequency converter by using a voltage zero crossing detection device; when the voltage zero-crossing detection device detects that the voltage output by the corresponding frequency converter is near a zero-crossing point, the pre-relay and the post-relay corresponding to the current frequency converter are cut off, and the pre-relay and the post-relay corresponding to the frequency converter to be selected are closed at the same time;
the positive displacement air compressor also comprises a bracket; the temperature detection mechanism comprises a vertical block, a vertical sliding block, an extrusion spring, a thermosensitive telescopic block and a distance measuring sensor, wherein a vertical sliding cavity is formed in the vertical block, the vertical sliding block is arranged in the vertical sliding cavity of the vertical block in an up-down sliding mode, and the extrusion spring is arranged between the upper surface of the vertical sliding block and the inner top surface of the vertical sliding cavity in an extrusion mode; a cavity hole communicated with a vertical sliding cavity of the vertical block is formed in the lower surface of the vertical block, a stop bar is arranged in the cavity hole, and a ranging sensor is arranged on the upper surface of the stop bar; the frequency converter is fixed on the bracket, and the lower surface of the thermosensitive telescopic block is fixedly connected to the frequency converter; the upper surface of the vertical sliding block is fixedly connected to the bracket, and the vertical sliding block is positioned right above the thermosensitive telescopic block;
each ranging sensor uploads ranging signals to the microcontroller in real time; the heat-sensitive telescopic block is heated to be stretched upwards; when the temperature of a certain frequency converter is higher than the set temperature, the thermosensitive telescopic block arranged on the frequency converter is heated to be stretched upwards; when the corresponding distance measuring sensor detects that the thermosensitive telescopic block drives the corresponding vertical sliding block to move upwards to a set height, the distance measuring sensor immediately uploads a distance measuring signal to the microcontroller, the microcontroller immediately stops the corresponding frequency converter, and the microcontroller simultaneously enables the frequency converter corresponding to the distance measuring sensor with smaller distance detected by the current distance measuring sensor to work; therefore, the temperature of each frequency converter in working can be ensured not to exceed the set temperature;
the air inlet system comprises a first auxiliary rotating gear, a second auxiliary rotating gear, an air inlet cavity, a left air compression rotating wheel vertically rotating in the air inlet cavity, a right air compression rotating wheel vertically rotating in the air inlet cavity, an air inlet hole arranged at the bottom end of the air inlet cavity and an air outlet hole arranged at the top end of the air inlet cavity, wherein the right air compression rotating wheel is arranged right of the left air compression rotating wheel; a first gear is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft of the variable frequency motor, a second gear is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft of the right air compressing rotating wheel, a third gear is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft of the left air compressing rotating wheel, a chain is in driving connection with the first gear, the second gear, the third gear, the first auxiliary rotating gear and the second auxiliary rotating gear, the rotating direction of the second gear is always opposite to the rotating direction of the third gear, and the rotating directions of the third gear, the first auxiliary rotating gear and the second auxiliary rotating gear are always identical to the rotating direction of the first gear;
the air inlet cavity comprises a left cavity with a semicircular left cavity wall of a cross section, a right cavity with a semicircular right cavity wall of a cross section and a rectangular cavity with a rectangular cross section, the left cavity is arranged at the left side of the rectangular cavity, the right cavity is arranged at the right side of the rectangular cavity, and the left cavity is communicated with the right cavity through the rectangular cavity; the center of the semicircular arc of the left cavity is located on the axis of the rotating shaft of the left air-compressing rotating wheel, and the center of the semicircular arc of the right cavity is located on the axis of the rotating shaft of the right air-compressing rotating wheel; the left air-compressing rotating wheel and the right air-compressing rotating wheel have the same structure, the left end and the right end of the right air-compressing rotating wheel are both convex arc surfaces, and the upper end and the lower end of the right air-compressing rotating wheel are both concave arc surfaces;
the rotation of the rotating shaft of the variable frequency motor drives the first gear to rotate, and the first gear rotates to drive the second gear, the third gear, the first auxiliary rotating gear and the second auxiliary rotating gear to rotate through the chain; the second gear and the third gear respectively drive the right air compression rotating wheel and the left air compression rotating wheel to rotate in the air inlet cavity in a matching way, the right air compression rotating wheel and the left air compression rotating wheel suck air into the air inlet cavity from the air inlet hole after rotating in the air inlet cavity in a matching way, and the air in the air inlet cavity is pressed into the air outlet hole for the air compressor to use;
the positive displacement air compressor also comprises a blower and a wind collecting bottle; the heat exchange tubes are respectively connected with the radiating fins of each frequency converter in a heat conduction way; the air outlet of the blower is in butt joint connection with the bottle mouth of the air collecting bottle, the air collecting bottle is provided with bottle air outlet holes with the same number as the heat exchange tubes, and the air inlet end of each heat exchange tube is in butt joint connection with the bottle air outlet holes of the air collecting bottle one by one; the control end of the blower is connected with the microcontroller;
