Abstract
The invention discloses a grounding foolproof pin composite structure of an electric cabinet, which comprises a cabinet shell, a PCB (printed circuit board), a socket, a plug, a male pin, a grounding guide plate and a female pin; the PCB is arranged in the case shell, the socket is fixedly arranged on the case shell, and the plug is fixedly arranged on the PCB; one end of the socket is provided with a male pin, the male pin is provided with a grounding hole, the corresponding end of the plug is provided with a grounding guide plate, the grounding guide plate is provided with a female pin, and the female pin is provided with a crown spring jack in which a crown spring is embedded; the end of the male pin is inserted and connected into the crown spring jack of the female pin, so that the socket is in inserted and connected with the plug. The chassis grounding function is realized through the plug-in connection of the male pin and the female pin, and the mechanical foolproof function is realized, so that the socket and the plug are ensured to be connected correctly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrical cabinet boxes, in particular to a grounding fool-proof pin composite structure of an electrical cabinet box.
Background
Most of the materials of the cabinets in the electrical control cabinets in China are high-quality aluminum alloy sections or galvanized steel sheets, and the metal cabinet shells can be grounded and conductive, and the metal cabinet shells are good in rigidity and can be provided with heavy-load wiring terminals. However, the metal chassis housing also has the disadvantages of high cost, heavy weight, and long mass production cycle. Therefore, the design of a plastic chassis is prepared, and PC materials with high strength, elastic coefficient and high impact strength are selected on the requirement of chassis rigidity. The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme: the grounding fool-proof pin composite structure of the electric cabinet case comprises a case shell, a PCB (printed circuit board), a socket and a plug, wherein the PCB is arranged in the case shell, the socket is fixedly arranged on the case shell, and the plug is fixedly arranged on the PCB and further comprises a male pin, a grounding guide plate and a female pin; a male pin is arranged at one end of the socket, a grounding hole is formed in the male pin, a grounding guide plate is arranged at the corresponding end of the plug, the grounding guide plate is connected with the PCB, a female pin is arranged on the grounding guide plate, a jack is formed in the female pin, and a crown spring is embedded in the jack to form a crown spring jack; the end of the male pin is inserted and connected into the crown spring jack of the female pin, so that the socket is in inserted and connected with the plug.
Further, the PCB is mounted on a panel, and the panel and the case shell form a complete case.

Further, the plug is fixedly arranged on the PCB through a fastening screw, and the fastening screw at the end of the grounding guide plate on the plug is connected with the grounding guide plate, so that the grounding guide plate is electrically conducted with the PCB.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the end part of the socket on the chassis is provided with the male pin, the corresponding end part of the plug connected with the PCB is provided with the grounding guide plate and the female pin, and the grounding guide plate and the female pin are electrically connected through the plug-in connection of the male pin and the female pin, so that the grounding function is realized, the mechanical foolproof effect is realized, the incorrect operation when the socket and the plug are connected is avoided, and the socket and the plug are ensured to be connected correctly. In addition, the jack hole opening of the female pin adopts a long chamfer, and the end part of the male pin adopts a matched round head, so that the guide function is good, and the insertion lubrication of the male pin and the female pin is smooth.

The following detailed description of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will provide those skilled in the art with a more readily understood understanding of how the invention may be practiced. While the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments thereof, these embodiments are set forth only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a grounding fool-proof pin composite structure of an electrical cabinet case comprises a case housing 1, a PCB board 2, a socket 3, a plug 4, a male pin 5, a grounding guide plate 6 and a female pin 7; the PCB 2 is arranged in the case shell 1, the socket 3 is fixedly arranged on the case shell 1, and the plug 4 is fixedly arranged on the PCB 2; a male pin 5 is arranged at one end of the socket 3, a grounding hole 501 is arranged on the male pin 5, a grounding guide plate 6 is arranged at the corresponding end of the plug 4, the grounding guide plate 6 is connected with the PCB 2, a female pin 7 is arranged on the grounding guide plate 6, a jack is arranged on the female pin 7, and a crown spring 701 is embedded in the jack to form a crown spring jack; the end of the male pin 5 is inserted and connected into the crown spring jack on the female pin 7, so that the socket 3 is inserted and connected with the plug 4.
The PCB board 2 is mounted on a panel 8, and the panel 8 and the chassis housing 1 form a complete chassis.
The assembly of the PCB 2 and the chassis housing 1 is shown in fig. 3, and the arrow in fig. 3 is the direction of insertion of the PCB 2, so as to connect the plug 4 and the socket 3 in a plug-in manner. If the plug-in connection is correct, referring to fig. 4, the male pin 5 can be correctly inserted into the female pin 7, so that the plug 4 is connected with the socket 3, and the panel 8 connected with the PCB 2 is correctly covered with the chassis housing 1. If the plugging is wrong, referring to the square frame part in fig. 5, the panel 8 is blocked and located outside the chassis housing 1, the panel 8 cannot be correctly covered with the chassis housing 1, and referring to fig. 6, the position of the female pin 7 does not correspond to the position of the male pin 5 and cannot be plugged and connected, the female pin 7 abuts against the socket 3, and the plug 4 cannot be plugged into the socket 3, so that the plug 4 can be judged to be 180 ° upside down.
In practice, the aperture of the receptacle on the female pin 7 is provided with a chamfer greater than 45 ° and less than or equal to 75 °, preferably 60 °, so that the chamfer constitutes a long chamfer 702; the male pin 5 is rounded 502 at its end. In practical use, the male pin 5 and the female pin 7 are hidden in the chassis housing 1, and the insertion condition of the male pin and the female pin cannot be seen, so that a good guiding effect is very important under the condition of blind insertion, and the designed long chamfer 702 and the round head 502 can play a good guiding effect, so that the insertion lubrication is smooth.
One end of the female pin 7 is provided with external threads, and the other end of the female pin 7 is provided with the jack; the grounding guide plate 6 is provided with a threaded hole connected with one end of the female pin 7, one end of the socket 3 is provided with a clamping groove 301 which is matched with the other end of the female pin 7 in size, if the insertion is correct, the other end of the female pin 7 can be just inserted into the clamping groove 301, and if the insertion is incorrect, the other end of the female pin 7 can be propped against the socket 3, so that the plug 4 and the socket 3 cannot be connected in an insertion mode.
The socket 3 is fixedly arranged on the case shell 1 through a fastening screw, the insertable side of the socket 3 is arranged inside the case shell 1, one end of the socket 3 and the corresponding part of the case shell 1 are respectively provided with a pin hole for inserting the male pin 5, so that when the socket 3 is arranged on the case shell 1, the male pin 5 is inserted into the pin holes on the socket 3 and the case shell 1 to play roles in foolproof and positioning, and the socket 3 can be fixed on the case shell 1 by screwing the fastening screw. One end of the male pin 5 is used for being inserted into the crown spring jack and located in the case housing 1, and the other end of the male pin 5 is provided with the grounding hole 501 and located outside the case housing 1.
The plug 4 is fixedly arranged on the PCB 2 through a fastening screw, and the fastening screw 9 at the end of the grounding guide plate 6 on the plug 4 is connected with the grounding guide plate 6, so that the grounding guide plate 6 is electrically conducted with the PCB 2.
Because the chassis shell 1 made of plastic cannot conduct electricity, the electric conduction among the PCB 2, the grounding guide plate 6, the female pin 7 and the male pin 5 is realized through the plug-in connection of the male pin 5 and the female pin 7. In actual use, the male pin 5 and the female pin 7 are connected in a plug-in manner, and the ground wire is connected to the ground hole 501 of the male pin 5, thereby realizing the grounding function. Moreover, as the male pin 5 and the female pin 7 are respectively arranged at the corresponding ends of the socket 3 and the plug 4, the plug-in connection of the male pin 5 and the female pin 7 plays a role in mechanical foolproof, and incorrect operation when the socket 3 and the plug 4 are connected is avoided, so that the socket 3 and the plug 4 can be ensured to be correctly connected, and the PCB 2 is correctly arranged in the case shell 1.
The case shell 1 adopts PC material with high strength, elastic coefficient and high impact strength; the grounding guide plate 6 can be made of brass, and has good electric conductivity and strong current carrying capacity; the main body of the female pin 7 is made of brass, and the crown spring 701 is made of beryllium copper, so that the female pin is good in conductivity, strong in current carrying capacity, good in elastic performance, capable of being inserted and pulled out for many times, free of deformation and long in service life; the male pin 5 is a brass copper rod, the rod body is thick, the current carrying capacity is high, the mechanical strength is high, the male pin is not easy to break, the internal thread at the tail part can be matched with a grounding wire, and the matching is stable.
The chassis housing 1 may be made of a material other than plastic, and the chassis housing 1 may be made of a material other than conductive. The ground guide 6 may be connected to the inside of the plug 4 for electrical conduction, in addition to being electrically conductive to the PCB 2 by fastening screws.
