技术领域
本申请关于显示领域,涉及公共电极线和像素电路,特别是涉及一种像素电路及显示面板。
背景技术
显示面板设置有多个像素,每个像素都是由颜色不同的至少三个子像素组成。当每个像素由颜色不同的三个子像素组成时,三个子像素分别为红色子像素R、绿色子像素G和蓝色子像素B,当显示面板需要显示某种颜色时,通过调整R、G、B子像素的灰度阶值,可以组合成所需的颜色,以此呈现多彩的画面。
而垂直配向型(Vertical Alignment,VA)模式显示器为了达到低色偏(Low colorshift,LCS)的规格,其中一种方式是采取电阻分压式的像素设计方式。此种设计方式将像素分为主像素区与子像素区两区,当数据线(Dn,Dn+1,Dn+2,···)和扫描线(Gn,Gn+1,Gn+2,···)开启时,对主像素区与子像素区进行充电,在此同时分压开关打开与公共电极线连接,将子像素区的电压做分压,最后使主像素区与子像素区的电位不一样以达到低色偏的效果。
但此类像素在设计不佳或制程变异下会产生大视角色偏的问题,其原因在于大视角侧视时,存在某种颜色的显示偏暗。以蓝色像素而言,其在中低灰阶(Gray Level)时蓝色像素偏压较低导致蓝色子像素区亮度较晚开启。而R/G/B三色像素设计,其分压开关皆连接至同一公共电极线,如此设计无法针对某种颜色进行调适进而改善大视角偏差的现象,因此需提出新的像素电路设计来解决此类问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请的目的在于,提供了一种像素电路及显示面板,其通过对像素电路及公共电极线的结构设计,可以单独或共同驱动各像素单元,并适度调节各像素单元的发光程度,如此可解决不同颜色像素单元之间的色偏问题,进而可改善大视角偏黄的现象。
本申请的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本申请提出的一种像素电路,包括:多个阵列配置的像素组,所述像素组具有若干像素单元,每一所述像素单元耦接相应的数据线和扫描线,每一所述像素单元包括:第一开关,设置于所述像素单元的主像素区;第二开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区;分压开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区,与所述第二开关耦接;以及公共电极线,与所述分压开关连接,其中,所述公共电极线包括第一公共电极线和第二公共电极线。其中,所述第一开关,所述第二开关和所述分压开关的控制端连接同一扫描线,且部分所述像素单元的分压开关通过连接孔连接到所述第一公共电极线,另一部分所述像素单元的分压开关连接到所述第二公共电极线,且连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元为一个或一个以上。其中,连接到所述第二公共电极线的所述像素单元为一个或一个以上,且连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元包括蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元,绿色像素单元中任一者。
本申请的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
在本申请的一实施例中,于不同像素组中,连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元的颜色为相异或相同。

本申请的另一目的为一种像素电路,包括:多个阵列配置的像素组,所述像素组具有若干像素单元,每一所述像素单元耦接相应的数据线和扫描线,每一所述像素单元包括:第一开关,设置于所述像素单元的主像素区;第二开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区;分压开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区,与所述第二开关耦接;以及公共电极线,与所述分压开关连接,其中,所述公共电极线包括第一公共电极线和第二公共电极线。其中,所述第一开关,所述第二开关和所述分压开关的控制端连接同一扫描线,且部分所述像素单元的分压开关通过连接孔连接到第一公共电极线,另一部分所述像素单元的分压开关连接到第二公共电极线,且连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元为一个或一个以上;连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元,绿色像素单元中任一者,且于不同像素组中,其颜色为相异或相同;每一像素组包括三个颜色相异的像素单元,且第一像素单元的分压开关和第二像素单元的分压开关与所述第一公共电极线相连,第三像素单元的分压开关与所述第二公共电极线相连;所述第三像素单元为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元;所述第一公共电极线和所述第二公共电极线为单独驱动或共同驱动。
本申请的又一目的为提供一种显示面板,包括:基板,在基板上形成主动开关;以及如上所述的像素电路。其中,所述像素电路设置于所述基板上,所述像素电路与所述主动开关耦接。
本申请通过对像素电路及公共电极线的结构设计,可以单独或共同驱动各像素单元,并适度调节各像素单元的发光程度,如此可解决不同颜色像素单元之间的色偏问题,进而可改善大视角偏黄的现象。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。
附图和说明被认为在本质上是示出性的,而不是限制性的。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。另外,为了理解和便于描述,附图中示出的每个组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,但是本申请不限于此。
在附图中,为了清晰起见,夸大了层、膜、面板、区域等的厚度。在附图中,为了理解和便于描述,夸大了一些层和区域的厚度。将理解的是,当例如层、膜、区域或基底的组件被称作“在”另一组件“上”时,所述组件可以直接在所述另一组件上,或者也可以存在中间组件。

为更进一步阐述本申请为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本申请提出的像素电路及显示面板,其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
图1为范例性的像素电路示意图,请参考图1,范例性的像素电路10,包括:阵列配置的多个像素组,每一所述像素组包括若干像素单元,其中,所述像素组可例如包括三个像素单元(红绿蓝,RGB),或四个像素单元(红绿蓝白,RGBW)。图1以三个像素单元为例示,其中每一像素单元(110,120,130)耦接相应的数据线(Dn,Dn+1,Dn+2)和扫描线(Gn,Gn+1),n为正数。每一像素单元包括:第一开关T1;第二开关T2;以及分压开关T3,所述第三开关T3与公共电极线210相连接。其中,第一开关T1连接主像素区,第二开关T2和分压开关T3连接子像素区,通过分压开关T3的分压作用,使得主像素区和子像素区的电位有所不同,区分主像素区和子像素区的显示效果,以达到低色偏且可提高显示质量的效果。但是由于像素电路精密且敏感,制程上稍有疏忽,即会对显示效果造成不小的影响,且在大视角侧视时,某种颜色(例如蓝色)的像素单元会因电路问题而显示偏暗。又因像素单元(110,120,130)连接于同一公共电极线210,无法单独调节某一颜色或某一区域的像素单元。
图2为本申请一实施例的像素电路示意图,请参考图2,在本申请的一实施例中,一种像素电路20,包括:多个阵列配置的像素组,每一所述像素组包括三个像素单元,分别为第一像素单元110,第二像素单元120,第三像素单元130。其中,每一像素单元耦接相应的数据线(Dn,Dn+1,Dn+2)和扫描线(Gn,Gn+1)。每一像素单元包括:第一开关T1,设置于所述像素单元的主像素区;第二开关T2,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区;分压开关T3,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区,与所述第二开关耦接,以及公共电极线,与所述分压开关T3相连接,所述公共电极线包括第一公共电极线210和第二公共电极线220。于每一像素组中,同一像素单元的所述第一开关T1,所述第二开关T2和所述分压开关T3的控制端连接同一扫描线,且部分所述像素单元的分压开关通过连接孔连接到第一公共电极线210,另一部分所述像素单元的分压开关连接到第二公共电极线220,且连接到所述第二公共电极线220的像素单元为一个。
在本申请的一实施例中,每一像素组中的三个像素单元颜色相异,其颜色可如包括红绿蓝三原色,但不以之为限制。其中,所述第一像素单元110和所述第二像素单元120的分压开关与所述第一公共电极线210相连,第三像素单元130的分压开关与所述第二公共电极线220相连。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第三像素单元130可例如为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元中之一的单色像素单元。以蓝色像素单元连接第二公共电极线220为例,但不以此限制于蓝色像素单元,其可为其他如红色像素单元,绿色像素单元等单色像素单元。亦即,所述第二公共电极线220通过所述分压开关T3,单独控制所述蓝色像素单元130的电位状态,进而可灵活控制蓝色像素单元130的发光状态及发光程度,而所述第一公共电极线210则是控制所述红色像素单元及所述绿色像素单元的发光状态及发光程度。
在本申请的一实施例中,通过所述第二公共电极线220单独控制所述蓝色像素单元130,可以解决蓝色像素单元130发光偏暗的现象,具体的,即改善大视角偏黄现象,及其所导致的大视角上的色偏问题,改善画面的显示效果。
图3为本申请又一实施例的像素电路示意图,请参考图3,在本申请的一实施例中,一种像素电路30,包括:多个阵列配置的像素组,每一所述像素组包括四个像素单元,分别为第一像素单元110,第二像素单元120,第三像素单元130和第四像素单元140。其中,每一像素单元耦接相应的数据线(Dn,Dn+1,Dn+2,Dn+3)和扫描线(Gn,Gn+1)。每一像素单元包括:第一开关T1;第二开关T2;分压开关T3,以及公共电极线,与所述分压开关T3相连接,所述公共电极线包括第一公共电极线210和第二公共电极线220。于每一像素组中,部分所述像素单元的分压开关T3通过连接孔连接到第一公共电极线210,另一部分所述像素单元的分压开关T3连接到第二公共电极线220,且连接到所述第二公共电极线220的像素单元为两个。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第一像素单元110和所述第二像素单元120的分压开关与第一公共电极线210相连,所述第三像素单元130和所述第四像素单元140的分压开关与第二公共电极线220相连。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第三像素单元130可例如为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元,所述第四像素单元140可例如为白色像素单元。即与所述第二公共电极线连接的像素单元为白色像素单元140及一单色像素单元(110,120,130)。
在本申请的一实施例中,通过白色像素单元140搭配对应的单色像素单元(110,120,130),可提高此单色像素的开口率。且此像素电路30与上述像素电路20相比较,更能改善此单色像素单元于大视角之下的暗角,色偏等问题,使得画面显示更为均匀。
图4为本申请另一实施例的像素电路示意图,请参考图4,在本申请的一实施例中,一种像素电路40,包括:多个阵列配置的像素组,每一所述像素组包括第一像素单元110,第二像素单元120,第三像素单元130和第四像素单元140。其中,每一像素单元耦接相应的数据线(Dn,Dn+1,Dn+2,Dn+3)和扫描线(Gn,Gn+1)。于每一像素组中,四个像素单元的颜色相异,其中,第一像素单元110,第二像素单元120和第三像素单元130与所述第一公共电极线210相连,第四像素单元140与所述第二公共电极线220相连。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第四像素单元140可例如为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元,然不限于此,其亦可例如为黄色像素单元或青色像素单元等。
在一些实施例中,所述第一公共电极线210及所述第二公共电极线220分别连接部分所述像素单元。但于本质上,其皆为电极层,即所述第一公共电极线210和所述第二公共电极线220可以相互替换。亦由上述实施例的第二公共电极线220控制单色像素单元,转换成由第一公共电极线210执行控制,而非以图中所示的第一公共电极线210和第二公共电极线220的电路配置作为限制。
在一些实施例中,连接到所述第二公共电极线220的像素单元可例如为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元,绿色像素单元及白色像素单元中至少任一者,但非以之限制与所述第二公共电极线220连接的像素单元为同一颜色且同一配置的一个或多个像素单元。于不同像素组中,连接到所述第二公共电极线220的像素单元的颜色可为相异或相同,以于局部改善不同单色的显示效果。
在一些实施例中,所述第一公共电极线210和所述第二公共电极线220为单独驱动,但亦可为共同驱动。当所述像素电路(20,30,40)存在导致色偏等现象的问题时,则可以有效解决此类问题。
在一些实施例中,所述部分像素单元,及所述另一部分像素单元之和,即为面板上全部的像素单元。
在一些实施例中,位于同一行的像素单元,对应连接到相同的第一公共电极线,或对应连接到不同的第二公共电极线。位于同一列的像素单元,对应连接到不同的第一公共电极线,或对应连接到相同的第二公共电极线。进而言之,位于同一行的像素组,其内的像素单元耦接相同的扫描线,且耦接对应的数据线。位于同一列的像素组,其内的像素单元耦接不同的扫描线,且其对应像素单元的对应开关(例如第一像素单元的第一开关)耦接相同的数据线。
在一些实施例中,通过连接孔,直接连接部分所述分压开关和所述第一公共电极线。然不限于此,亦可以通过导电物质作为中间物质,连接部分所述分压开关和所述第一公共电极线,导电物质可例如为导电金属及其化合物。
请同时参考图2至图4,在本申请的一实施例中,一种显示面板,包括:一基板,在基板上形成主动开关;以及以上各实施例中所述的像素电路(20,30,40);其中,所述像素电路(20,30,40)设置于所述基板上,所述像素电路与所述主动开关耦接。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述显示面板可例如为液晶显示面板,其具有一彩膜基板和一主动开关基板。然不限于此,其亦可为OLED显示面板,W-OLED显示面板,QLED显示面板,等离子体显示面板,曲面型显示面板或其他类型显示面板。
图5为本申请一实施例的显示装置模块图。请同时参考图2至图5,在本申请的一实施例中,一种显示装置1,包括:控制元件2,还包括如上实施例中所述的显示面板3。
本申请通过对像素电路(20,30,40)及公共电极线(210,220)的结构设计,使得公共电极线(210,220)可以单独或共同驱动各像素单元,并可适度调节各像素单元的发光状态及发光程度,如此可解决因电路缺陷或制程不良所导致的不同颜色像素单元之间的色偏、暗纹等问题,进而可改善大视角下的视觉不良现象,提升产品质量及竞争力。
“在一些实施例中”及“在各种实施例中”等用语被重复地使用。所述用语通常不是指相同的实施例;但它也可以是指相同的实施例。“包含”、“具有”及“包括”等用词是同义词,除非其前后文意显示出其它意思。

Claims (10)

1.一种像素电路,其特征在于,包括:
多个阵列配置的像素组,所述像素组具有若干像素单元,每一所述像素单元耦接相应的数据线和扫描线,每一所述像素单元包括:
第一开关,设置于所述像素单元的主像素区;
第二开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区;
分压开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区,与所述第二开关耦接;以及
公共电极线,与所述分压开关连接,其中,所述公共电极线包括第一公共电极线和第二公共电极线;
其中,所述第一开关,所述第二开关和所述分压开关的控制端连接同一扫描线,且部分所述像素单元的分压开关通过连接孔连接到所述第一公共电极线,另一部分所述像素单元的分压开关连接到所述第二公共电极线;
其中,连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元为一个或一个以上,且连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元包括蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元,绿色像素单元中任一者。
2.如权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,于不同像素组中,连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元的颜色为相异或相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,每一像素组包括三个颜色相异的像素单元,其中,所述第一像素单元的分压开关和所述第二像素单元的分压开关与所述第一公共电极线相连,所述第三像素单元的分压开关与所述第二公共电极线相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第三像素单元为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元。
5.如权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,每一像素组包括四个颜色相异的像素单元,其中,所述第一像素单元和所述第二像素单元的分压开关与所述第一公共电极线相连,所述第三像素单元和所述第四像素单元的分压开关与所述第二公共电极线相连。
6.如权利要求5所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第三像素单元为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元,所述第四像素单元为白色像素单元。
7.如权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,每一像素组包括四个颜色相异的像素单元,其中,所述第一像素单元,所述第二像素单元和所述第三像素单元的分压开关与所述第一公共电极线相连,所述第四像素单元的分压开关与所述第二公共电极线相连。
8.如权利要求7所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第四像素单元为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元。
9.一种像素电路,其特征在于,包括:
多个阵列配置的像素组,所述像素组具有若干像素单元,每一所述像素单元耦接相应的数据线和扫描线,每一所述像素单元包括:
第一开关,设置于所述像素单元的主像素区;
第二开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区;
分压开关,设置于所述像素单元的子像素区,与所述第二开关耦接;以及
公共电极线,与所述分压开关连接,其中,所述公共电极线包括第一公共电极线和第二公共电极线;
其中,所述第一开关,所述第二开关和所述分压开关的控制端连接同一扫描线,且部分所述像素单元的分压开关通过连接孔连接到第一公共电极线,另一部分所述像素单元的分压开关连接到第二公共电极线,且连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元为一个或一个以上;
其中,连接到所述第二公共电极线的像素单元为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元,绿色像素单元中任一者,且于不同像素组中,其颜色为相异或相同;
其中,每一像素组包括三个颜色相异的像素单元,且第一像素单元的分压开关和第二像素单元的分压开关与所述第一公共电极线相连,第三像素单元的分压开关与所述第二公共电极线相连;
其中,所述第三像素单元为蓝色像素单元,红色像素单元或绿色像素单元;
其中,所述第一公共电极线和所述第二公共电极线为单独驱动或共同驱动。
10.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
基板,在基板上形成主动开关;以及
如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的像素电路;
其中,所述像素电路设置于所述基板上,所述像素电路耦接所述主动开关。
