Example 1
Embodiments of the present invention provide a mounting structure including a first portion and a second portion. Referring to fig. 1, a first part is a housing 11 of a lamp base, and a second part is a weight 12 of the lamp base. The housing of the lamp base may be an upper or bottom housing of the lamp base, and fig. 1 shows the case where the housing 11 is a bottom housing.
The shell 11 is provided with a threaded upright 111, and the balancing weight 12 is provided with a fixing through hole 121. The periphery of the root of the threaded stud 11 is provided with a reinforcing structure 112 extending to the housing 11.
Referring to an exploded view of the installation structure shown in fig. 2, the threaded column 111 is fastened to the weight 12 by screws 13 after passing through the fixing through holes 121.
Referring to fig. 3, a reinforcing rib 111-1 may be provided on the outer surface of the threaded column 111, and the reinforcing rib 111-1 on the outer surface of the threaded column 111 may enhance the strength of the threaded column 111 to prevent the threaded column 111 from bursting. Alternatively, the reinforcing ribs 111-1 may be connected to the reinforcing structure 112 or integrally formed with the reinforcing structure 112.
When the housing 11 is fixed to the weight 12, the screw column 111 receives a force pulling in the direction of the weight 12, and the position of the housing 11 facing the fixing hole 121 is a force receiving part of the pulling force. The reinforcing structure 112 may cover part or all of the force-receiving portion. The larger the coverage area, the greater the traction force that the reinforcing structure 112 can withstand, and the better the effect of improving the flatness of the housing 11.
Referring to fig. 3, the distance between the outer edge of the reinforcing structure 112 and the center position of the root of the threaded post 111 is denoted as R. The inner diameter of the fixing through hole 121 is denoted as r. When R is greater than or equal to R, the reinforcing structure 112 extends from the stress portion to the outside of the stress portion, and the reinforcing structure 112 can abut against the edge of the stress portion, so as to help reduce the deformation amount of the stress portion on the housing 11.

The extent of the force-receiving area in fig. 5 is marked with a circular dashed line with a radius r. The distance between the free end of the radial rib 112-1 and the center position of the root of the threaded column 111 is denoted as a.

The closed shape formed by the first closed reinforcing rib 112-2 and the second closed reinforcing rib 112-3 may be various shapes, for example, may be circular or polygonal. Fig. 6 shows a circular shape, and fig. 7 shows a pentagonal shape.
Referring to fig. 8, in one embodiment, the first closed stiffener 112-2 and the second closed stiffener 112-3 each form a circular ring around the root of the threaded column 111 to increase the coverage area of the reinforcing structure 112 at the stress location and enhance the strength of the stress location.
The outer radius of the first closure rib 112-2 is denoted as B and the inner radius of the first closure rib 112-2 is denoted as C. The edge of the stress part is usually the main position where deformation occurs, and when B is larger than or equal to r and larger than C, the first closed reinforcing rib 112-2 in the shape of the circular ring can effectively enhance the strength of the edge of the stress part and reduce the deformation amount of the stress part on the shell 11.

Radial ribs 112-1 extend outwardly from the root of threaded post 111 to the housing. The first closure rib 112-2 forms a closed shape around the end of the free end of the radial rib 112-1. The second closing rib 112-3 forms a circular ring band around the end of the radial rib 112-1 at the connection end with the threaded column 111.
The inner circle of the second closing reinforcement 112-3 is connected with the root of the threaded column 111. The outer circle radius of the second closed reinforcing rib 112-3 is denoted as D, and is not smaller than the inner diameter r of the fixing through hole 121, so that the reinforcing structure 112 completely covers the stressed portion, the strength of the whole stressed portion is enhanced, and the deformation amount of the stressed portion on the housing 11 can be effectively reduced.
Example five
Embodiment five provides one specific configuration of the reinforcing structure 112.
Referring to fig. 10, the housing 11 is provided with a second closing rib 112-3, and the second closing rib 112-3 forms a circular ring belt around the root of the screw column 111. The inner circle of the second closed reinforcing rib 112-3 is connected with the root of the threaded column 111, and D is larger than or equal to r.
