The invention discloses an OT terminal junction box capable of rapidly uncovering, which comprises an upper cover assembly, a base assembly and an OT terminal, wherein the upper cover assembly consists of an upper cover, a rubber ring, an upper cover pressing plate and an upper cover shielding layer; the base assembly consists of a base, a base front shielding layer, a base rear shielding layer, a base wire sealing body and a base rear cover; the invention adopts the structure that a spigot and an elastic lock catch are arranged on an upper cover, an upper cover shielding layer and an upper cover pressing plate are arranged in the upper cover, a rubber ring is arranged on the spigot, and the rubber ring, the upper cover shielding layer and the upper cover pressing plate are fixed through the upper cover pressing ring; the base is provided with a boss, a sealing wall and front and rear shielding layers, the upper cover is buckled on the base, the lock catch of the upper cover is locked with the boss of the base, and the rubber ring of the upper cover is contacted with the sealing wall of the base. In the electrical product for the automobile, in order to ensure the low cost and the high reliability of the connector, the high-voltage cable is directly locked through the OT terminal to realize the conduction of the high-voltage circuit, the locking mode needs to design a junction box, the OT terminal is locked with the locking copper bar through a screw for facilitating the use of a tool, an upper cover is usually designed on the junction box, and the junction box in the prior art has the defects that the upper cover is not firm and easy to loosen after being buckled, the upper cover is inconvenient to open, the shielding effect is poor, and the copper bar is not waterproof and has high cost.

The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the prior art and provides an OT terminal junction box capable of quickly opening a cover, which is characterized in that a spigot and an elastic lock catch are arranged on an upper cover, an upper cover shielding layer and an upper cover pressing plate are arranged in the upper cover, a rubber ring is arranged on the spigot, and the rubber ring, the upper cover shielding layer and the upper cover pressing plate are fixed through an upper cover pressing ring; the base is provided with a boss, a sealing wall and front and rear shielding layers, the upper cover is buckled on the base, the lock catch of the upper cover is locked with the boss of the base, and the rubber ring of the upper cover is contacted with the sealing wall of the base. The waterproof and shielding device has the advantages of firm buckling of the upper cover, convenience in opening, good waterproof and shielding effects and low cost.

The locking copper bar is inserted into the terminal hole of the base, and the clamping groove of the locking copper bar is clamped with the clamping hook of the terminal hole;
the upper cover is buckled on the base, the opening of the upper cover is spanned outside the wire channel of the base, the lock catch of the upper cover is locked with the boss of the base, and the rubber ring of the upper cover seals the gap between the upper cover and the sealing wall of the base.

the base 21 is composed of a horizontal wire channel 214 and a box-shaped piece with a bottom and no top, a boss 211 is arranged on the outer wall of the front side surface of the box-shaped piece, a terminal hole 212 is arranged on the bottom surface of the box-shaped piece, and the rear side surface of the box-shaped piece is connected with and communicated with the wire channel 214; the inner wall of the terminal hole 212 is provided with a clamping hook 213, and the tail end of the outer wall of the wire channel 214 is provided with a flange;
the base front shielding layer 27 covers the outer wall of the sealing wall, the base rear shielding layer 28 is arranged on the inner wall of the wire channel 214 and is mutually connected with the base front shielding layer 27, the base wire sealing body 22 is arranged in the hole of the wire channel 214, the base rear cover 23 is arranged at the hole of the wire channel 214, and the clamping groove of the base rear cover 23 is clamped with the flange of the wire channel 214.
Referring to fig. 1, the locking copper bar 4 is a column member, and a locking screw 42 and a clamping groove 41 are disposed on the column member; the OT terminal 3 is fixedly connected to the lock copper bar 4 via a lock wire screw 42.
The locking copper bar 4 is inserted into the terminal hole 212 of the base 21, and the clamping groove 41 of the locking copper bar 4 is clamped with the clamping hook 213 of the terminal hole 212;
referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the upper cover 11 is fastened on the base 21, the opening of the upper cover 11 spans the outside of the wire channel 214 of the base 21, the lock catch 114 of the upper cover 11 is locked with the boss 211 of the base 21, and the rubber ring 12 of the upper cover 11 closes the gap between the upper cover 11 and the sealing wall of the base 21.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, in the cable connection of the present invention, the elastic latch 114 on the upper cover 11 is pressed to disengage the latch 114 of the upper cover 11 from the boss 211 of the base 21, the upper cover 11 is pulled out from the base 21, the high-voltage cable is inserted through the base rear cover 23, the base wire sealing body 22 and the wire channel 214, and the high-voltage cable is locked with the OT terminal 3 by the locking screw 42.
The clamping groove of the base rear cover 23 is clamped with the flange of the wire channel 214, and the base wire sealing body 22 is folded around the high-voltage cable along with the locking of the base rear cover 23, so that the high-voltage cable in the wire channel 214 is sealed with the outside; the upper cover 11 is buckled on the base 21, at this time, the opening of the upper cover 11 is spanned outside the wire channel 214 of the base 21 until the lock catch 114 of the upper cover 11 is locked with the boss 211 of the base 21, and the rubber ring 12 in the upper cover 11 contacts with the sealing wall of the base 21 to form annular seal, so that the copper bar 4 and the OT terminal 3 are locked in the base 21 to be sealed with the outside, and the waterproof cover has the advantages of firm buckling, convenient opening and closing and good waterproof effect.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, an upper cover shielding layer 15 and an upper cover pressing plate 14 are arranged in an upper cover 11, and the upper cover shielding layer 15 and the upper cover pressing plate 14 are fixed through an upper cover pressing ring 13; the sealing wall of the base 21 is provided with the front shielding layer 27, the inner wall of the wire channel 214 of the base 21 is provided with the rear shielding layer 28, and the base rear shielding layer 28 and the base front shielding layer 27 are in seamless connection with each other to form the shielding of the upper cover 11, the base 21 and the outside, so that the invention has the electromagnetic wave interference resistance effect.
