Solar energy is widely used in life as an energy-saving energy source, especially in the aspect of water heaters. However, solar water heaters are limited by time, weather and seasons, and the water yield is insufficient at these times, and other water heaters are needed to be used for supplementing. In the aspect of the gas water heater, the gas water heater has the capability of providing hot water quickly and with high power, and can be fully complementary with the solar water heater. Solar heating apparatus 100: according to the embodiment of the invention, the solar heating device 100 is directly used for heating tap water to obtain hot water, and if the temperature of the hot water meets the preset threshold value, the solar heating device 100 is used for heating.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the predetermined threshold, i.e. the linkage temperature of the solar heating device and the gas heating device, may be set based on different requirements of the water heater. According to a specific embodiment of the invention, the predetermined threshold value is the final outlet water temperature of the water heater.
Gas heating device 200: according to an embodiment of the present invention, the gas heating device 200 is used for performing supplementary heating on the hot water outputted from the solar heating device 100. In other words, when the solar energy of the solar heating device 100 is insufficient and the temperature of the heated hot water is lower than the predetermined threshold, the gas heating device 200 can be used for performing the supplementary heating to ensure that the final water outlet temperature of the water heater meets the expectations and the hot water is stably output.
Referring to fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the gas heating apparatus 200 includes: an ignition needle 210 and a micro switch 200, wherein the micro switch 220 is respectively connected with the ignition needle 210 and a control unit, and the ignition needle 210 is started to ignite in the gas heating device 200 so as to burn gas; the micro switch activates the gas heating device 200 when water is flowing through the gas heating device 200.
It should be noted that, the starting of the gas heating device in the embodiment of the invention needs to have two conditions, namely a micro-switch signal and a water temperature detection device signal, and the gas heating device can be started only by monitoring of the control device, so that more accurate control of the gas heating device is realized, and the existing gas water heater only needs to be started by the micro-switch.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the type of the gas heating device 200 may be selected according to the actual application requirements. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the gas heating device 200 is a flue gas water heater.
Water delivery line 300: according to an embodiment of the present invention, the water supply line 300 sequentially passes through the solar heating device 100 and the gas heating device 200, and the water supply line 300 sequentially supplies tap water to the solar heating device 100 and the gas heating device 200 to heat and outputs heated hot water.
Water temperature detection device 400: according to an embodiment of the present invention, the water temperature detecting means 400 is provided between the solar heating means 100 and the gas heating means 200 for detecting the water temperature in the water supply line 300, so that the water temperature detecting means directly detects the water temperature of the water discharged from the solar heating means and determines whether to perform the supplementary heating using the gas heating means based on the water temperature. Compared with the existing jump-type temperature control device which is not in direct contact with water, the water heater provided by the invention can directly detect the water temperature in the water conveying pipeline through the water temperature detection device, and the temperature detection is rapid and accurate.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water temperature detecting device 400 is a temperature probe. Therefore, the water temperature is accurately detected, and the production cost is low.
The control device 500: according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device 500 is connected to the water temperature detecting device 400 and the gas heating device 200, respectively, for controlling the gas heating device 200 based on the water temperature. For example, when the hot water heated by the solar heating device cannot meet the requirement, the control device starts the gas heating device to heat; when the hot water heated by the solar heating device can meet the requirement, the solar heating device is only used for heating, and the control device does not start the gas heating device.
Referring to fig. 2, the water heater further includes: and a cold water pipe 600, wherein the cold water pipe 600 is connected to the water pipe 300 and the control device 500, respectively, for supplying cold water to the water pipe 300. Thus, when the temperature of the hot water heated by the solar heating device 100 is higher than the predetermined threshold, the cold water is used to perform water temperature adjustment on the hot water output by the solar heating device, so that the final outlet water temperature of the water heater meets the predetermined threshold.
Referring to fig. 4, the water heater further includes: a cold water valve 900, the cold water valve 900 being provided on the cold water pipe 600, and the cold water valve 900 being connected to the control unit. Therefore, the control unit accurately controls the quantity of cold water conveyed into the water conveying pipeline through the cold water valve to ensure the accuracy and stability of the water outlet temperature of the water heater.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the control device 500 further comprises: the device comprises a calculation unit and a control unit, wherein the calculation unit is used for determining the difference value between the water temperature and a preset threshold value; the control unit is connected to at least one of the gas heating device 200 and the cold water pipe 600, respectively. According to an embodiment of the present invention, temperature input assembly 700 is configured for digital input, such as by up and down keys to raise or lower a predetermined threshold, and may be adjusted by directly transmitting numbers directly through numeric keys. Thus, the preset threshold value of the water heater can be randomly adjusted by inputting numbers, and the control of the preset threshold value is more accurate.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, temperature input assembly 700 is configured for a shift-type input, i.e., the predetermined threshold is determined by the gear of the shift. Thus, the predetermined threshold of the water heater may be adjusted by a dial-up input.

The control unit of the controller is provided with a plurality of groups of solar linkage programs, the solar linkage temperature (namely a preset threshold value) is selected through the dial switch, the temperature of the dial switch is set to be 55 DEG high, 48 DEG medium and 40 DEG low, and the controller controls the heating of the water heater according to the temperature of the solar linkage, so that the requirements of different users are met. When the temperature information fed back by the water outlet temperature probe is lower than the solar energy linkage set temperature, the flue type water heater body starts to work to carry out temperature replenishment, and the display displays the water outlet temperature; when the temperature information fed back by the water outlet temperature probe is higher than the solar energy linkage set temperature, the flue type water heater body does not work, and the display displays the water outlet temperature. After the whole water flow is closed, the micro switch is closed, the display is closed, and the flue type water heater body is powered off.
