The red band-type brake maintenance index represents the problem that the elevator has a band-type brake abnormality recently, and maintenance and debugging personnel need to pay attention to the information when maintaining the elevator; the green band-type brake maintenance index represents that the elevator has no band-type brake abnormity problem in the near term.
Specifically, after a maintenance debugging person clicks a button for marking a maintenance problem concern point, an APP can send a request instruction to an elevator control system, the elevator control system feeds back elevator brake record information, the APP analyzes the elevator brake record information, a corresponding brake maintenance index is obtained and displayed, after the brake maintenance index is triggered by clicking, the APP can send an analysis instruction to a debugging server according to the elevator brake record information, the debugging server returns the abnormal relevant information of the elevator brake to a mobile phone APP according to the analysis instruction, the monitoring debugging person is used for elevator brake maintenance debugging, the maintenance debugging person obtains the elevator brake maintenance information through man-machine interaction, and finally the confirmation and solution of the brake problem are obtained.
The relevant information returned by the debugging server comprises the times and time information of the abnormal occurrence of the elevator band-type brake, the floor position information of the elevator when the abnormal occurrence of the elevator band-type brake occurs, the elevator state information when the abnormal occurrence of the elevator band-type brake occurs, maintenance strategy information and the like;
for the times and time information of abnormal occurrence of the elevator brake, maintenance and debugging personnel can know the total number of problems appearing recently and the time information of each occurrence of the problems through interaction;
for the position information of the floor where the elevator is located when the elevator brake is abnormal, the maintenance debugging personnel can know the floor where the elevator is located when the problems occur recently through interaction, and the maintenance debugging personnel can perform key maintenance on the floor conveniently;
for the elevator state information when the elevator brake is abnormal, the maintenance debugging personnel can know the current state (normal mode or other modes, speed, starting layer, destination layer and the like) of the elevator when the problems occur recently through interaction, and the maintenance debugging personnel can maintain and analyze the elevator problems better;
for the maintenance strategy information, maintenance debugging personnel can know the solution and adjustment method when the problems occur recently through interaction.
In addition, the brake detection can be carried out through a debugging terminal and an elevator control system, and the process is as follows:
the debugging terminal can also send a first detection instruction to the elevator control system after receiving a trigger instruction of the band-type brake maintenance index; the elevator control system carries out contracting brake pre-detection on the elevator according to the first detection instruction to obtain a pre-detection result; and the debugging terminal receives the pre-detection result returned by the elevator control system and displays the pre-detection result on the display screen.
When the pre-detection result shows that the brake is abnormal, the debugging terminal sends a second detection instruction to the elevator control system; the elevator control system carries out band-type brake detection on the elevator according to the second detection instruction to obtain a detection result; and the debugging terminal receives the detection result returned by the elevator control system and displays the detection result on the display screen.
Further, an automatic detection mode can be adopted, which is divided into pre-diagnosis and diagnosis, and when the braking abnormality is not detected in the pre-diagnosis, the next diagnosis is not required, specifically as follows:
a. pre-diagnosis step:
1) the maintenance and debugging personnel confirm that the balance coefficient of the elevator is between 40 and 50 percent;
2) the maintenance and debugging personnel confirm that the elevator is in no-load;
3) the maintenance and debugging personnel instruct the elevator to operate in the middle layer through the APP;
4) after the elevator runs to the middle floor, the maintenance and debugging personnel confirm that the car doors of the elevator hall are closed;
5) a maintenance and debugging person operates the elevator to enter a machine room maintenance mode;
6) a maintenance debugging person sequentially selects 'debugging and testing' - > 'braking force automatic detection' - > 'setting braking force automatic detection' on an APP menu;
7) the control cabinet 10T contactor is closed, and the main control board reports E244 (class E);
8) the maintenance debugging personnel press a 'GO' key on the APP, the elevator automatically starts braking force pre-diagnosis detection, and the process lasts for about 2 seconds;
9) after the detection is finished, the 10T contactor output is cut off, the elevator automatically returns to the machine room maintenance state, and at the moment, a maintenance and debugging worker operates the elevator to quit the machine room maintenance mode so as to enable the elevator to return to a normal service state;
the operation instructions on the APP all belong to first detection instructions, if brake abnormity is detected after pre-diagnosis, an E245 (class E) fault can be reported, the normal operation of the elevator is not influenced by the fault, and the condition that the brake force is confirmed through next diagnosis operation is required.
b. A diagnosis step:
1) the maintenance and debugging personnel confirm that the balance coefficient of the elevator is between 40 and 50 percent;
2) the maintenance and debugging personnel confirm that the elevator is in no-load;
3) the maintenance and debugging personnel instruct the elevator to operate in the middle layer through the APP;
4) after the elevator runs to the middle floor, the maintenance and debugging personnel confirm that the car doors of the elevator hall are closed;
5) a maintenance and debugging person operates the elevator to enter a machine room maintenance mode;
6) the maintenance debugging personnel input a MODE instruction on the APP: MODE-58-SET;
7) the control cabinet 10T contactor is closed, and the main control board reports E244;
8) MOD + START + SET is input, and a braking force detection START command. The elevator automatically starts the braking force diagnosis and detection, and the process lasts for about 2 seconds;
9) after the detection is finished, the 10T contactor output is cut off, the elevator automatically returns to the machine room maintenance state, and at the moment, the maintenance and debugging personnel operate the elevator to exit the machine room maintenance mode, so that the elevator returns to the normal service state.
The operation instructions on the APP belong to a second detection instruction, if brake abnormity is detected after diagnosis, an E148 (type A1) fault is reported, and the elevator with the fault is locked and cannot be started. The brake should be checked, adjusted and confirmed before the fault is cleared and the diagnostic test is performed again. If the braking force abnormality is detected again after the diagnosis, the operation of the elevator should be prohibited.
The debugging terminal can also display recent faults, main loss component updating reminding, last maintenance information and the like on the APP.
When the maintenance debugging personnel click to inquire about the recent fault condition of the elevator, the APP can display human-computer interaction as shown in the figure 8, and the maintenance debugging personnel can obtain some faults occurring recently in the elevator through interaction, so that the maintenance debugging personnel pay key attention to relevant problems in the maintenance process.
Failure information 1 to n: through interaction, the maintenance debugging personnel can obtain the fault code information of the elevator and remind the maintenance debugging personnel to pay attention to the related problems.
When the maintenance debugging personnel click to inquire about the recent condition of 'main loss part replacement reminding' of the elevator, the APP can display human-computer interaction as shown in figure 9, and the maintenance debugging personnel can obtain more related information through the interaction.
Operating contactor information: maintenance and debugging personnel can obtain the suction times of the contactor through interaction. Through the comparison with the design life, the maintenance and debugging personnel are reminded to replace the parts.
Contracting brake contactor information: maintenance and debugging personnel can obtain the suction times of the contactor through interaction. Through the comparison with the design life, the maintenance and debugging personnel are reminded to replace the parts.
Door lock relay information: maintenance and debugging personnel can obtain the suction times of the relay through interaction. Through the comparison with the design life, the maintenance and debugging personnel are reminded to replace the parts.
Power-off cabinet battery information: maintenance debugging personnel can obtain the service life of the power failure cabinet battery through interaction, and the service life of the power failure cabinet battery is compared with the design life of the power failure cabinet battery, so that the maintenance debugging personnel is reminded to replace parts.
When the maintenance debugging personnel click to inquire the condition of the 'last maintenance information' of the elevator, the APP can display the man-machine interaction shown in the figure 10, and the maintenance debugging personnel can obtain more related information through the interaction.
And (4) maintaining time recording: maintenance debugging personnel can obtain the time information of the last maintenance through interaction.
Maintenance and debugging personnel information: the maintenance and debugging personnel can obtain the information of the maintenance and debugging personnel last time through interaction.
Maintenance item record information: maintenance debugging personnel can obtain the item information of the last maintenance through interaction.
In addition, in the interface, the current maintenance information can be recorded and uploaded to the debugging server.
When the elevator is maintained and debugged, the elevator has some fault problems more or less, and in the face of elevator field problems, especially the problem of band-type brake fault, maintenance and debugging personnel usually spend a large amount of time analyzing the problems to find out the problem, or the maintenance and debugging personnel need to look up relevant data to analyze the problems, and the maintenance and debugging personnel can not accurately judge the problem point due to field data loss, so that the work efficiency of the field maintenance and debugging personnel can be greatly reduced. In the face of the problems, the elevator band-type brake information processing APP software can provide effective information and a targeted problem solving method for elevator maintenance and debugging personnel through a rich and convenient human-computer interaction interface, and the working efficiency of the elevator maintenance and debugging personnel can be effectively improved through the method.

acquiring the maintenance information of the elevator brake according to the comparison result of the first suction times and the first preset service life, the comparison result of the second suction times and the second preset service life, the comparison result of the third suction times and the third preset service life and the comparison result of the service time and the fourth preset service life, wherein the loss component is replaced according to the maintenance information of the elevator brake, and comprises at least one of the following components: the operation contactor, the band-type brake contactor, the door lock relay and the power failure cabinet battery are arranged on the power supply line;
and displaying the elevator band-type brake maintenance information on a display screen.
2. The method for processing the information of the elevator brake according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the maintenance information of the elevator brake according to the record information of the elevator brake comprises the following steps:
acquiring a band-type brake maintenance index according to the elevator band-type brake recording information, and displaying the band-type brake maintenance index on a display screen;
and after receiving a trigger instruction of the band-type brake maintenance index, acquiring elevator band-type brake maintenance information.
3. The elevator brake information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the step of displaying the brake maintenance indicator on a display screen comprises the steps of:
if the elevator brake recording information represents that the brake is normal, displaying the brake maintenance index in a first color;
and if the elevator brake record information represents that the brake is abnormal, displaying the brake maintenance index in a second color.
4. The elevator brake information processing method according to claim 2, further comprising the following steps after receiving a trigger command of the brake maintenance index:
acquiring a first detection instruction, and sending the first detection instruction to the elevator control system; the elevator control system carries out contracting brake pre-detection on the elevator according to the first detection instruction to obtain a pre-detection result;
and receiving and displaying a pre-detection result returned by the elevator control system.
5. The elevator brake information processing method according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of:
when the pre-detection result shows that the brake is abnormal, a second detection instruction is obtained, and the second detection instruction is sent to the elevator control system; the elevator control system carries out contracting brake detection on the elevator according to the second detection instruction to obtain a detection result;
and receiving and displaying the detection result returned by the elevator control system.
