本发明公开了一种抗冲击力强的防火板,其特征在于,包括:板体、设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层,所述加强层是由玻璃纤维、硼酸铝、纳米树脂、碳酸钡、氯化苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物混合熔聚而成,各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:玻璃纤维占30‑42%、硼酸铝占14‑16%、纳米树脂占20‑22%、碳酸钡占13‑15%、氯化苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物占11‑17%,所述填料层是由氯丁橡胶、氧化钙粉、促进剂混合组成。通过上述方式,本发明采用设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层增强防火板的强度,采用合理的成分配比,能够大幅度提高防火板的强度,耐冲击性能强的优点。

本发明涉及防火板领域,特别涉及一种抗冲击力强的防火板。
背景技术
防火板是表面装饰用耐火建材,防火板是原纸(钛粉纸、牛皮纸)经过三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂的浸渍工艺,经过高温高压环境制成,随着中国和世界各国对建筑防火的日渐重视,木质类的可燃有机板材已经严格限制在建筑工程上使用,而纸面石膏板,硅酸钙板等无机类防火板材因在强度、韧性、耐水、二次加工性能方面不能满足建筑工程施工和应用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗冲击力强的防火板,
能够大幅度提高防火板的强度,耐冲击性能强的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗冲击力强的防火板,包括:板体、设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层,所述加强层是由玻璃纤维、硼酸铝、纳米树脂、碳酸钡、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物混合熔聚而成,各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:玻璃纤维占30-42%、硼酸铝占14-16%、纳米树脂占20-22%、碳酸钡占13-15%、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物占11-17%,所述填料层是由氯丁橡胶、氧化钙粉、促进剂混合组成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述板体是由石棉纤维布和陶瓷纤维组成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述加强层的厚度为1-2cm
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述填料防火层的厚度为0.6-08mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述填料层各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:氯丁橡胶占23-38%、氧化钙粉占40-45%、促进剂22-32%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种抗冲击力强的防火板,采用设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层增强防火板的强度,采用合理的成分配比,能够大幅度提高防火板的强度,耐冲击性能强的优点。

一种抗冲击力强的防火板,包括:板体、设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层,所述加强层是由玻璃纤维、硼酸铝、纳米树脂、碳酸钡、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物混合熔聚而成,各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:玻璃纤维占30%、硼酸铝占14%、纳米树脂占20%、碳酸钡占13%、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物占11%,所述填料层是由氯丁橡胶、氧化钙粉、促进剂混合组成,所述板体是由石棉纤维布和陶瓷纤维组成,所述加强层的厚度为1cm,所述填料防火层的厚度为0.6mm,所述填料层各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:氯丁橡胶占23%、氧化钙粉占40%、促进剂22%。

一种抗冲击力强的防火板,包括:板体、设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层,所述加强层是由玻璃纤维、硼酸铝、纳米树脂、碳酸钡、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物混合熔聚而成,各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:玻璃纤维占42%、硼酸铝占16%、纳米树脂占22%、碳酸钡占15%、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物占17%,所述填料层是由氯丁橡胶、氧化钙粉、促进剂混合组成,所述板体是由石棉纤维布和陶瓷纤维组成,所述加强层的厚度为2cm,所述填料防火层的厚度为08mm,所述填料层各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:氯丁橡胶占38%、氧化钙粉占45%、促进剂32%。
实施例3
一种抗冲击力强的防火板,包括:板体、设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层,所述加强层是由玻璃纤维、硼酸铝、纳米树脂、碳酸钡、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物混合熔聚而成,各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:玻璃纤维占35%、硼酸铝占15%、纳米树脂占21%、碳酸钡占14%、氯化苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物占14%,所述填料层是由氯丁橡胶、氧化钙粉、促进剂混合组成,所述板体是由石棉纤维布和陶瓷纤维组成,所述加强层的厚度为1.5cm,所述填料防火层的厚度为0.7mm,所述填料层各成分占加强层的重量百分比为:氯丁橡胶占30%、氧化钙粉占42%、促进剂27%。
区别于现有技术,本发明一种抗冲击力强的防火板,采用设置在板体表面的加强层及其设置在加强层表面的填料防火层增强防火板的强度,采用合理的成分配比,能够大幅度提高防火板的强度,耐冲击性能强的优点。
